    This research explores the role of seagrass ecosystems in supporting marine biodiversity and providing ecosystem services to coastal communities. By analyzing data on seagrass distribution, ecological functions and threats, the research underscores the importance of seagrasses as habitats for a wide range of species, including fish and benthic organisms. Seagrasses contribute significantly to maintaining water quality by absorbing nutrients and reducing sedimentation, while serving as an important bulwark in climate change mitigation. However, threats such as environmental degradation due to human activities and climate change threaten the sustainability of these ecosystems. Findings show that successful seagrass conservation and management requires continuous monitoring, multi-stakeholder collaboration and supportive policies. A data-driven approach to understanding seagrass dynamics in coastal areas is important to optimize the protection and sustainable use of marine resources. In conclusion, seagrass conservation is a strategic step in maintaining the balance of marine ecosystems and the welfare of coastal communities, which requires coordinated efforts from various parties

    STUDI KASUS COMMON SIZE DI PT GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk

    The covid 19 pandemic has had a siginificant impact on the aviation industry globally, including those experienced by PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The study aims to analyze the impact of the covid 19 pandemic on the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with the research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis by analyzing the financial reports of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk started in 2014-2023 or ten years in a row using a common size approach. The study focuses on identifying changes in financial proportions both before, during, and after the pandemic. The type of data in carrying out this research is secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2014-2023 at the Indonesia Stock Exchange by visiting the website https://www.idx.co.id/id . The result of the study showed a drastic decline in Garuda Indonesia’s financial performance in 2020-2021 marked by a fall in revenue to less than 1.5M from an average of 4.1M in previous years. Besed on common size calculations, it was revealed that a significant decrease in cash and cash equivalents, an increase in long-term liabilities that resulted in a negative equity position, the operating burden increased above 100% of the revenue is falling drastically, leading to a massive loss of 311% by 2021. In calculation, the covid 19 pandemic has greatly affectted Garuda Indonesia’s financial performance especially  in terms of revenue, liquidity and profitability. However, signs of recovery began to evercome the crisis, demonstrated by increased revenue and beginning to improve equity position even thought it has not yet returned to pre-epidemic levels

    Peran Komunikasi Dan Koordinasi Tim Dalam Keberhasilan Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi

    The success of construction projects is not solely determined by technical aspects such as budget and scheduling, but also heavily influenced by team communication and coordination. This study aims to analyze the role of communication and team coordination in the success of construction project management in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method involving 120 respondents actively engaged in construction projects, including project managers, engineers, and technical staff. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The results show that effective communication and team coordination significantly impact project success, with a combined contribution of 61%. Communication was found to have the most dominant influence, followed by team coordination. These findings highlight the importance of implementing strong communication strategies and coordination systems to enhance efficiency and achieve project goals. The study recommends improving project team soft skills and leveraging information technology as essential components of modern project management

    Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Raya Untuk Meningkatkan Keselamatan Pengguna

    Geometric road design plays a crucial role in enhancing traffic safety, especially amid increasing vehicle volumes and the complexity of roadway networks. This study aims to analyze the relationship between geometric design elements—such as curve radius, lane width, longitudinal gradient, and stopping sight distance—and accident rates on three segments of national roads with differing characteristics. A mixed methods approach was employed, combining field surveys, design document analysis, and interviews with stakeholders. The results indicate that non-compliance with geometric standards, particularly in sharp curves and steep downhill sections, significantly increases the risk of accidents. These findings are supported by statistical analysis, which shows a negative correlation between curve radius and accident frequency. The study recommends stricter implementation of geometric design standards, improved road signage and markings, and regular evaluation of geometric conditions to enhance road user safety

    Pengembangan Lembar Peserta Didik IPA Berbasis Inkuiri Pada Materi Pencemaran Lingkungan Kelas VII SMP

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari pengamatan peneliti pada proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Utara, yaitu masih belum dikembangkannya lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) IPA berbasis inkuiri. Penggunaan LKPD yang kurang menarik bagi peserta didik membuat pembelajaran menjadi kurang bermakna.  Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian tentang pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis inkuiri untuk pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik IPA berbasis inkuri pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas VII SMP pada materi pencemaran lingkungan yang layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kelayakan LKPD diperoleh melalui validasi ahli materi untuk menilai kelayakan isi materi LKPD, ahli bahasa untuk menilai kelayakan penyajian LKPD dan, ahli desain untuk menilai kelayakan desain LKPD, kepraktisan LKPD dan efektifitas LKPD dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu; (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development; (4) Implement; (5) Evaluate. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penilaian untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKPD adalah  angket validasi yang meliputi aspek kelayakan isi, kelayakan penyajian, kelayakan desain, kelayakan guru mata pelajaran serta respon peserta didik dan efektifitas LKPD. Hasil penelitian LKPD IPA berbasis inkuiri adalah (1) Kelayakan LKPD IPA berbasis inkuiri kelas VII SMP yang telah dikembangkan dan dinilai oleh validator ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli desain adalah 4 dengan kategori baik. (2) Kepraktisan LKPD IPA berbasis inkuiri yang telah dikembangkan menurut penilaian peserta didik pada uji coba perseorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan mencapai 95,8% (sangat praktis). (3) Hasil efektifitas peserta didik menggunakan tes hasil belajar mencapai 96% yang tuntas dan yang tidak tuntas sebesar 4% sehingga dikategorikan sangat tinggi

