: Stable relationships and changing configurations between real estate developers and public actors (Lille Metro Aera, 1945-2000)
Evaluation of Bioresorbable Surgical Meshes by Ultrasound
International audienceWe report a new approach to the quantitative ultrasonic examination of resorbable surgical meshes used for abdominal hernia. Information about the current state of a resorbable mesh is important for monitoring the prosthesis integration and the healing processes. The method presumes two successive steps. At first, an acoustic image of a mesh structure is obtained by scanning the object at a relatively high frequency and vectors of the reciprocal lattice are determined by the Fourier transform of the image. At the second step, the object is irradiated along the found direction of the reciprocal lattice by a low frequency wave inclined to the plane of the mesh. The signal of a back reflection is acquired and processed quantitatively as a function of tilt angle or frequency. On an example of model objects artificially fabricated with textile meshes, the ability of the structures under examination to effectively generate Bragg scattering is demonstrated. Comparative tests with objects imitating mesh resorption confirm the method’s ability to reveal mesh degradation
High frequency diffuse acoustic field correlation for defect detection in Silicon wafers
International audienceThis project is funded by Agence Nationale de le Recherche ANR: DACLOS N°:ANR-21-CE42-0002-01 This work aims to advance the microelectronics industry by developing a non-destructive inspection method for imaging and locating defects on silicon wafers. This thesis is part of the ANR DACLOS project, which aims to develop a non-destructive inspection method based on HF diffuse field correlation in silicon wafers. The project aims to detect and image defects by combining optical detection with the surface acoustic wave correlation approach

Sputtered molybdenum nitride films for asymmetric micro-supercapacitors in aqueous electrolyte
Data availabilityData for this article, including SEM, XRD, XPS, Raman, XAS, AFM, electrochemical cycling, EPR, electrical conductivity, bulk density measurements are available at the following URL https://nextcloud.univ-lille.fr/index.php/s/qRqJ4mo4aWYq45rInternational audienceHere we investigated the electrochemical performance of molybdenum nitride films as an efficient electrode for asymmetric micro-supercapacitors. Molybdenum nitride films were successfully deposited and optimized by reactive magnetron sputtering. On the one hand, the tuning of several deposition parameters (pressure, gas flow rates) allows obtaining molybdenum nitride electrode with high porosity and high electrical conductivity. On the other hand, Operando X-ray diffraction, operando Raman spectroscopy and operando X-ray absorption spectroscopy are combined to unveil the charge storage process in 1 M KOH aqueous electrolyte. These measurements clearly reveal the role of molybdenum oxide species in the pseudocapacitive mechanism at the oxide/electrolyte interface. High volumetric capacitance up to 624 F·cm⁻³ with excellent capacitance retention of 95 % over 20 000 cycles was achieved in 1 M KOH
