Demokracja konsocjalna i zielony konsumpcjonizm w aspek-cie funkcji społeczeństwa prulalistycznego
Get PDFThe problem is the lack of consensus in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H).The subject are the characteristics of plural society (PS) in B&H and pluralist society, with a focus on consociational democracy (CD) and green consumerism (GC). Unresolved pre-political issues of B&H even in the 21st century condition the application of CD and alternative development solutions-GC and green and circular economy (GE,CE). Scientific goals are: description, understanding, explanation and prediction. Analytical-deductive and comparative methods are used, along with a case study of B&H. The main result is the discovery of GC, as a requirement of PS for sustainable development.Problemem głównym artykułu jest brak konsensusu w Bośni i Hercegowinie (dalej B&H). Poruszona jest również tematyka cech społeczeństwa pluralistycznego (dalej PS) w Bośni i Hercegowinie oraz społeczeństwa pluralistycznego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem demokracji konsocjonalnej (dalej CD) i zielonego konsumeryzmu (dalej GC). Nierozwiązane kwestie przedpolityczne B&H nawet w XXI wieku warunkują zastosowanie CD i alternatywnych rozwiązań rozwojowych – GC oraz zielonej i cyrkularnej gospodarki (dalej GE, CE). Cele naukowe artykułu to: opis, zrozumienie, wyjaśnienie i przewidywanie. Stosowane są metody analityczno-dedukcyjne i porównawcze, a także studium przypadku B&H. Głównym rezultatem jest odkrycie GC jako wymogu PS dla procesu zrównoważonego rozwoju

Get PDFThe guiding idea of the presented considerations is culture understood as the substrate of all activities allowing for manifesting and defining human ethnic identity. The article also addresses the issue of ethnopedagogy, analyzed through the prism of the contemporary socio-political space and the dynamic national and ethnic processes taking place within it. The author notices the possibility of entering the dialogue with ’the other‘ in the mutual acceptance of shared value systems by all parties involved, as well as in educational and artistic activities that facilitate cognition and understanding of the specificity of various types of otherness.Ideą przewodnią zaprezentowanych rozważań jest kultura rozumiana jako podłoże wszelkich działań pozwalających manifestować i dookreślać etniczną tożsamość człowieka. Artykuł podejmuje również problematykę etnopedagogiki, analizowaną przez pryzmat współczesnej przestrzeni społeczno-politycznej oraz zachodzących w niej dynamicznych procesów narodowościowych i etnicznych. Achaemenid Settlement in Shiraz Plain: Tol-e Sefid Sadra
Get PDFShiraz plain is one of the most important plains adjacent to Persepolis. Tirazziš place have been mentioned in the Persepolis Archives many times. For further research on the place name of modern Shiraz with what is mentioned in the Achaemenid’s Archives, it was necessary to carried out an archeological survey in this plain. Objective and methodical archeological researches had not been carried out in the Shiraz plain until 2008. In the process of this new methodical archaeological survey, one of the most important ancient sites of the Achaemenid and Post-Achaemenid periods was identified in the Shiraz plain. According to the ceramic documents, this site was inhabited in the Achaemenid and Post-Achaemenid periods. Shiraz is mentioned in the Persepolis Archives under the Elamite form Tirazziš. This site attests to the situation of the Shiraz plain in the Achaemenid and Post-Achaemenid periods. Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to present the impact of risk on the business activity of enterprises and the areas which ought to be subject to risk management.The efficient management of an enterprise is necessarily connected with risk management. Decisions taken in an enterprise are meant to bring about particular consequences in the future, wherefore they always bear certain risk. In the current economic conditions, the management staff is forced to take into consideration the enterprise’s exposure to risk when taking strategic decisions. The enterprise management system must be integrated with a risk management system at every stage. This coordination begins at the level of planning already and ends at the stage of control. Management is namely ever more frequently identified with the security of a business, which involves reducing risk.Celem opracowania jest prezentacja wpływu ryzyka na działalność przedsiębiorstw i obszarów, które powinny być objęte zarządzania ryzykiem. Sprawny proces zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem łączy się nieodzownie z zarządzaniem ryzykiem. Decyzje podejmowane w przedsiębiorstwie są ukierunkowane na przyszłe skutki, dlatego też zawsze są obarczone ryzykiem. Współczesne warunki gospodarcze narzucają kadrze kierowniczej uwzględnienie w zarządzaniu strategicznym przedsiębiorstwem jego ekspozycji na ryzyko. Stąd rodzi się konieczność koncentracji na tym obszarze. System zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem musi być zintegrowany z systemem zarządzania ryzykiem na każdym etapie. Ta współpraca rozpoczyna się już na etapie planowania, a kończy na kontroli. Zarządzanie coraz częściej utożsamiane jest bowiem z bezpieczeństwem funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa, a to łączy się bardzo mocno z ograniczaniem ryzyka
