The Rhetorical Structure of Governance and Strategic Planning Mechanisms in Nahjul Balagha

    Get PDF
Nahj al-Balagha represents an intellectual and rhetorical document with a comprehensive civilizational dimension, encompassing sermons, letters, and wisdom that embody the pinnacle of Arabic eloquence and the depth of human and political vision. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the rhetorical structure of Nahj al-Balagha as a mechanism for governance and strategic planning within it, as a text that combines moral values and administrative awareness, not to mention that it presents an integrated intellectual model for governance and administration. To reveal the effectiveness of Alawite discourse in constructing administrative and leadership concepts, such as justice, consultation, organization, accountability, planning, and human development, the study adopted the rhetorical analytical approach. The study concluded that the Imam (peace be upon him) employed brevity to establish the principles of good governance, adopted preemptive warning as a strategic tool to confront seditions before they occurred, used similes and metaphors to map crises and conflicts, and used repetition and rhythm as a means of mass mobility and prioritization. He also formulated a civilizational future vision based on three pillars: knowledge, scripture (revelation), and community unity. In his texts, eloquence is transformed into a tool for reforming the state and society. Furthermore, the study demonstrated that the rhetorical structure in his approach (peace be upon him) is not merely an aesthetic goal, but rather a strategic means for managing political and social thought and behavior, making his administrative thought ahead of many modern theories of governance and strategic planning in its institutional awarenes

DEMOGRAPHIC STRUCTURE AND STAND DYNAMICS OF THE EL HAMIMET FOREST MODELED BY THE WEIBULL DISTRIBUTION

    Get PDF
This study involved dendrometry analysis and modelling of the demographic structure of stands in the El Hamimet forest (Oum El Bouaghi, Algeria), dominated by Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis Mill.) and green cypress (Cupressus sempervirens L.). Four representative plots were studied in order to assess the variability of dendrometry and structural parameters. The average diameters observed ranged from 13.4 to 22.8 cm, and the average heights ranged from3.2 to 4.5 m, reflecting marked heterogeneity between young and mature stands. The average basal area ranged from 15.2 to 27.6 m²/ha, with a density of 820-1,150 stems/ha, reflecting varying conditions of competition and growth. By fitting the diameter and height distributions to a three-parameter Weibull distribution, we characterized the demographic structure in detail. The values of the shape parameter (k) ranged from 1.46 (P2) to 2.70 (P4), indicating structures ranging from young, regenerating stands to mature, homogeneous stands. The scale parameter (λ), ranging from 3.22 to 4.53, reflects the dispersion of heights and diameters across development stages. These results show that plots P1 and P4 have stable structures with a predominance of mature trees, whereas P2 and P3 exhibit active regeneration dynamics. All of these observations highlight the structural complexity and functional diversity of the El Hamimet forest. The use of Weibull’s law proved particularly effective for interpreting the distributions of heights and diameters, enabling assessment of the dynamics of stand growth and succession. These results provide an essential basis for guiding silvicultural practices toward sustainable, resilient management of Mediterranean forest ecosystem

Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that aims to build systems capable of imitating or mimicking human mental abilities, such as learning, thinking, reasoning, perception, and adaptation, so that these systems can perform complex tasks without human intervention. In the contemporary world, artificial intelligence is emerging.(AI) is clearly a key driver of innovation and growth. Artificial intelligence is not just a theoretical concept, but is now an integral part of our daily lives, and it isbehaviorand certain characteristics that characterize itcomputer programs, makes itimitateHuman mental abilities and their working patterns, the most important of these characteristics is the ability tolearning And the conclusion reactionOn the conditions ofProgrammingingodHowever, this term is controversial due to the lack of a specific definition. For intelligence.Artificial intelligence research is highly specialized and technical, to the point that somecriticsThey criticize the "fragmentation" of the field, with subfields of AI centered around specific problems, the application of specific tools, and long-standing theoretical differences of opinion.Key problems of AI include capabilities such as:logical thinking And knowledge and planning and learning And communication and perceptionThe ability to move and change things, as well as general intelligence or strong artificial intelligence, is still a long-term goal for someResearchIn this field. This study aims to shed light on urbanization as a phenomenon that affects various societies, through the analysis and interpretation of this phenomenon. Recently, Algeria has experienced a new urban phenomenon characterized by rapid urbanization, evident in both material and immaterial aspects. This change is the result of numerous historical, economic, social, and cultural factors, and it has been linked to a shift in concepts regarding housing and lifestyle itself. The traditional view of housing as merely a shelter has evolved into a contemporary aspiration shaped by advancements in science and technology. Consequently, large and medium-sized cities have become focal points for migrants seeking housing and a better quality of life, leading to the emergence of various urban challenges, such as the uncontrolled growth of informal residential neighborhoods on the outskirts of citie

Do the texts directed to them contribute to the artistic knowledge acquisition of these learners? And then getting to know the various literary arts, whether poetry or prose? For these questions, we tried to analyze the content of the course of an important stage in secondary education and extract the arts and literary figures programmed for this level, adopting the descriptive approach as a basic tool for investigating the topi

Fear and Intimidation in Al-sulouk Omani poet

    Get PDF
Terms related to the meanings of fear and intimidation are widespread in the poetry of many Omani poets, especially those who are known for composing ethical or moralistic poetry (qasidat al-sulouk). These poets became well known for this genre. So, what are the motivations that make a poet terrified and anxious when he directs the discourse of fear toward himself? What does he use to intimidate others when directing his words outward? What is the effect of the semantic field of fear on the production of some of the essential meanings around which the ethical poem revolves? Guided by these questions, we build our central problem in this study titled " Fear and Intimidation in the Omani 'Solook' Poem”." through four selected examples. Our approach is based on structural methodology and follows a three-part plan:1. In the first section, we reflect on the terminological system related to fear and intimidation (e.g., fear, awe, anxiety, dread, reverence, panic, terror...).2. In the second section, we contemplate the image of the fearful, anxious poet who strives to avoid falling into what God has warned against and prohibited.3. In the third section, we examine the methods by which the poet intimidates himself and others in order to lead them toward salvation.Throughout these three sections, our focus is primarily on uncovering the key meanings produced by the vocabulary of fear and intimidation in the Omani ethical poem
