The impact of the transportation sector on economic growth in Algeria A standard study using the ARDL model for the period (1980 – 2017)
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to clarify the importance of the transportation sector and theextent of its contribution to achieving economic growth, and its impact on the national economythrough the policies followed by Algeria in this field as a strategic sector. In order to estimate therelationship between the variables of this study for the period between (1980-2017) depending onthe model of joint integration according to ARDL approach, the study concluded that there is along-term positive balanced relationship between the transport sector (land, maritime and railways)with economic growth, meanwhile there is an inverse relationship with the air transport sector

The effect of inflation on unemployment from the perspective of the Phillips curve A standard study of a sample of developing countries during the period 1990-2018
Get PDFThis research paper aims to try to highlight and study the impact of unemployment oninflation from the perspective of the Phillips curve for a sample of developing countries, and to testthe extent to which the traditional Phillips relationship matches the Algerian economic reality andthe rest of the developing economies during the period 1991-2018 and based on economic theories,and economic measurement tools for Panel models Dynamics, time series stability tests to avoidfalse alarm, co-integration test, and Panel ARDL model, and in order to achieve the studyobjective, the Phillips curve equation was estimated using the inverted transformation formula.This study, based on the data of the study variables, concluded that there is a long-term equilibriumintegrative relationship between inflation and unemployment during the period 1991-2018, whichis a direct relationship, as the increase in unemployment by one unit leads to an increase ininflation by 2.303562, which is a relationship that is incompatible with economic theory, andtherefore the impossibility of Applying the Phillips curve to the economies of developing countriesduring the study period, and this indicates that developing countries suffer from stagflationthroughout the study perio
The Relationship Between the Exchange Rate and the Balance of Payments Using Nonlinear Autoregressive Lag Approach
Get PDFThe study aimed to identify the impact and direction of the relationship between theexchange rate and the balance of payments and its behavior in Sudan during period 2000-2023 ,thestudy used a descriptive –analytical approach to define the theoretical formwork ,it also used aquantitative approach to construct a standard model to measure the nonlinear relationship betweenthe exchange rate and the balance of payments. The study results indicate the existence of a long –term equilibrium relationship for positive and negative , on the balance of payments. This isconsistent with the principle of economic theory. Of elasticity, an increase in the exchange rate(devaluation of the currency) leads to an improvement in the competitiveness of domesticproduction ,an increase in export and a decrease in import ,thus improving the balance ofpayments

The study was based on the descriptive approach through the study and analysis ofthe standards of the International Organization of supreme audit institutions (INTOSAI) and itsvarious issues and directives aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability and efficiency inaddition to other références.The results have concluded that these bodies not only play their traditional role in auditingfinancial accounts, but also monitor government performance as a whole, ensure compliance withstandards and references, and also contribute to improving financial governance through their rolein the transition from item budgeting to program and performance budgeting, as well as thetransition from cash-based accounting to accrual-based accounting, their role in rationalizingspending and control over the management of public property and public transactions, as well asmonitoring public debt management and privatization performance, and fighting corruption .insome countries, these roles may go beyond advisory and predictive roles. Accordingly, the studyrecommended updating the legal frameworks of the Accounting Council and its departments,strengthening its institutional and financial independence, providing the necessary audit resources,improving financial record-keeping systems, as well as ensuring periodic review of its work byinternational bodies to enhance its credibility and supervisory performance

A questionnaire was prepared to address the issue of the study, which is theextent of the commitment of the studied company to its social responsibility towards its employees,namely training, industrial security, provision of material conditions and their relationship withworker performance, 90 questionnaires were distributed to the workers of Hodna M'sila Company.80 questionnaires were returned for analysis, and through the results obtained, it was found thatHodna M'sila Company is working to create appropriate conditions and comfortable conditions forits employees, in order to improve the level of performance, and all these measures remain withinthe limits and possibilities of the company's financial and human resources.

