Analisis Filogenetik Bakteri Indigen Penghasil Senyawa Siderofor Dari Rizhosfer Padi Sebagai Agen Pupuk Hayati Berdasarkan Gen 16S rRNA
Get PDFPencarian isolat bakteri yang mampu memperbaiki kualitas tanah yang kurang baik menjadi alternatif agen pupuk berbasis agen biologi. Ditemukan 3 bakteri yang memiliki kemampuan menghasilkan senyawa siderofor yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan fertilitas tanah. Analisis filogenetik terhadap ketiga isolat dilakukan untuk mengetahui indentitas bakteri siderofor tersebut berdasarkan DNA barkoding gen 16s rRNA. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan sekuen DNA pada basic data di lama NCBI menggunakan program BLAST. Kemudian dilakukan multipel pairwais terhadap semua sekuen sampel dan referensi dan tahap rekonstruski pohon filogenetik dilakukan menggunakan metode neighnor-joining dengan model kimura 2 parameter pengulanan bootsrap 1000 kali. Hasil Analisis filogenetik menunjukkan bahwa bakteri siderofot yang berasar dari Tasik memiliki kekerabatan terdekat dengan bakteri Burkholderia sp. strain DBD1 dengan nilai bootsrap 64%. Sekuens yang berasal dari Garut memiliki kekerabatan terdekat dengan Chryseobacterium sp. strain Ppi2-ST-2 dengan nilai boostrap 81%, sedangkan strain bakteri yang berasal dari Cianjur memiliki kekerabatan paling dekat dengan Bacillus magaterium strain PHB 06 dengan nilai bootsrap sebesar 88%

Get PDFPertanian presisi menjadi salah satu teknologi pertanian yang dapat diimplementasikan pada sistem hidroponik. Pengontrolan nilai Parts per Million (PPM) yang sesuai dengan usia tanaman pada proses pencampuran nutrisi A dan B serta air pada sistem tersebut menjadi sangat penting supaya tanaman dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun sistem automasi hidroponik yang berbasis pada nilai PPM yang disesuaikan dengan usia tanaman pada sistem hidroponik model NFT milik program studi agribisnis pada kampus universitas Muhammadiyah bandung. Arduino Mega 2560 digunakan sebagai pengontrol, masukan terdiri dari dua sensor yaitu modul sensor TDS dari DF Robot dan modul RTC seri DS1302, sedangkan keluaran berupa pompa dan juga motor DC. Fuzzy Logic dengan metode mamdani dengan variabel nilai PPM, usia tanaman, dan juga waktu pengairan digunakan pada sistem sebagai pengambil keputusan untuk menyalakan pompa nutrisi atau air dan juga motor pengaduk. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan sistem yang dibuat sudah dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan dengan galat error sebesar 7,21% untuk keberhasilan sistem dalam mencapai set poin nilai PPM yang sesuai dengan usia tanaman

No full textUsaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM), merupakan sebuah peningkatan ekonomi dalam usaha kecil, hal ini bisa merubah struktur secara besar maupun kecil menurut perkembangannya yang terjadi, pada daerah banjaran wetan UMKM yang tercatat memang cukup minim, dalam data namun bisa dijumpai dengan baik, cara penjualannya yang masih tradisional akhirnya kami memiliki Inisiatif memajukan UMKM di daerah banjaran wetan dengan sebaik-baiknya serta secara menyeluruh, dalam metode pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan seminar yang diadakan, di dalamnya membahas tentang digitalisasi pada UMKM tersebut oleh salah satu dosen yang mumpuni. Hasil yang diperoleh memang belum bisa dilihat dengan signifikan pada daerah tersebut, karena keterbatasan waktu, walau untuk beberapa orang yang datang kedalam seminar setidaknya bisa sedikitnya mengubah pemikirannya sedikitnya

However, the impact of online games on the obligation to perform fardhu prayers is still unclear. A literature study was conducted by collecting and analyzing data from relevant sources to identify the influence of online games on the accuracy of fardhu prayer times. The results showed that online games can affect neglect of fardhu or five-time daily prayers, delayed prayer times, disrupted concentration during prayer, and some even neglecting prayer due to the addiction of playing online games. Therefore, online games still affect Muslims in fulfilling their obligation to perform fardhu or five-time daily prayers

Desa Mekarpawitan sebagai lokasi kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Paseh, Kabupaten Bandung. Keberadaan UMKM tidak dapat dihindarkan dari masyarakat, Karena keberadaannya sangat bermanfaat bagi pendapatan masyarakat. UMKM juga bisa menjadi kekuatan di bidang ekonomi bagi masyarakat bahkan bagi desa. Usaha peternakan bebek Doa Sepuh merupakan salah satu UMKM yang terdaftar di Desa Mekarpawitan yang dikelola dari tahun 2008 sampai sekarang, yang berlokasi di Kp Sukasari Rt 10 / Rw 14 Desa Mekarpawitan Kecamatan Paseh Kabupaten Bandung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermanfaat untuk membantu UMKM Doa sepuh dalam penyediaan laporan keuangan. Dan menjadi pemicu untuk penggiat UMKM yang ada di Desa Mekarpawitan bahwa UMKM berbasis Inovasi dan Kolaborasi menjadi salah satu penopang ekonomi masayarakat yang ada di desa Mekarpawitan.
