It’s the Childhood of Art “Treat Me like a Child”
In a contemporary world of extremedeculturation and a modern society of absolute gratification, tyrannizedauthorshiptakes refuge in the infancy of art – the cocoon of the primitive text. By fusing percept, affect, and intellect, the singular nature of the act of writingthus opens onto the aesthetics of a primordial, original, and inaugural word; a guardian of authentic traditions thatbygoneerassought to pervert and future times willstrive to corrupt, while the presentage, lost in the labyrinths of post-truth, struggles to soothereactionary or progressive consciences. Over the course of time, flowingcareless and implacable, there has emerged a darkpoetics of tropism in whichauthorship and readershipmirror, encounter, and imprisonthemselves at the veryheart of literality.

Corporate Governance Understanding the Concept and the role of Stakeholders
Corporate governance is a pivotal topic of widespread interest to institutions and organizations at the regional and international levels, given its vital role in guiding organizations toward achieving their primary objectives. Understanding the theoretical framework of governance concepts is an important starting point for stakeholders. However, this understanding remains insufficient unless it is translated into practical practices that align with the real challenges facing organizations. These challenges often include financial risk management, promoting ethical behavior, and implementing governance principles, particularly disclosure and transparency. This contributes to enhancing implementation effectiveness and achieving outstanding corporate performance. This research paper aims to clarify the concept of corporate governance and identify the various stakeholders involved. Contemporary organizations are expected to balance their economic objectives on the one hand, and environmental and societal requirements on the other, as a prerequisite for their sustainability. This balance can only be achieved by gaining the trust of stakeholders by recognizing their role, ensuring their protection, and involving them in decision-making that affects their interests. These stakeholders represent a strategic resource that contributes to enhancing an organization's competitiveness and supporting its ability to create sustainable value in the long term. Keywords: , ,

The celebration of Mawlid al-Nabawi through history: the jurisprudential foundations of a thousand-year-old tradition
The cultural and cultural aspects of the celebration of Mawlid al-Nabawi, they can become an expression of the Muslim world, constituting expressions of impression by Omme. This testimony does not really seem to have a tendency to appear: on the premise that this celebration was not initiated by the Prophet himself and was not enacted by the sacred texts, the majority of Salafi Imams "Of heresy" (bid'a) and tirelessly multiply the calls to his boycott. This is an old argument for a desecration of the Mawlid al-Nabawi festival, we can not question the validity of this reasoning? Perhaps to say that the celebration of the Mawlid has its origins in the statement of the sacred texts of Islam, or would not, on the contrary, be something unjustly sacralized as pretending to its detractors? To try to bring a beginning of answer to this interrogation, the author will endeavor, at first, to trace the history of the celebration of the Mawlid in Islam (1). Before of bringing, in a second time, on the view of the geologists ormanians on the legitimacy of this religious night (2
Occupational burnout: its causes and treatment under modern work requirements
Occupational fatigue is a modern and modern phenomenon that is a state of severe psychological and physical fatigue caused by persistent stresses in the working environment. Its symptoms are manifested in a feeling of constant exhaustion, loss of motivation, anxiety, and low performance. Context and Its Terminological Apparatus
Although classical Arab scholars did not formulate a theory of context in the same way it was later conceptualized in modern critical discourse—particularly with the emergence of a self-standing contextual theory in the work of English linguist J. R. Firth—the absence of a fully articulated contextual theory in its modern sense does not mean that early Arab thinkers were unconcerned with context. A close examination of various branches of Arab intellectual discourse—such as the sciences of ḥadīth, linguistics, rhetoric, and literary criticism—reveals that the notion of context (siyāq) was a fundamental concern that helped shape these fields into fully developed disciplines within the Arab-Islamic intellectual tradition. What matters most for the purpose of this study is the discourse of literary criticism, which is rich with references to context and clearly demonstrates that this concept played a key role in shaping critical discourse—both in terms of determining critical judgments and in organizing the associated terminological framework. This suggests that context is deeply rooted in Arab critical heritage. Despite the varying ways Arab critics approached this concept, they shared an underlying concern with all the elements that define context as a critical category. Otherwise, how could we explain their detailed interest in the communicative process and the conveyance of meaning? And how can we account for the evaluative criteria and critical judgments they developed—criteria that preoccupied both classical and modern critics? Moreover, their concern with context led to the development of a terminological apparatus that reveals their capacity to establish a critical discourse grounded in systematic and scientific inquiry. On this basis, the axes of this research are defined as follows: first, we will explore the concept of context from the perspective of contemporary Western theory; within this framework, we will then examine how Arab rhetoricians and classical critics conceptualized context; finally, we will conclude by outlining the key terminological components that formed around this notion
On the Edge of Narrative Rupture Le Pendule de Foucault by Umberto Eco
The omnipresence and “obviousness” of narrative make it a mode of expression that becomes invisible and fades into the background behind what it recounts. But sometimes – when a semiotician takes hold of it – narrative recounts that it is in the process of recounting.
And this mode of narration takes centre stage and partially or almost completely obscures the facts being recounted. This atypical case is admirably portrayed in Foucault’s Pendulum. Indeed, after working as a theorist, critic and semiotician, Umberto Eco turned to writing and achieved phenomenal success with Le nom de la rose. He repeated this success with Le Pendule de Foucault. In it, he reveals his full talent as a semiotician. By stretching the narrative to its limits. Extending it beyond all measure. Taking it to the brink of collapse. But preserving its integrity thanks to an ingenious narrative technique. That of memory. However, he does so with a specific twist: cultivating erudite digression in every nook and cranny of the story. The result is a fabulous narrative, labyrinthine to perfection, and a true introduction to semiotics.
