Educational Institutions Role in Enhancing National Belonging Values: A Social Service Perspective Study
No full textهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المؤسسات التربوية في تعزيز قيم الانتماء الوطني، من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية، معتمدة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاستبانة على مجتمع الدراسة الذي بلغ 112 من طالبات كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية، بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، المتدربات في المدارس، وبلغ حجم العينة 103 مفردة، وتوصلت إلى أهمية دور المؤسسات التربوية في تعزيز القيم الاجتماعية الإيجابية لدى الطلاب، مثل التكافل الاجتماعي والتعاون والتسامح واحترام التنوع والمسؤولية الاجتماعية. ووجود تحديات تواجه المدارس في هذا الصدد، كالمشكلات الاجتماعية مثل الفقر أو العنف قد تؤثر سلبًا على الروابط بين الطلاب والوطن. وتأثير المحتوى السلبي أو المشكك في الهوية الوطنية على وسائل الإعلام والتكنولوجيا قد يؤثر سلبًا على انتماء الطلاب أيضًا. وأكدت النتائج إمكانية تنفيذ تصور مقترح لدور الأخصائية الاجتماعية في تعزيز قيم الانتماء الوطني من خلال التعاون بينها وبين العاملين في المجال المدرسي في وضع الخطط وتنفيذها، بما يعزز من قيم الانتماء بين الطلاب، وذلك من خلال التعاون في تخطيط الأنشطة، والبرامج، وتبادل المعرفة، والخبرات.This study aims to identify the role of educational institutions in fostering national belonging values from a social service perspective. The descriptive-analytical approach was used. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 112 female students majoring in Social Services at Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample size was 103 participant trainees in various schools. The study concluded that educational institutions were of paramount importance in enhancing students’ positive social values, such as social solidarity, cooperation, tolerance, respect for diversity, and social responsibility. Social problems like poverty or violence were challenges faced by schools, negatively impacting connection between students and their nation. It was also revealed that skeptical content about national identity propagated through media and technology adversely affected students\u27 sense of belonging. The findings highlighted the feasibility of implementing a proposed framework for the role of social workers in promoting national belonging values through collaboration between social workers and educational professionals in planning and implementing activities, programs, knowledge exchange, and experiences
Begging and its Jurisprudential Regulations in Islamic Jurisprudence and the Saudi System: A Comparative Study
No full textيتناول هذا البحث دراسة التسول وبيان أحكامه في الفقه الإسلامي والنظام السعودي، من خلال منهج مقارن بين الفقه الإسلامي والنظام السعودي؛ للوقوف على حقيقة ظاهرة التسول وأسبابها، وبيان أنواع التسول وصوره وأشكاله، والوقوف على أماكن تواجد المتسولين، ثم بيان حكم الشرع في المسألة، وما هي ضوابط المسألة، وآداب السائل، وهل تمنع الشريعة الإسلامية المسألة في جميع الأحوال أم أن هناك حالات تجوز فيها المسألة؟ وما هي ضوابط المسألة في هذه الحالات؟ ثم بيان حكم الشرع في مسألة التسول، وكذلك سبل مكافحة التسول في النظام السعودي، والوقوف على العقوبات المقررة للتسول في الفقه الإسلامي والنظام السعودي، ثم بيان آثار التسول وطرق علاجه والعقاب عليه، وجاء البحث في مقدمة ومطلب تمهيدي تناول تعريف التسول، وبيان الألفاظ ذات الصلة به، وأربعة مباحث، تناول الأول: أنواع التسول وأسبابه وصوره وأماكن وجود المتسولين، وتناول الثاني: ضوابط المسألة وآداب السائل وحكم التسول، في حين بيَّن الثالث عقوبة التسول، أما الرابع فجاء في آثار التسول وطرق علاجه. واعتمدت في هذا البحث على المنهج التحليلي للنصوص الشرعية والنظامية، ثم المنهج المقارن من خلال المقارنة بين أحكام هذه الظاهرة في الفقه الإسلامي والنظام السعودي. وكان من أهم نتائج البحث تحذير الشريعة من هذه الظاهرة وتجريم النظام السعودي لها بصورها المعاصرة.This study investigates the phenomenon of begging and its legal regulations in both Islamic Jurisprudence and the Saudi system. It aims to uncover begging reality, causes, various forms, and locations, highlighting Islamic legal rulings on this matter, Saudi regulations, measures and corresponding penalties to combat this phenomenon. The