The ideas expressed here have been the result of the reflection on the path taken by the research group on drug dependence and other addictions during 25 years, since its formation dates back to 1999, when the initial question was about drug dependence and the problems related to this issue, passing through the understanding of addictions in a broader sense -behavioral and by psychoactive substances- until the present question about addictions but within the framework of mental health. One conclusion emerges when trying to foresee the future not only of the group but also of its members, given the undeniable transformation brought about by generational changes within the groups. Currently, it is conceived as a group that recognizes in the subjectivity of its researchers, a possibility for dialogue between disciplines and for the opening to new research topics that allow understanding the complexity of mental health.
Keywords: University, drug dependence, addictions, research, academia, research.Las ideas aquí expresadas han sido el fruto de la reflexión sobre el camino recorrido por el grupo de investigación Farmacodependencia y otras adicciones durante 25 años, pues su conformación data del año 1999 donde la pregunta inicial era por la farmacodependencia y los problemas conexos a esta problemática, transitando por la comprensión de las adicciones en un sentido más amplio -comportamentales y por sustancias psicoactivas- hasta situarse en el presente, el interrogante por las adicciones en el marco de la salud mental. Una conclusión se desprende al tratar de avizorar el futuro no sólo del grupo sino de quienes lo integran, dada la innegable transformación que trae consigo los cambios generacionales al interior de los grupos. Actualmente, se concibe como un grupo que reconoce en la subjetividad de sus investigadores, una posibilidad para el diálogo entre las disciplinas y para la apertura a nuevos temas de investigación que permitan comprender la complejidad de la salud mental
¿Son realización personal y socialización compatibles? Reevaluando el enfoque humanista de Rogers
Full text linkThe aim of this paper is to reevaluate Rogers’ humanistic approach from the perspective of human development in view of Vázquez Arellano & García Rodríguez (2021) critical analysis which is examined firstly rejecting several of its objections for absurd or arbitrary, and agreeing with others, although no with its tone and wording. I evaluate afterwards the critical approaches from a cognitive, practical-evaluative, and attitudinal perspective concluding that although non dogmatic criticism is desirable in intellectual analysis and life, taken to the limit becomes a destructive and discouraging devise due to its negativism, lack of modulation, and aversion to action and empirical testing. It is then identified individualism, elitism, and naivety as shortcomings of Rogerian approach posing alternatives which complement it by adding confrontation and empowerment strategies to those of cooperation and empathy, and exogenous models of human development which underlie social interactions, roles, and supplies. I finally question Rogerian unconditional acceptance showing the tension between that mandate and responsible socialization which requires conditioning approval, love and other social rewards to the interests and objectives of the communityMi pretensión en este artículo es reevaluar el enfoque humanista de Rogers desde la perspectiva del desarrollo humano en vista del análisis crítico de Velázquez y García Rodríguez (2021) que examino primero rechazando varias objeciones por absurdas o arbitrarias y concordando con otras (no con su tono y redacción). Evalúo las visiones críticas desde las perspectivas cognoscitiva, práctico-valorativa y actitudinal concluyendo que, aunque la crítica no dogmática es deseable en el análisis y la vida, llevada al límite resulta destructiva y desmotivadora por su propensión a la negatividad, falta de modulación y aversión a la acción y prueba empírica. Individualismo, elitismo e ingenuidad buenista son identificadas como defectos del enfoque rogeriano proponiendo estrategias de confrontación y empoderamiento para complementar las de cooperación y empatía y modelos exógenos del desarrollo humano que reconocen el papel constructivo de interacciones, papeles y aportes sociales. Cuestiono finalmente el principio de aceptación incondicional -base de la realización personal humanista- notando su enfrentamiento con la socialización responsable que exige condicionar la aceptación y otras recompensas sociales a los intereses y objetivos de la comunidad
Apegos y virtualidad: Una mirada desde las relaciones afectivas a distancia
Full text linkThis research analyzes the manifestation of the types of attachment, theorized by Bowlby and characterized by Ainsworth, in long distance relationships. Young adults between 20 and 30 years old, who belong to the Psychology course at the Universidad Católica Luis Amigó during the 2024-1 semester, were studied with the objective of analyzing the ways in which the types of attachment are presented in their affective relationships at a distance. The findings reveal a predominance of monogamous relationships sustained by external commitments (work or academic). The predominance of secure and anxious-ambivalent attachments is evident. It is concluded that these relationships reflect early bonds with parents and that physical distance does not prevent the development and maintenance of affective bonds.Esta investigación analiza la manifestación de los tipos de apego, teorizados por Bowlby y caracterizados por Ainsworth, en las relaciones a distancia. Jóvenes adultos entre 20 y 30 años, pertenecientes a la carrera de Psicología de la Universidad Católica Luis Amigó durante el semestre 2024-1, fueron estudiados con el objetivo de analizar las formas en que se presentan los tipos de apego en sus relaciones afectivas a distancia. Los hallazgos revelan un predominio de relaciones monógamas sostenidas por compromisos externos (laborales o académicos). Se evidencia el predominio de apegos seguros y ansioso-ambivalentes. Se concluye que estas relaciones reflejan vínculos tempranos con los padres y que la distancia física no impide el desarrollo y mantenimiento de los vínculos afectivos
La interpretación de la actividad inmanente como producción intrapsíquica en la filosofía y teología de Duns Escoto
