A fizetési meghagyás kézbesítésével kapcsolatos gyakorlati problémák, különös tekintettel a postai kézbesítésre
Get PDFIn the procedure of order for payment under the jurisdiction of the notary, it is very common that the obligor does not accept the order for payment issued by the notary. Between September 25, 2023 and March 25, 2024, this case occurred in 37.6 percent (!) of the 619 order for payment cases received by notary Ajka No. 1. Within this, 83.3% of order for payments returned with the “unclaimed” ("nem kereste”) postmark, which is a surprisingly high number. Different procedural legal consequences are associated with the order for payments that have not been received, the purpose of this study is to present them.A közjegyző hatáskörébe tartozó fizetési meghagyásos eljárásban nagyon gyakori, hogy a közjegyző által kibocsátott fizetési meghagyást a kötelezett nem veszi át. A 2023. szeptember 25. és 2024. március 25. napja között az Ajka 1. számú közjegyzőhöz érkezett 619 fizetési meghagyásos ügy 37,6 százalékánál (!) állt fenn ez az eset. Ezen belül a „nem kereste” postai jelzéssel visszaérkezett fizetési meghagyások aránya 83,3% volt, ami meglepően magas szám. The State of Content Marketing in Hungary and Its Possible Effects on a Specific Brand – Hungarian Experts’ Opinions
Get PDFThe aim of this paper is to give an overview of the state of content marketing (CM) in Hungary, its application and whether it is worth examining the effect of CM on the Brand Asset Valuator (BAV) and brand experience (BX). To investigate these issues, the author conducted individual interviews with twelve online marketing and content marketing experts in 2022. Based on the research results, it can be stated that the Hungarian practice of content marketing is typically at an initial stage, the attitude of the management of the companies is inappropriate and there are often resource limitations. According to the experts, examining the effect of CM on BAV and BX is generally relevant and reasonable. The results confirm the connection between content marketing and branding and its controlling is an important academic research area and a business issue that requires further study

Get PDF The aim of my study is to analyze the territorial competitiveness of Hungary at the NUTS3 level with the help of competitiveness calculations. Two types of competitiveness calculations found in the literature (GDP decomposition and logarithm-based methods) were the focus of the study. Based on the results, I classified the regions into clusters. The focus of the research period is the 2008-2009 crisis. The results of the study prove that there is a movement between the previous convergence studies and the results of the competitiveness indices.Tanulmány célja Magyarország NUTS3-as szintű területi versenyképességének elemzése. A szakirodalomban ajánlott kétféle versenyképességi számítás (a GDP dekompozíciós és a logaritmus alapú módszerek) került a vizsgálat középpontjában. Az eredményeket alapján a térségeket klaszterekbe soroltam. A kutatási időszak középpontjában a 2008-2009-es válság áll.
