Cambios organizacionales implementados a partir del Covid-19 en un laboratorio químico de la ciudad de Medellín
The objective of the study was to determine the influence of the organizational changes implemented in a laboratory in the city of Medellin, generated by the Covid 19 pandemic, on organizational aspects of the administrative order and business structure. The methodological approach used was qualitative, which was developed from the case study method, which allowed systematizing the experiences of eight collaborators and two managers of a laboratory in the city of Medellin regarding the organizational changes perceived as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic, perceptionscollected through a focus group and two semi-structured interviews. The results show that organizational impacts have a direct influence on productivity since eachdecision taken can increase or decrease the efficiency of the company, likewise, these changes influence job satisfaction, especially when there are staff cuts, since this situation can alter the work environment and fragment the sense of belonging. If productivity and job satisfaction are affected, competitiveness is compromised, a situation that forces organizations to review their management of change. Oneof the central conclusions of the study indicates that organizational changes have an integral effect on organizations, which, depending on the type of management applied by the company, can generate positive or negative effects, since the course of the business, the stability of the collaborators, the efficiency of the processes and, in general, the competitive qualities of the organization depend on the management of change.El presente estudio se realizó con el objetivo de conocer la influencia de los cambios organizacionales implementados en un laboratorio de la ciudad de Medellín generados por la pandemia del Covid 19, en aspectos organizacionales del orden administrativo y de estructura empresarial. El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue el cualitativo, el cual se desarrolló a partir del método de caso de estudio, que permitió sistematizar las experiencias de ocho colaboradores y dos directivos de un laboratorio de la ciudad de Medellín frente a los cambios organizacionales percibidos a partir de la pandemia por Covid 19, percepciones recolectadas mediante un grupo focal y de dos entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los resultados demuestran que los impactos organizacionales tienen una influencia directa en la productividad pues cada decisión tomada puede aumentar o disminuir la eficiencia de la empresa, así mismo, dichos cambios influyen sobre la satisfacción laboral, máxime cuando hay recortes de personal, pues esta situación puede alterar el ambiente laboral y fragmentar el sentido de pertenencia. Si se afecta la productividad y la satisfacción laboral, la competitividad se ve comprometida, situación que obliga a las organizaciones a revisar su gestión ante el cambio. Una de las conclusiones centrales del estudio indica que los cambios organizaciones tienen un efecto integral sobre las organizaciones, el cual, dependiendo del tipo de gestión que aplique la empresa, puede generar efectos positivos o negativos pues, de la gestión del cambio depende el curso del negocio, la estabilidad de los colaboradores, la eficiencia en los procesos y, en general, las cualidades competitivas de la organización
La reproducción de la vida a tempo capitalista. Una aproximación a los partos/nacimientos institucionales desde la perspectiva marxista del valor
The institutional model of childbirth was built hand in hand with modern medicine and in the midst of the transition to capitalism. In fact, its institutionalization took place during the 18th– 19th centuries, going from being a home event attended by women to taking place in incipient health centers and in charge of new medical professionals. This article analyzes institutional childbirths in relation to capitalism as a mode of (re) production of goods and people, starting from the hypothesis that it is governed by the capitalist logic of space– time organization and social relationship. Through a theoretical reconstruction, categories of the Marxian theory of value – and its drifts from feminisms – are articulated with theoretical productions focused from the anthropology of reproduction, exploring intersections and relationships between these conceptual fields given the vacancy of developments in this direction. In this way, lines are proposed to think about the institutional model of childbirth from a Marxist and gender perspective.El modelo institucional de atención al parto se erigió de la mano de la medicina moderna y en plena transición al capitalismo. De hecho, su institucionalización se dio durante los siglos XVIII-XIX, pasando de ser un evento hogareño y asistido por mujeres a realizarse en los centros de salud incipientes y a cargo de los nuevos profesionales médicos. Este artículo analiza el parto/nacimiento institucional en relación con el capitalismo como modo de (re)producción de bienes y personas, partiendo de la hipótesis de que este se encuentra regido por la lógica capitalista de organización espaciotemporal y de relación social. Mediante una reconstrucción teórica, se articulan categorías de la teoría marxiana del valor —atendiendo a sus derivas desde los feminismos— con producciones teóricas enfocadas desde la antropología de la reproducción, explorando cruces y relaciones entre estos campos conceptuales dada la vacancia de desarrollos en esta dirección. De esta manera, se proponen líneas para pensar el modelo institucional de partos desde una perspectiva marxista y en clave de género