    This study aims to describe language acquisition in children aged 3 years, the subject of this research is Evelyn Nasha Aprilia Putri, 3 years old, who is placed in Turtle Daycare. Specifically covering the phonological and morphological levels. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using natural observation techniques, free-lance viewing, listening and daily notes. The results of this study indicate that the language acquisition of children aged 3 years is at the level of phonology and morphology. From a phonological point of view, the subject has mastered most of the consonant phonemes. But there are also phonemes that cannot be pronounced perfectly, 3-year-old children mostly omit or replace phonemes that should be there. This can be said to be reasonable, because at the age of 3 years the child's articulation tools and language mastery do not yet have. From a morphological point of view, the subject has mastered the word forms he has obtained, and the more words he says, and the arrangement of sentences is regular and longer, he can use three or more words, monomorphemic words are clear, morphemes can be seen that differentiate the meaning of words, there are free morphemes, bound morpheme, and affixatio

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Guru PPKn dalam memberikan Penguatan Kemandirian siswa melalui kegiatan Pramuka, upaya guru pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam memberikan penguatan kemandirian siswa melalui kegiatan pramuka, untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Guru pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk sikap kemandirian siswa melalui kegiatan pramuka di SMK Negeri 1 Afulu Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, alat yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah rekaman dengan menggunakan Hand Phone  (merekam semua pembicaraan) hasil gambar sebagai bukti nyata, kemudian buku catatan yang berfungsi untuk mencatat semua percakapan dengan sumber data.  Dari hasil Penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Strategi guru PPKn dalam memberikan penguatan kemandirian siswa melalui kegiatan pramuka di SMK Negeri 1 Afulu adalah memberikan arahan dan bimbingan kepada siswa untuk memahami betapa pentignya kemandirian itu, serta perubahan perubahan sikap dan karakter kearah yang lebih baik seperti kerja sama, kekompakan, bekerja tanpa di komandoin, bertanggung jawab, kesungguhan dan belajar. Kemudian Upaya Guru PPKn dalam memberikan Penguatan kemandirian Siswa melalui kegiatan pramuka di SMK Negeri 1 Afulu sebagai berikut guru sebagai motivator untuk terus berupaya mendidik dan memberikan kemandirian kepada siswa dengan cara memberikan tugas mandiri, mengerjakan soal-soal, kalau dalam kegiatan pramuka membiasakan untuk kerja sama, kekompakan dan bekerja tanpa disuruh sehingga itulah upaya yang akan dilakukan dalam memberikan penguatan kemandirian siswa. Selanjutnya Kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam memberikan kemandirian siswa melalaui kegiatan pramuka siswa SMK Negeri 1 Afulu adalah peserta didik lebih cenderung bermain gadged, sehingga tidak ada waktu untuk belajar, dan mengerjakan tugas dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana kegiatan pramuka, serta siswa masih sulit untuk membuka diri disebabkan karena siswa memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda baik  karakter maupun sikap sehingga sulit untuk mengarahkan dan menciptakan kemandirian siswa

    This study was made to determine for sure whether the 3M technique (observing, imitating and adding) is the right technique to be used in improving the ability to write drama texts in grade VIII students of UPT SMP Negeri 37 Medan. The type of data used in this study is quantitative primary data, namely data obtained from the field where the research was conducted. The data used in this study was obtained based on the results of post-test tests on both samples, namely the control class and the experimental class, where the experimental class was given learning to write drama texts with 3M techniques, while the control class was given conventional learning techniques. After testing and data analysis, conclusions can be drawn. First, the average score in the experimental class was 76.05 which was included in the good category. Secondly, the average score in the control class was 47.09 which falls into the category of very less. Third, the results of the hypothesis test, it turned out that the t_0 obtained was greater than t_tabel namely, 14.55 > 1.69, so that H_0 was rejected, and the hypothesis  accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the 3M technique is indeed effective in improving students' ability to write drama texts

    Rasionalisasi dalam Komentar-Komentar Masyarakat tentang Pernyataan Yasonna Laoly Terkait Pembebasan Napi Korupsi

    The study of critical discourse is always interesting to be studied in more depth. All forms of media coverage and public arguments make critical discourse analysis research grow. The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of rationalization of the comments of supporters and opponents, views / knowledge that are used as the basis of rationalization, and communities that are made objects of rationalists related to proposals from Yasonna Laoly by using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis method. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data source used was news from Kumparan, Kompascom, BBCIndonesia, CNNIndonesia, TirtoID, Detikcom, and 20 data accounts in the form of accounts from the Indonesian people regarding Yasonna Laoly's statement of wanting to release corrupt prisoners in the midst of the Corona outbreak. The results showed that the people who commented supporting Yasonna Laoly's statement stated that the plan was the right plan. They argue that the government's decision is a wise decision because it can help corrupt prisoners over the age of 60 get a decent life. People who oppose Yasonna Laoly's statement believe that the plan is a form of injustice from the government which only wants to release the prisoners of corruption and not care about other prisoners

    The Use of Podcast in Teaching Listening Comprehension

    As todays’ generation belongs to Z generation who has been familiar with technology and internet from their young age, it is expected that teachers can maximize their function as learning facilitators by making use of technology and internet resources as learning media. Podcast is one of technology learning media that can be used in teaching listening.  For this reason, the present study was intended to examine the effects of using podcast as the media for teaching listening comprehension in students’ listening ability. Two intact classes of 60 eight graders taking an English class at one secondary school in Tulungagung, East Java were involved in this study. A listening test in multiple choice format was developed for use as the instrument to collect data. The findings show that there is a statistically significant difference in the mean scores of the students’ listening ability when they were taught by using podcast and those taught without using podcast. Thus, it could be concluded that the use of podcast media is effective for teaching listening comprehension in the eighth grade of secondary school