Get PDFالحمد لله رب العمين والصلاة والسلام على الرسول الأكرم وآل بيته الطيبين الطاهرين وصحبه المنتجبين: يعد مفهوم السلطة من المفاهيم الأساس التي ارتبطت بالخطاب، فمثلت ركيزة أساسية في تبني المقولات والصدور عن تصورات قبلية حاكمة تنطلق إلى استدراج المتلقي والسير به في دائرة محكمة من الأحكام والأدوات واتخاذ منهج يتواءم مع أهدافه المتوخاة، لذلك فإن فكرة البحث تنطلق من كتاب الفراء فيما ألقاه من أمالية لتغدو صرحاً على النهج الكوفي عرف بمعاني القرآن، ليتلمس الباحث فيه ما كان وراء نص الفراء قابعاً بما انتجه بهذه الهيأة والصياغة التفسيرية – اللغوية، تنبع أهميته من أنه الفراء، فضلاً عن أنه من الخطابات التأسيسية التي سيستند عليها الفكر اللغوي لاحقا في المفاهيم والآليات والأحكام؛ لذا نجد أن من الباحثين الذين وقفوا على نص الفراء لم يجعلوا السلطة اشتراطة بحثهم قصداً إلا ما جاء عفو الخاطر بمتطلبات منهجية، لذا عمدنا إلى اتباع أسلوب التحليل لنصوص الفراء وصولاً إلى ما نطمح من تحقيقه لمرامي البحث وحدوده، فكان الموضوع يتصف بالجدّة في الحقل اللساني من جهة، والدراسات اللغوية عند الفراء من جهة أخرى؛ فهدفت الدراسة إلى تحقيق بيان السلطة الحاكمة في كتاب معاني القرآن التي تحرّك النصوص التعالقية فيه، والأحكام التي تصدر عنه: أسبابها، ومبرراتهاـ وأدواتها، فضلاً عن طرائقه التي اعتمدها في توجيهاته، فجاءت المصادر كتاب المعاني نفسه في أجزائه المحققة تحقيقاً علمياً، وكتب التفسير، وكتب اللسانيات واستراتيجيات الخطاب، فقسّم البحث على تمهيد يُبين مفاهيم البحث ومصطلحاته، ومباحث ثلاثة: سلطة المرجعيات في كتاب المعاني، وسلطة الأدوات المستعملة وطرقه فيه، وسلطة المنهج النحوي وتعالقه ابستمولوجياً مع غيره من الخطابات الحافة والمتضمنة توجيهاً وتقويماً
Identity and alienation in Faisal Darraj’s experience
Get PDFThis study addresses the issues of identity and alienation in the experience of the Palestinian critic Faisal Darraj, as the two issues represent a fundamental foundation in Darraj’s life and in his intellectual and critical approaches. The two issues are intertwined with the collective suffering of Palestinians in general and the suffering of Darraj specifically, and Darraj is not a heresy of the Palestinian intellectual who was stung by the fires of deportation. Forced labor, diaspora, exile, and trauma. The Palestinian experience, at the individual or collective level, was colored with special themes that characterized the Palestinian experience with uniqueness and specificity.This reading is based, methodologically, on a central critical statement which states that writing according to Faisal Darraj is an experience within which the requirements for the eloquence of estranged identity are fulfilled: language, title, and methodological construction. Perhaps this eloquence is linked structurally to the estranged self, meaning that it reflects, from among its convolutions, the face of a unique, cultured human being., Different.The importance of Darraj’s exploration of the themes of identity and alienation lies in her diagnosis of the state of Palestinian culture over eight decades, which summarizes the Palestinian Nakba from the time of the Israeli occupation of Palestine until this day of people. Then, identity and alienation, and exile can be added to them, is the third dimension upon which the suffering of the Palestinian in general and the intellectual in particular is based. Faisal Darraj devoted his intellectual and critical project to dismantling the discourse of identity and alienation in most of his works. He obsessed over the two issues in fragments of his autobiography, part of which he published successively after he personally suffered from the fire of these questions and their historical and cognitive contexts. The step of writing memoirs was, in the end, an insightful inspection of an ambiguous reality interconnected with... Existential and national issues. These memoirs seemed to be the culmination of questions about these problematic topics that arise every now and then and become more complex and intertwined. There is no doubt that the restriction of these memoirs for Darraj was linked to the duality of writing, erasure, and self-imagination, as for Serge Doubrovsky
