The Relationship of Creative Leadership with the Effectiveness of Knowledge Building Processes in the Algerian Youth Leaders Union Club in Batna
Get PDFThe purpose of thisstudywas to examine the impact and relationship of creativeleadership and its dimensions (problemsensitivity and decision-making, perseverance, creativitymotivation, innovative knowledge) on the effectiveness of knowledge-building processes(socialization, embodiment, combination, internalization) in the Algerian Youth Leaders UnionClub. The sample consisted of 89 university students from the universities of Batna El HadjLakhdar and Mustapha Ben Boulaid who are members of the Algerian Youth Leaders Union Club.To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used, and thequestionnaire was employed as a tool for data collection. The Statistical Package for the SocialSciences (SPSS) was utilized for result analysis and hypothesis testing.The study found that there is a high level of practice of creative leadership and knowledge-buildingprocesses in the Algerian Youth Leaders Union Club. Moreover, there is a positive directrelationship at the significance level of 0.01 between creative leadership and the effectiveness ofknowledge-building processes, with the strongest relationship being between the dimension ofinnovative knowledge and the socialization process, indicated by an r value of 0.712, whichrepresents a strong positive correlation at the alpha significance level of 0.05. Additionally, it wasfound that there is a positive impact of the creativity motivation and innovative knowledgedimensions on the effectiveness of knowledge-building processes, while there is no impact of theproblem sensitivity and perseverance dimensions on knowledge-building processes in the AlgerianYouth Leaders Union Club

The Media, a Source of Victimization Manipulation in Advertising Discourse
No full textAdvertising as a media discourse cannot be reduced to a simple com-mercial activity aimed at promoting a product or a service, but it constitutes an attrac-tive socio-economic communication space based on beliefs and representations. It is a production closely linked to the cultural identities and social practices of a given community. This contribution aims to show that the advertising discourse is not only an argumentative process conditioned by the value system of a culture, but it presents itself as one of the moderating forces that gradually and unconsciously manipulate the vision of the world of the public in their tacitly imposing new representations. It is in this sense that the term “victimization” is born.
Our work is divided into two main parts:
1/ the media: a source of “victimization”.
2/ Manipulation in advertising discourse: a form of “victimization”.La publicité comme un discours médiatique ne se réduit pas à une simple activité commerciale visant à promouvoir un produit ou un service, mais constitue un espace de communication socioéconomique séduisant fondé sur les croyances et les représentations.Il s’agit d’une production étroitement liée aux identités culturelles et aux pratiques sociales d’une collectivité donnée.La présente contribution vise à mon-trer que le discours publicitaire ne constitue pas seulement un processus argumentatif conditionné par le système de valeur d’une culture, mais se présente comme une des forces modératrices qui manipulent progressivement et inconsciemment la vision du monde des publics en leur imposant tacitement de nouvelles représentations. C’est dans ce sens que naît le terme « victimisation ».
Notre travail se répartit en deux grands volets :

Discourse of Others and Positioning of Author In The Professional Master’s Thesis
No full textThe object of this study, which is placed within the field of academic literacies, is the enunciative management of polyphony in academic memoire writing. It describes how master students refer to other people’s works in order to build the theoretical framework of their memoire and how this basis point of the words of others help them to position themselves as authors from an enunciation perspective. The results show recurrent dysfunctions related to (1) the referencing of sources in the form of quotations; (2) the functionalization of the words of others in order to legitimize one’s point of view as author; and (3) the syntactic integration of the quoted speech in the enunciation of the quoting speech. Didactic suggestions were made in order to help students in the process of appro-priation of academic writing.Inscrite dans le champ des littéracies universitaires, l’étude a pour objet la gestion énonciative de la polyphonie dans le genre universitaire du mémoire. Elle décrit comment des mastérants se réfèrent à d’autres travaux pour construire la partie théorique du mémoire de Master et comment cet appui sur le discours d’autrui contribue à se constituer énonciativement comme auteur. Les résultats font état de dysfonctionnements récurrents relatifs (1) au référencement des sources selon les formes de reprise du discours d’autrui, (2) à l’utilisation du discours d’autrui pour mettre en avant un positionnement d’auteur et (3) à l’intégration syntaxique du discours cité dans l’énonciation du discours citant. Doctoral Research and Representation of Scientific Discourse in Algeria The Other Social Vision of The Nation
No full textThis article proposes a theoretical approche on the repre-sentation of scientific discourse in post-colonial Algeria, more particularly in the field of Human and Social Sciences. In this context, scientific discourse in SHS is a notion loaded with meaning. It is a way of projecting oneself into the future and looking critically at the past. Algeria as an independent country presents a vision of the epistemological structuring of scientific knowledge. On this point, research at the doctoral level is an important factor for integrating into the international scientific community and maintaining progressiveness in national research production. In SHS, postgraduation research invites the doctoral student to consult sources of information and propose solutions to problems that interest humans and their relationships with their socio-cultural environment. However, the representation of scientific knowledge in humanity is “a social vision” of an entire nation. Our article raises the question of the representation of knowledge in SHS and its relationship with the colonial vision in the context of doctoral training. This contribution attempts to take stock of the situation and situate the scientific discourse in SHS. Our problem remains open to new directions and perspec-tives for possible application and/or revision.Cette contribution propose une réflexion théorique sur la repré-sentation du discours scientifique en Algérie post-coloniale, plus particu-lièrement dans le domaine des Sciences Humaines et Sociales. Dans ce contexte, le discours scientifique en SHS est une notion chargée de signi-fication, Il s’agit d’une manière de se projeter vers l’avenir et regarder avec un esprit critique le temps passé. L’Algérie comme pays indépendant présente une vision sur la structuration épistémologique des savoirs scien-tifiques. Sur ce point, la recherche au niveau doctoral est un facteur important pour s’intégrer dans la communauté scientifique internationale et main-tenir une progressivité dans la production nationale de recherche. En SHS, la re-cherche en post-graduation invite le doctorant à consulter des sources d’informations et proposer des solutions à des problématiques qui intéres-sent l’Homme et ses rapports avec son milieu socioculturel. Or, la repré-sentation du savoir scientifique en humanité est « une vision sociale » de toute une Nation. Notre article pose la question de la représentation du savoir en SHS et sa relation avec la vision coloniale dans le contexte de la formation doctorale.
