Spatial Parameters in A Detective Story Maigret tend un piège by Simenon by Odile Reynaud
No full textThis article examines space in Georges Simenon’s detective story Maigret tend un piège, adapted by Odile Reynaud. Composed of 48 plates, the spatial topos unfolds along three respective axes, Saint-Germain-Des-Prés, Quai des Orfèvres and Montmartre. We’ll begin by highlighting these urban spatial points in the graphic-narrative narrative, then move on to the window device, which contributes to both daytime and nocturnal visualization, before concluding with the aesthetic-poetic aspects of the city.Cet article vise à interroger l’espace dans une bande dessinée polar de Georges Simenon, Maigret tend un piège, adaptée par Odile Reynaud. Composée de 48 planches, le topos spatial se déploie en trois axes respectifs, Saint-Germain-Des-Prés, le quai des Orfèvres et Montmartre. Tout d’abord, il s’agira de mettre en lumière ces points spatiaux urbains dans le récit graphico-narratif avant d’aborder le dispositif de la fenêtre qui concourt à une visualisation autant diurne que nocturne pour conclure sur les aspects esthético-poétiques de la ville
On the Pretension of Colonial Sciences From the Logic of Indifference or Disdain to the “Quiet Revolution”
No full textStarting from the hypothesis of a common questioning relating to the meeting of temporality and spatiality which the human race prides itself with confidence in being able to master through its faculties of transmission and communication, the social and human sciences attempt to clearly assert their originality through the primacy of scientificity. However, in reality, their precarious authority perpetually incites informed “thinkers” to more questions with very philosophical views. Therefore, three essential questions arise. What emblematic foundation could the so-called colonial sciences claim at a certain time when the ambient materialism seemed to be able to justify all excesses? Did these colonial sciences, objectively understood, therefore constitute a response to the anthropological, sociological and economic concepts of a time when scientificities claimed to order the World? Is it still time, today, to stand up against the pretensions of these colonial sciences in search of scientific recognition and to adopt a completely different intellectual attitude: that of a paradigm of autonomy of thought in the service of “national novel”? Beyond the legitimate need and the decent desire to finally bring to fruition a decolonization, sometimes appreciated, sometimes decried, of the social and human sciences in dispute, it would certainly be better to attempt a “quiet revolution” of the disgruntled minds suffering from egomorphism and establishing itself as an epistemic community.À partir de l’hypothèse d’un questionnement commun relatif à la rencontre de la temporalité et de la spatialité que le genre humain se flatte avec aplomb de pouvoir maîtriser grâce à ses facultés de transmission et de communication, les Sciences Sociales et Humaines tentent d’affirmer nettement leur originalité par le primat de la scientificité.Cependant, dans les faits, leur autorité précaire incite perpétuellement les « penseurs » avisés à davantage de questions aux vues très philosophiques. Dès lors, trois questions essentielles se posent. De quelle assise emblématique les sciences dites coloniales ont-elles pu se réclamer à une certaine époque où le matérialisme ambiant semblait pouvoir justifier toutes les démesures ? Ces sciences coloniales, objectivement appréhendées, constituaient-elles en conséquence une réponse aux concepts anthropologique, sociologique et économique d’une époque où lesscientificités prétendaient ordonner le Monde ? Est-il toujours temps, aujourd’hui, de se dresser contre la prétention de ces sciences coloniales en mal de reconnaissance scientifique et d’adopter une attitude intellectuelle tout autre : celle d’un paradigme de l’autonomie de pensée au service du « roman national »? Au-delà du besoin légitime et du désir décent de mener enfin à terme une décolonisation, tantôt appréciée, tantôt décriée, des Sciences Sociales et Humaines en contestation, il conviendrait certainement plutôt de tenter une « révolution tranquille » des esprits chagrins qui souffrent d’égomorphisme et s’érigent en communauté épistémique

News Values in the Digital Environment
Get PDFThis study explores the emerging news values in Algerian electronic journalism through a content analysis of a sample of news articles. As the digital landscape evolves, updating news priorities to meet audience needs has fostered competition between traditional news values and technological disruption, leading to variations in adoption, this study examines this tension by analyzing 124 news publications from four different electronic media platforms over four weeks, focusing on categories such as multimedia integration, interactivity, and shareability.
The study tracks the distribution and divergence of emerging news values, revealing a continuity of traditional standards alongside the emergence of news values borne by the interactive components of the digital environment, although customization and interactive engagement indicate a shift in publication worthiness models, the results show a varied integration reflecting institutional and societal constraints in adapting to the digital environment, news values highlight the transitional balance between traditional news goals and digital communication drivers. Assessing shifts in the priorities of transitioning to the digital environment allows for a redefinition of the complex identity facing electronic journalism today, through its technical, social, and institutional characteristics, we propose that future research should expand in terms of platforms, duration, and varied news outlet

The topic of learning quality, particularly in higher education, drew the attention of researchers and trusteeship as well. This Article is an attempt to examine the topic. To achieve this goal, the research has been divided into two parts: a theoretical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part, we dealt with the theoretical sides concerning the concepts of quality assurance and the identification of the difficulties and the indicators that guarantee the quality in higher education. An electronic questionnaire which contains sections has been used for teachers of higher education who belongs to research laboratories.
The appropriate statistical methods have been used in order to examine the hypotheses. The findings of the study showed that although teachers tend to acknowledge difficulties to implement the system of quality and its assurance in the Algerian higher education, there are indicators and internal and external challenges that oblige the trusteeship to adopt the concept of quality assurance in the Algerian higher education
Habits of mind and their relationship to some variables for teacher of primary education in the city of Ouargla
Get PDFThe study aimed to know the level mind habits for the primary education teacher, in the city of Ouargla; it also aimed to know the differences in those habits according to the variables of age, family status, seniority at work; and the interaction between them. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (175) teachers, who were selected by using the cluster random sampling method. The descriptive correlational method was used. The researcher used the Rodgers (2000) Habits of Mind Scale, which was Arabized by (Al-Anaqra, Al-Jarrah 2014); The results revealed that the degree of primary school teachers’ possession of mind habits was high, and it was not proven that there were statistically significant differences in habits of mind according to age, family status, and seniority at work. IT also found that there was no interaction between these variables in influencing the level of habits of mind