Full text linkIn this work, we will attempt to show and critically analyze how Duns Scotus (1891, 1893, 1960) explicitly, frequently, and abundantly uses the term and concept of “production” to speak both of mental processes in the human mind and of Trinitarian processes in divinity. We compare this use of the concept of production in Scotist philosophy with the approach adopted in Aristotelian and Thomistic philosophy, as well as in Augustinian philosophy and other medieval authors contemporary with Scotus. Through a historical-philosophical and critical-textual analysis, we conclude that Duns Scotus interprets immanent acts differently than Aristotle. This leads to the introduction of a complex duality between the eliciting or productive activity and the immanent act as its effect or end. This led to a certain degree of confusion and a loss of the genuine meaning of praxis or “immanent activity” in the classical sense.El propósito del artículo es mostrar y analizar críticamente cómo Duns Escoto (1891, 1893, 1960) utiliza explícita, frecuente y abundantemente el concepto de “producción” para hablar tanto de los procesos mentales que se desarrollan en la mente humana como de los procesos trinitarios que se desarrollan en la divinidad. Comparamos dicho uso del concepto de producción en la filosofía escotista con el planteamiento de la filosofía aristotélica y tomista, así como el de la agustiniana y otros autores medievales contemporáneos a Escoto o posteriores. Mediante un análisis histórico-filosófico y crítico-textual, concluimos que en Escoto (1968) hay una interpretación de los actos inmanentes diferente a la aristotélica, que conduce a introducir una compleja dualidad entre la actividad elicitante o productiva y el acto inmanente como efecto o término de la misma, que generó cierta confusión al respecto y una pérdida del genuino sentido de la praxis o “actividad inmanente” en sentido clásico

Batallas de la Historia y la memoria. Un primer mapeo general de concepciones y propuestas de América Latina y Europa
Full text linkIn this article we find a general mapping of diverse conceptions and fundamental notions to think the wide spectrum of history, historicity, historical time among other essential elements for our contemporaneity. Current politics, eclipsed by struggles and conceptual battles and their abstraction, requires attentive analysis of the historical movements of the present. Taking memory and history through a political lens, then, forces us to dispute the construction of the social order installed at a given social time. The objective of this paper is, first, to discuss how it is possible to conceive of memory and the emergence of novelty, particularly by delving into the ideas of Horkheimer and Arendt –since in her work as well, through the notion of “natality”, memory becomes less an act of preservation and more an exercise of judgment, distinction, and action, which allows us to connect with the theme of political struggles over memory. This will enable us to situate the state of memory in terms of Europe. Subsequently, we aim to contrast this perspective and ground it in Latin America, where many countries have been victims of systematic human rights violations. A política atual, ofuscada por lutas e batalhas conceituais e sua abstração, exige uma análise atenta dos movimentos históricos do presente. Assim, considerar a memória e a história por meio de uma lente política nos obriga a contestar a construção da ordem social instalada em um determinado momento social. O objetivo deste artigo é, em primeiro lugar, discutir como é possível conceber a memória e o surgimento da novidade, particularmente ao mergulhar nas ideias de Horkheimer e Arendt - já que também em seus trabalhos, por meio da noção de “naturalidade”, a memória se torna menos um ato de preservação e mais um exercício de julgamento, distinção e ação, o que nos permite conectar com a questão das lutas políticas pela memória. Isso nos permitirá situar o estado da memória em termos da Europa. Posteriormente, propomos contrastar essa perspectiva e fundamentá-la na América Latina, onde muitos países foram vítimas de violações sistemáticas dos direitos humanos. Estrategias orientadoras para la atención integral de estudiantes con diagnóstico de TEA en educación preescolar: un enfoque práctico
Full text linkIn the current educacital context, comprehensive care for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at the preschool level represents a significant challenge for educators. This study focuses on the design of strategies specifically oriented to address the educational needs of children with ASD in the preschool environment. After carrying out a dialogic process between various authors, identifying categories and systematizing observations that were made in the field, some guiding strategies were developed that allowed optimizing the teaching and learning processes based on significant experiences from the application of diversified techniques, which analyze their effects. . in inclusive processes in the classroom, based on comprehensive care during the year 2023 at the Envigado Educational Institution, using a practical approach, understood as a reflective praxis that involves the knowledge of being and doing of the subject. These strategies aim to provide comprehensive monitoring, taking as a starting point the dimensions of child development, based on the needs that converge in their closest environment.En el contexto educativo actual, la atención integral de estudiantes con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) en el nivel preescolar representa un desafío significativo para educadores. Este estudio se enfoca en el diseño de estrategias orientadoras específicamente para atender las necesidades educativas de niños con TEA en el entorno preescolar. Tras realizar un proceso dialógico entre diversos autores, identificar categorías y sistematizar observaciones que se realizaron en campo, se desarrollaron algunas estrategias orientadoras que permitieron optimizar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje a partir de experiencias significativas desde la aplicación de técnicas desde el enfoque cualitativo, que analizan sus efectos en los procesos inclusivos en el aula, en función de la atención integral durante el año 2023 en la Institución Educativa de Envigado, utilizando un enfoque práctico, entendido como una praxis reflexiva que involucra el saber ser y hacer del sujeto. Estas estrategias pretenden brindar un seguimiento integral al desarrollo infantil, tomando como punto de partida las dimensiones que lo componen y las necesidades que convergen en su entorno más cercano. Esto implica una mirada holística que abarca no solo el ámbito escolar desde el desafío, sino también el familiar y social
