Social mobility in the city of Ouargla between supervision and spontaneityin theorganization A field study on a sample of supervisors of the movement of the unemployed in ouargla
The social movement is considered one of the most important topics that took a great part of research and study in the most recent years, and this is due to the occurrences and events within the Arab societies. The social mobility has a remarkable influence on societies at the social, political and even economic side. For Algeria, the city of Ouargla is one of the regions that underwent or witnessed many protests and manifestationsorganized by the unemployed people especially the youth because of the lack of job openings; hence, they demand the authorities to respond to their job demands in a civilized and peacefulway. This social mobility of the unemployed youth, and for the constant growth in Ouargla, is one of the powerful and organized practices and events that successfully led to make people fully aware of their common and important matters. In this study, we ask about the nature of social mobility through its structure, demands, and the way it is frame
Family and Child Reading Development
The family plays a crucial role in instilling a love of reading in children by providing an encouraging and supportive environment. This role begins with setting a positive example; when children see their parents and other family members reading regularly, they are inspired to imitate this behavior. The family can also provide ongoing encouragement by purchasing books that match the interests and ages of the children and by setting aside time to read together.
Additionally, the family can enhance the love of reading by creating conversations around the stories and books they read, encouraging children to express their thoughts and share what they've learned. The family also helps expand the children's horizons and stimulate their interest in different types of literature, deepening their passion for reading and building a habit that will last a lifetime.
Reading is the only path to creativity and the development of inventors, thinkers, and writers. Today's reader is tomorrow's leade

The current study aimed to examine the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement, among a sample of middle school students in Ghardaia, Algeria. The study included 360 students, with 180 males and 180 females from the third and fourth grades in middle school. The researcher applied a scale of academic self-efficacy, ensuring its validity and reliability. Academic achievement was measured by students' grades recorded during the academic year 2022/2023. Results indicated a high level of academic self-efficacy among the study sample, and a statistically significant positive correlation was found between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement. The study proposed recommendations, including investigating the impact of academic self-efficacy on academic achievement across different educational stages, within the same population. Additionally, examining the relationship between self-regulation and the level of academic self-efficacy, and studying the influence of the family environment on the level of self-efficac
Chronic Pain in Cancer Patients A Field Study on a Sample cancer patients at the cancer control center in Ouargla
This study aimed to investigate the level of chronic pain among cancer patients, involving a sample of 39 individuals (20 females and 19 males) attending the Cancer Control Center at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla for the year 2024. The study explored differences related to gender, educational level, and duration of illness. Data were collected using the Chronic Pain Scale developed by Haddan Ibtissam (2015). A descriptive methodology was employed, and data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24. The findings revealed:
-An average level of chronic pain among patients with cancer.
-Significant statistical differences in chronic pain among cancer patients attributed to gender, with females experiencing higher levels.
-Significant statistical differences in chronic pain among cancer patients related to educational level, favoring those with primary education.
-No significant statistical differences in chronic pain among cancer patients related to the duration of illnes
Algeria's circular economy as a strategic direction for achieving economic objectives under environmental requirements
This study aims to analyse the reality of economic diversification in Algeria during the period 2000-2020 and to clarify the repercussions of development programs and policies on the real economic sectors of the national economy, as well as to show the extent of their ability to diversify the national income portfolio outside the oil sector and achieve a balance between the various economic sectors. The results of the study showed that the Algerian economy is still almost entirely dependent on oil revenues, and that development programs have not shown their strength in achieving a clear impact in diversifying the national economy. Keywords: , , ,
Developing Algeria’s Financial Market as a Mechanism for Economic Development Financing and Integration Beyond the Hydrocarbon Sector
The study aims to identify the mechanisms to activate and develop the Algerian stock market, after diagnosing its situation and the reasons that led to it, highlighting the importance of diversifying financing sources in the course of the development process and the consequent shortcomings in the case of relying on the revenues of the hydrocarbon sector only. The descriptive and analytical approaches were relied upon to answer the problem of the study, encompassing its various aspects, analyzing its dimensions, and answering the study's questions. The results of the study showed that Algeria relies heavily on financing its development on only one financial source represented in oil revenues and that the performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange is very weak and does not contribute to financing economic development in light of the multiple obstacles at various levels, which requires the authorities to follow mechanisms to ensure improved performance The Algiers Stock Exchange on the one hand and activating it to carry out its desired role on the other hand
STRUCTURE ET REGENERATION DU CHENE AFARES (Quercus afares, pomel) DANS LA FORET DE ZOUAGHA
Establishing and interpreting diameter and height structures are crucial for forest management decisions. The aim of this study is to describe the diameter structure and spatial distribution of Quercus afares populations inthe Zouagha forest (Mila). Understanding these parameters is an essential step towards sustainable management ofthese resources. The diameter at 1.30 m from the ground and the total height of individuals were measured in fourplots (900 m²) of Quercus afares. The dendrometric parameters calculated varied from plot to plot. The highestbasal area value was observed in the stands of plot 2 (36.13±1.65 m2 /ha), while the lowest values were found inplot 1. Average diameters hovered around 39.97 ± 22.33 cm for plot 2. The highest total tree heights were recordedin plot 4 (8.38 ± 2.87 m). Natural regeneration was low, at 70.64%. Analysis of diameter and height structuresreveals a predominance of young, small-diameter trees with average heights.