Afetividade, reconhecimento e menosprezo na cotidianidade de pessoas acompanhadas por um serviço de saúde mental em Brasil
Modernity inaugurated a new way of conceiving madness as a disease, confining people diagnosed with mental disorders in hospices and asylums. As a result of questioning these institutionalization practices, new mental health care strategies emerged in the second half of the 20th century. Despite advances, people diagnosed with mental disorders are still subjected to social exclusion practices in everyday life. In this work, we discuss experiences of recognition and disrespect in the affective sphere, among users of a CAPS II in Bahia, using the photo-provocation method. Among the results, we highlight that the experiences of contempt and abuse hurt self-esteem, while affective recognition contributes to the strengthening of a positive self-image. Thus, bonds based on loving dedication strengthen autonomy and facilitate social bonds based on trust and respect, which contribute to mental health care processes.A Modernidade inaugurou uma nova forma de conceber a loucura como doença, confinando as pessoas diagnosticadas com transtornos mentais em hospícios e manicômios. Fruto de questionamentos a essas práticas de institucionalização, novas estratégicas de cuidado em saúde mental surgiram na segunda metade do século XX. Apesar dos avanços, as pessoas diagnosticadas com transtornos mentais ainda são submetidas a práticas de menosprezo e exclusão social na cotidianidade. Neste trabalho discutimos experiências de reconhecimento e menosprezo, entre usuários de um CAPS II na Bahia, usando o método da foto-provocação. Entre os resultados, destacamos que as experiências de menosprezo ferem a autoestima, enquanto o reconhecimento afetivo contribui para o fortalecimento da autoimagem positiva e a possibilidade de exercício da cidadania. Assim, vínculos fundamentados na dedicação amorosa fortalecem a autonomia e facilitam laços sociais baseados na confiança e no respeito, que contribuem nos processos de cuidado em saúde mental. 
¿Es mejor padecer la violencia que ejercerla? A propósito de un dualismo instalado en la cultura
Drawing from a narrative about Tolstoy's life, this text examines a deeply ingrained dichotomous logic in our culture, namely, that within the sphere of violence, one is either an agent or a victim, one either enforces it or suffers from it, without considering any alternatives beyond this framework. The text utilizes insights from Judith Butler and Walter Benjamin to scrutinize the limitations of this perspective and underscores Butler's concept of "nonviolence" as a means to transcend this dichotomy.A partir de un relato sobre la vida de Tolstói, este texto analiza una lógica dicotómica ampliamente arraigada en nuestra cultura, a saber, que en el ámbito de la violencia, se es o agente o paciente, se ejerce o se padece, pero no hay un más allá de ella. El texto utiliza algunos planteamientos de Judith Butler y de Walter Benjamin para analizar las limitaciones de esta concepción y destaca la noción de "no violencia" de Butler como una forma de trascender esta dicotomía
«Miseria del psicoanálisis». Respuesta a la investigación psicoanalítica contemporánea
In this paper, I analyse two recent psychoanalytic publications and draw somemethodological flaws that not only denigrate the field of psychoanalysis, but also allow us to glimpse how inherited dogmas and unjustified oversights end up banishing psychoanalytic production from the field of scientific knowledge (a fundamental matter for Freud). To address this problem, I shed light upon two simple academic practices that would allow us to get back on track and that, despite being obvious and perhaps cumbersome, have ended up being disregarded. Rigor and order in reasoning, although tedious and demanding, allow us to focus our epistemic efforts towards the advancement of knowledge. Although psychoanalytic research differs from other scientific disciplines in terms of its method and object, the form persists. Streams ofassociations, despite attempts to chain them poetically, do not distance themselves from delirium; on the contrary, they make straying their goal. I conclude by mentioning two other recent psychoanalytic publications that exemplify some ways of correctly conducting scientific research in the psychoanalytic field.En el presente artículo analizo dos publicaciones psicoanalíticas recientes y extraigo algunas conclusiones sobre los vicios que no solo denotan el campo del psicoanálisis; sino que permiten entrever cómo dogmas heredados y descuidos injustificados terminan por desterrar la producción psicoanalítica del campo del conocimiento científico (cuestión fundamental para Freud). Para el caso, menciono dos sencillas prácticas académicas que permitirían retomar el camino y que, por evidentes y tal vez engorrosas, se han terminado por desestimar. El rigor y orden en el razonamiento, aunque tedioso y ajustado, permite ceñir los esfuerzos epistémicos en pos del avance del conocimiento. Si bien la investigación psicoanalítica se diferencia de las demás disciplinas científicas en cuanto a su método y su objeto; la forma persiste. Los torrentes de asociaciones no por intentar estar encadenadas poéticamente se alejan del delirio; al contrario, hacen del extravío su meta. Termino mencionando otras dos publicaciones psicoanalíticas recientes; estas sí, ejemplares de cómo realizar correctamente una investigación científica en el terreno psicoanalítico
