This study aims to test the effect of work stress on organizational citizenship behavior among women doctors, by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data on the study variables, distributing it to a simple random sample of 72 women doctors from various specialties at Mustafa Pasha University Hospital, and analyzing the results using the SpssV25.The results of the study illustrate that there is a high level of work stress and organizational citizenship behavior among women doctors in the hospital. It also showes that there is no effect of work stress (role ambiguity, role conflict, workload, physical work environment) on organizational citizenship behavior (altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, cultural awareness, conscience). Accordingly, we recommend developing strategies to reduce work stress by considering long working hours and improving the work environment, as well as enhancing organizational citizenship behavior by motivating female doctors through material and moral compensatio

    Get PDF
Financial stability is one of the most important goals that various financial systems seek to achieve, as its exposure to any type of crisis may lead to a loss of confidence in the system as a whole, as demonstrated by many financial crises that the world witnessed at the end of the last century and the beginning of the new millennium. The best example is the financial crisis that occurred in 2008, which had a major impact on various financial and banking institutions. However, most readings on this crisis and its effects focused on Islamic banks, which were more stable throughout the crisis period, and they attributed this to their working principle based on financial transaction controls in the Islamic economy. The research aims to study the stability of 20 Islamic banks in 7 countries during the period 2007-2017, using the z-score mode

From Theater to Cinema A Digital Transition

    No full text
The English term Director designates, in the English-French dictionary of Larousse, both the director in the theater and the director in the cinema. These people, responsible for the purpose of these artistic productions, assume the same function: that of coordination. But, the cinema differs from the theater by the use of the camera and the editing carried out during post-production, revealing the aesthetics of the director. With the evolution of technology, particularly computer science, the world of performing arts is part of a movement to abolish disciplinary barriers. Thus, the impact of digital technology on the theatrical spectacle creates its connection to the cinema. This convergence of theater and cinema is manifested through an immersive theater that uses digital scenography, involving digital technologies on stage, materialized by three-dimensional (3D) images and video mapping. Also, for reasons of promotion and dissemination, filmed theater becomes an audiovisual production whose virtual editing impacts the content. Finally, thanks to increased Internet consumption, theater and cinema are experiencing the same ways of consumption.

Linguistic Change Agents, Forms and Consequences

What meaning(s) should be attributed to linguistic change in the digital age and Artificial Intelligence? Answering the question objectively currently amounts to seizing the opportunity to develop issues linked to the theoretical horizons of studies on linguistic change in order to understand the dialogues that can emerge. It is also an opportunity to scientifically circumscribe, as closely as possible to their res-pective manifestations, cases of linguistic changes according to different contexts in order to identify their agents, interpret their forms and weigh their real conse-quences. on the necessary social evolution at the frenetic pace of technological inno-vation.

Linguistic Decay and Poverty of Thought Quo vadis

Even in absolute abundance and comfort, this unhappy, an-guished, tormented, frenzied global village accumulates so many crises and deficiencies brandishing desolation as a flamboyant standard in all activities. Alarmists, humans have been, are, or are becoming. But while remaining on the periphery, the futile, the inessential. Bearers of disasters, if they are combined, these new and corrosive phenomena which are structural and multiple homophobias, as well as the limited extremisms and braced on mirages of superiorities, the conflicts of a gratuitousness to the measure degrading demands for humanity in the noble sense, the increasingly visible, dangerously threatening climatic upheavals, the impoverishment of vast regions of the world. But a sneaky, creeping, generalized, colorless, odorless crisis, undoubtedly at the source of all the others, the subject of repeated cries of alarm and alerts, lies in the paralyzing, pandemic linguistic decay. Evolving in clouds of vague words, without real semantic consistencies, of atrophying abbreviations, of sclerosing acronyms, the average current spea-ker continually regresses, in a thick fog of incomprehension, of incom-munication, of approximations, of presumptions.

Atiq Rahimi and The Symbolism of Emptiness In La Ballade du calame

    No full text
In La Ballade du calame, emptiness is an obsessive theme, linked to the experience of exile, to the subjects of memory, recollections, identity, absence, wandering and nostalgia for a distant country. Atiq Rahimi is one of those writers who use their memory to bridge the existential and identity gaps. He turns the void into a perpetual back-and-forth between past and present, where he reincarnates, reinvents and traces himself in the narrative. Haunted by the desire for an infinite quest for his origins, he constructs a new identity in the incompleteness of writing. In La Ballade du calame, the empti-ness not only leads to an identity crisis for the subject, but also presents itself as the symbolic image of his distress and anguishing solitude. It is in this sense that writing, the Word, becomes the only means of possible reconciliation with the self. In the void, everything is transformed, being and things, time and space, linking the subject symbolically and abstractly to the absent Being, annihilated and uprootedLe vide se présente dans La Ballade du calame comme un thème obsessionnel, lié à l’expérience de l’exil, aux sujets de la mémoire, les sou-venirs, l’identité, l’absence, l’errance et la nostalgie d’un pays lointain.

Semantic Transfer and Didactic Impact in Digital Communication in The African Context An Analysis Based on Some Fixed Lexies and Phrases, “Le continent”, “C’est de ça qu’il s’agit”...

    No full text
This article aims to analyse the semantic transfer processes in communication on Facebook and TikTok in the African context, and their impact in the learning process for the learner. The aim is to show how Internet users recover and reconfigure the meaning of certain words and expressions. By remaining attentive to the digital ecosystem and lexical semantics tools, we arrive at three results. First, words and syntactic forms are the emanation of real speech and known contexts. Secondly, they undergo an entextua-lisation through which the Internet user reveals several meanings based on the rejection and moralization of the other, their acceptance and self-valorisation.

Our descriptive study aims to shed light on the Algerian Scientific Journals Portal (ASJP) by revealing the most significant problems related to its use and utilization by researchers for scientific publication purposes. To achieve this, we used a comprehensive survey method. A careful examination of the content of all the publications on the Portal made it possible to select 24 Algerian studies whose categorized analysis concluded with several convincing results: the articles studied mainly deal with technical difficulties and obstacles to scientific publication via the portal. Although the results highlight the positive role of the ASJP in free access to scientific information, they also highlight several negative points. Researchers notably complain about the low acceptance rate and long response times.
