The Training Needs of Educational Supervisors in Knowledge, Attitudes, and Skills to Achieve Educational Security for Teachers
Get PDFObjective: The purpose of the study was to identify the training needs of educational supervisors in terms of knowledge, attitudes, and skills to achieve educational security among teachers from the perspective of educational supervisors.
Method: The study followed a descriptive survey method, and included all educational supervisors in the Al-Hasa governorate, numbering (293) supervisors.
Results: The results of the study showed that the training needs of educational supervisors related to knowledge to achieve intellectual security among teachers ranked first with an average of (4.35) and a standard deviation of (0.771) and a very high degree. Among the most prominent of these training needs are (realizing the importance of loving the homeland and defending it, awareness of moderate thought, and familiarity with the methods of educational security in dealing with others). The training needs of educational supervisors related to attitudes to achieve intellectual security among teachers came in second place with an average of (4.07) and a standard deviation of (0.797) and a high degree. Among the most prominent of these training needs are (promoting security culture and adherence to rules and regulations, participating in building a moderate personality, and organizing seminars, lectures, and exhibitions related to intellectual security). The training needs of educational supervisors related to skills to achieve intellectual security among teachers came in third and last place with an average of (3.97) and a standard deviation of (0.742) and a high degree. Among the most prominent of these training needs are (listening to the opinions of others, as well as the ability to distinguish between positive and negative ideas and trends, and effective communication with senior management to implement creative programs in intellectual security).
Recommendations: The study recommended following up on educational training centers by the Center for Intellectual Awareness at the Ministry of Education, applying training quality standards for intellectual security programs, and collecting feedback for improvement. And designing training programs according to actual training needs
Stresses and their relationship to career quality of employees at the University of Ouargla
Get PDFThis study aims to know the level of family life stresses and the level of career quality of vocational workers at the University of Kasdi Marbeh Ouargla to study the relationship between these two variables in the members of the sample, and because the nature of the topic studied and in order to achieve the objectives of this study we used the descriptive method where the members of the study consisted of 200 occupational workers selected in a random manner and applied to them a questionnaire on the pressures of the family life of Amani Abdul Maqsoud after some modification on it and cheking his psychometric characteristics, and the career quality questionnaire of Amar bin Mohammed Al-Eid Hamam after cheking his psychometric characteristics, and after processing the data using the 25th version of SPSS , We have reached the following results:
- The level of family life stresses of vocational workers at the University of Kasdi Ouargla is low.
- The career quality of vocational workers at the University of Kasdi Marbeh Ouargla is high.
- There is no statistically significant correlation between the family life stresses and the career quality of vocational workers at the University of Kasdi Marbeh Ouargl

Open market policy and other instruments were used decisively and relatively effectively, and the Monetary mass M2 in its broad sense witnessed continuous rises, as a result of the authorities' adoption of large economic growth programmes, the rise in total loans to the economy and the State, as well as the rise in foreign currency reserves; In addition, a package of stimulus measures for economic activity during the COVID-19 crisis was launched, most notably the financial refinancing program of approximately 2100 billion dz in 2021