Sinodalidad en perspectiva feminista: implicaciones y desafíos para la iglesia del siglo XXI
To talk about synodality in the Church it is necessary to reflect seriously on the mission of women in the 21th-century ecclesiastical community. Therefore, the following paper aims to identify the implications and challenges derived from the prophetic claim of feminist theologians facing the active participation of women, as part of an integral proposal for the Spirit in the development of a Church in synodality. Thus, the text starts introducing some characteristics of the conciliar model that, expressed in the ecclesiology of God’s people, enlightens the topic. Afterward, this paper identifies various challenges pointed out by women theologians, as well as the synthesis of the first stage of the Synod on synodality in the search of women visualization within the ecclesiastical context, the leadership shared with men and the decision-making. Finally, the text sets out different feminist proposals towards a consolidation of a synodical church. Consequently, the construction of an authentic synodality inexorably implies the incorporation of women within every ecclesiastical scenery.Para hablar de sinodalidad en la Iglesia, es necesario reflexionar, seriamente, sobre la misión de la mujer en la comunidad eclesial del siglo XXI. Por esto es que, el presente escrito pretende identificar las implicaciones y desafíos que se desprenden del clamor profético de las teólogas feministas frente a la participación activa de las mujeres, como parte de una propuesta integral del espíritu en la construcción de una iglesia en sinodalidad. En este sentido, el texto inicia con la presentación de algunas características del modelo conciliar que, plasmadas en la eclesiología del pueblo de Dios, iluminan esta temática; posteriormente, identifica diversos desafíos y retos señalados por las teólogas y las síntesis de la primera fase del Sínodo sobre la sinodalidad en la búsqueda de la visibilización de la mujer en el contexto eclesial, del liderazgo compartido con los varones y en la toma de decisiones; finalmente, plantea diferentes propuestas, en clave feminista, para la consolidación de una Iglesia sinodal y concluye que, la edificación de una auténtica sinodalidad implica, inexorablemente, la incorporación de las mujeres en todos los escenarios eclesiales
Experience of the covid-19 phenomenon in the context of marital and parent-child relationships
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought major changes on family relationship worldwide and the mandatory isolations made the development of home schooling and work a must. Objective: To explain marital conflict based on anxiety, parental stress, rough handling of children and the accompaniment of parents in their children’s school activities during confinement by COVID-19. Method: Descriptive, explanatory, mixed study, through questionnaire and interview. The Study was carried out in a sample of 899 Colombian and Aruban people. Results: the variable that weighted the most in women in Colombia was parental stress. In men it was anxiety which makes a greater contribution to marital conflict, followed by parental stress. In Aruba, the only variable that contributed significantly was parental stress. In both countries, a positive correlation with anxiety, parental stress and rough treatment. However, a negative correlation was found with the accompaniment of the children’s school activities. Revisión documental de la satisfacción estudiantil respecto a la investigación formativa universitaria
The present article aims to describe those constructs of virtual training research that contribute positively to student satisfaction in university students. Methodologically, a qualitative documentary research was carried out in which articles, theses and databases related to formative research and virtual education were reviewed. After the review carried out, some variables that influence student satisfaction in virtual training research were found: teaching knowledge of ICT and research, permanentteaching support to the student, integration of gamification in research activities training and the use of advanced virtual tools in the teaching of formative research such as: virtual laboratories or simulators that allow the student to learn to research formatively the without limitations of real research.El presente artículo busca caracterizar aquellos constructos de la investigación formativa virtual que contribuyen positivamente a la satisfacción estudiantil en universitarios. Metodológicamente, se llevó a cabo una investigación cualitativa de carácter documental en la que se revisaron artículos, tesis y bases de datos relacionadas con la investigación formativa en la educación virtual. Tras la revisión realizada, se encontraron algunas variables que influyen en la satisfacción estudiantil con la investigación formativa virtual, tales como: los conocimientos docentes de las TIC y de investigación, el acompañamiento docente permanente al estudiante, la integración de la gamificación en las actividades de investigación formativa y el uso de herramientas virtuales avanzadas en la enseñanza de la investigación formativa (laboratorios virtuales o simuladores, entre otras) que le permiten al estudiante aprender a investigar formativamente sin las limitaciones propias de una investigación real