study consists of an introduction and four sections. The introduction defines begging and related terminology. The first section addresses the types of begging, their causes, forms, and locations. The second section covers the regulations and etiquette for the beggar, as well as the legal ruling on begging. The third section focuses on the punishment for begging, while the fourth section examines the consequences of begging and methods of treatment. The analytical comparative approach was employed to examine the Islamic and legal texts, and juxtapose the regulations of this phenomenon in Islamic Jurisprudence and the Saudi system. The study key findings showed that begging was strictly prohibited in Islamic law and criminalized in the contemporary Saudi system
Mujahid ibn Jabr’s (d. 102 AH) Unique Style in Quran Interpretation: A Compiled Investigation
No full textهدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن عدة تساؤلات؛ هي: ما العوامل التي هيأت لمجاهد هذه الريادة بين المفسرين؟ وهل كان لتفرداته أثر في كتبهم من بعده؟ وما مظاهر ذلك التأثير؟ وكيف شكلت تلك التفردات ملمحا بارزا يستحق أن تفرد له الدراسات؟ وما الأسس التي ارتكز عليها مجاهد في تلك التفردات؟ وتعتمد الدراسة على معطيات المنهج الاستقرائي القائم على تحليل ما تفرد به مجاهد، وجعل من تفسيره مجالا للأصالة والتفرد. وجاءت الدراسة في مقدمة تلاها تمهيد تضمن الوقوف عند مصطلحات الدراسة وإطارها التنظيري، ثم أربعة محاور في الإطار التطبيقي؛ هي: الأول: تفردات تفسيرية مرتبطة بأسباب النزول واللهجات. الثاني: تفردات تفسيرية تبعا للحسي والمجرد. الثالث: تفردات تفسيرية في الأخذ بالرأي. الرابع: تفردات تفسيرية وفقا للغة. وتوصل البحث إلى أن كثيرا من المواضع التي قد يظن أنها من تفردات مجاهد التفسيرية، ليست له، وإنما هي عن شيخه ابن عباس. ووقف البحث عند تفرداته التفسيرية المرتبطة بامتلاكه ناصية اللغة؛ مما جعله يجنح إلى المعنى القريب الواضح في الذهن عن البعيد الذي قد يكون غامضا قبل ذكره، وتحتمله قواعد اللغة؛ مما ويكشف عن قدرته على الابتكار والتجديد والتوسع في شروح المعاني.This study aimed to find answers for several questions pertaining to factors that contributed to Mujahid\u27s leading role among commentators, whether his unique style influenced subsequent scholars and their works, the manifestations of this influence, the way these unique features shaped a notable aspect worthy of dedicated research, and the foundations upon which Mujahid relied in these distinctive qualities. The inductive approach was adopted for analyzing Mujahid\u27s contributions, highlighting his unique authentic interpretation. The study is organized into an introduction, followed by a theoretical framework and four sections. Section one discusses the unique interpretive features related occasions of revelation and dialects. Section two explores the unparalleled interpretive features based on concrete and abstract meanings. Section three examines the Tafsir features in adopting personal opinions. Section four focuses on those features based on language. The study findings showed that Mujahid\u27s interpretive uniqueness were actually from his teacher Ibn Abbas. Mujahid\u27s unique interpretive style was emphasized, coupled with his mastery of the linguistic aspects, bringing him closer to the nearest and clearest meaning , without any ambiguity, in line with the rules of language
An Analytical Jurisprudential Study of the Prophetic Hadith "Paternity of the Child goes to the Marital Bed "
No full textيهدف البحث إلى استثمار نص حديث "الولد للفراش" أصوليا؛ باستخراج دلالات ألفاظ الحديث الأصولية، ودراسة المسائل الأصولية التي ناقشها العلماء استشهادا بالحديث أو استنباطا منه. ولأن الكلام على تلك المسائل مفرق في الكتب؛ خصوصا شروح الأحاديث وكتب أصول الفقه، فإن البحث سيقوم بجمع شتاتها، ونظمها في سلك واحد. وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وذلك بتتبع مظان البحث من المراجع، ثم تحليل المعلومات المستفادة واستنباط الأحكام منها. ويتكون البحث من: مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة. جاء التمهيد: في الحديث وأهميته، وجاء المبحث الأول في دلالات ألفاظ الحديث، وناقش المبحث الثاني: مسائل العموم والخصوص في الحديث، وجاء المبحث الثالث في الأدلة الإجمالية والأحكام المستفادة من الحديث، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: تجلى في حديث (الولد للفراش وللعاهر الحجر) جوامع الكلم الذي وصف النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بها كلامه. ظهر من البحث سعة دلالات ألفاظ الحديث الأصولية وعمقها وتنوعها. كشف البحث أجوبة العلماء على الإشكال الناتج من قضاء النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالغلام لعبد بن زمعة؛ وأمر أخته سودة بنت زمعة بالاحتجاب منه، وهذه الأجوبة تمثلت في القواعد الآتية: قاعدة الاحتياط والورع ومراعاة الخلاف، وقاعدة الحكم بين حكمين وتبعيض الأحكام، وقاعدة المنع من المباح للمصلحة.The study aims to investigate the text of the Hadith "Paternity of the child goes to the marital bed", extracting jurisprudential implications and examining (in a single work) various Islamic Fiqh issues discussed by jurists either by citing or deriving from the Hadith. The inductive-analytical methodology was adopted. The study consists of an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion. The introduction highlights the Hadith significance. Section one discusses the Hadith\u27s words implications. Section two explores the Hadith general and specific issues. Section three covers the general evidences and rulings derived from the Hadith. The study findings showed the Hadith "The child’s father is decided by the marital bed ’’ embodied the concise, comprehensive speech attributed to the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him). It was also revealed that the Hadith\u27s words had profound jurisprudential implications. The study uncovered controversial issues arising from the Prophet\u27s ruling that the boy belonged to Abd ibn Zomaah, while instructing his sister, Sawdah bint Zomaah to veil herself from him, based on caution, piety, forbidding the permissible principles
Error Rectification Guidelines: An Objective Study in the Prophetic Tradition
No full textهدف البحث إلى التعرف على ضوابط تعديل الخطأ في السنة النبوية، عند من أراد تصحيح الخطأ، وكذلك التعرف على الطريقة التي ينبغي أن يتعامل بها من أراد تعديل الخطأ، وأن يكون واعيًا بهذه الضوابط، حتى لا يقع في خطأ أكبر فيما أراد تعديله، وكذلك إبراز جانب من جوانب تعامل النبي ﷺ مع المخطئ، ومراعاة الأحوال في ذلك، واستخدم الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي لنصوص السنة النبوية لاستخراج الأحاديث الدالة على هذه الضوابط، على سبيل التمثيل وليس الاستقصاء، ودراستها كوحدة موضوعية. وتم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول: الإخلاص لله، والمبحث الثاني: العدل وعدم المحاباة في تصحيح الأخطاء، والمبحث الثالث: التصحيح للأهم فالأهم. وكانت أهم نتائج البحث معرفة الضوابط المهمة من الإخلاص لله وإرادة وجهه في مسألة تعديل الخطأ، وأن الخطأ من طبيعة البشر، والعدل وعدم المحاباة في تصحيح الأخطاء، والتصحيح وتعديل الخطأ للأهم فالأهم؛ حتى يستقيم تعديله ويكون له الأثر الواضح في نفس المخطئ.This article aims to identify the guidelines for error correction in the Prophetic tradition, highlighting the proper approach to be taken for error rectification, the needed awareness to avoid falling into a greater error than the one to be rectified, and the way Prophet Muhammad dealt with those who made mistakes. The inductive approach was employed for the study purpose to extract relevant hadiths from the Prophetic tradition to illustrate these guidelines. The study is divided into an introduction and three sections. The first section examined sincerity to Allah, while the second section addressed justice and impartiality in error correction. The third section emphasized prioritizing the correction of major errors. The key findings of the study showed that understanding the important guidelines related to sincerity to Allah and intending to seek His pleasure in the matter of error correction was of paramount significance, highlighting that error is inherent to human nature and that justice and impartiality in correcting errors is crucial. It was also concluded that it was necessary to prioritize the correction of major errors to ensure effective rectification and significant impact on the person who made the mistake

No full textيهدف البحث إلى دراسة اختيارات أبي عبيد وفقهاء المذاهب الأربعة في حكم زكاة الخيل، دراسة فقهية مقارنة تبين الدليل والأصل الذي استند إليه أبو عبيدة، مقارنة مع المذاهب الفقهية الأخرى وأدلتهم، والترجيح بينهما بحسب قوة الدليل بعد المناقشة والتحليل، كما يهدف البحث إلى جمع بيان رأي أبي عبيد في حكم زكاة الخيل وإخراجها للناس وللمتخصصين من طلبة العلم، ليسهل الوصول إليها. وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي والمنهج المقارن في استقراء المسألة، بالرجوع إلى الكتب المعتمدة في المذاهب الأخرى ومقارنتها مع رأي أبي عبيد. وتم تقسيم الدراسة إلى مقدمة ومبحثين، المبحث الأول: تعريف الزكاة ومشروعيتها وحكمتها، المبحث الثاني: زكاة الخيل، وتوصلت إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات ذكرتها في نهاية البحث، من أهمها: دراسة أبواب الزكاة ومقارنة أقوال الفقهاء قديما وحديثا من الأمور المهمة خصوصا في زماننا الحاضر. عدم وجوب الزكاة في الخيل.This study aims to examine the opinions of Abu Obaid and the jurists of the four schools of thought regarding the ruling on the zakat of horses, through a comparative jurisprudential study, highlighting the evidence and the principle upon which Abu Obaid relied, comparing it with the other schools of thought and their evidence, and weighing them based on the strength of the evidence after discussion and analysis. The study also seeks to elucidate Abu Obaid\u27s opinion on the ruling of zakat on horses and its distribution to the public and scholars, making it easily accessible. This inductive-analytical -comparative approach was employed for the research purposes. The study is divided into an introduction and two sections. The first section defined zakat, its legitimacy, and its wisdom. The second section discussed the zakat of horses. The study key findings showed that understanding the categories of zakat and comparing the opinions of jurists, past and present, was crucial, especially in our time. The Secrets of Qur’anic Systems in the Multiplicity of Morphological Formulas of the Same Root
No full textيهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أسرار النظم القرآني في تعدد الصيغ الصرفية ذات الأصل الواحد، ومعرفة وظيفة كل صيغة منها، وما تحتويه من فروق ودلالات. واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون في مقدمة، ومبحثين، المبحث الأول: الجانب النظري. والمبحث الثاني: الجانب التطبيقي، من خلال كتب التفسير، وعلوم القرآن، وكتب القراءات، وكتب اللغة والمعاجم، وكتب النحو والصرف، وقد توصل إلى نتائج، منها: أن تعدد الصيغ الصرفية من أصل واحد، قد يكون من اتساع العرب في كلامها، أو للدلالة على التأكيد، وأن الصيغ الصرفية قد تتعدد ويجمع بينها في آن واحد؛ وذلك أن العرب في كلامهم يخرجون من الأدنى إلى الأعلى، ويترقّون من الأقل إلى الأكثر.The research aims to reveal the secrets of the Qur’anic systems in the multiplicity of morphological formulas of the same root, and to know the function of each formula, and the differences and connotations it contains. It is divided into an introduction and two sections, the first section: defining the morphological formula. The second topic: studying the multiplicity of morphological formulas with one root and analyzing them through books of interpretation, Qur’anic sciences, books of readings, language books and dictionaries, and books of grammar and morphology. The research concluded that the multiplicity of morphological formulas of the same root may be due to the Arabs’ expansiveness in their speech, or to indicate emphasis and that the morphological formulas may be multiple and combined at the same time. No full textتناول هذا البحث التغيرات اللغوية في العربية المعاصرة بالتركيز على الأصوات والمفردات، حيث مرت اللغة العربية بتحولات لغوية مختلفة مع مرور الوقت، متأثرة بالعوامل الداخلية والخارجية، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف طبيعة ومدى هذه التغيرات في اللغة العربية المعاصرة، مستخدمًا في ذلك المنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي لعرض ما يتناسب مع التغيرات اللغوية من معرفة: أنواعها، والعوامل المؤثرة في تغيراتها، ومميزاتها، وأنماطها المختلفة لإحداث التغيير، وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يأتي في مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. وقد توصل إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن من مظاهر التطور في الأصوات اندثار الأصوات الأسنانية في بعض اللهجات العربية الحديثة. أن مدلولات المفردات قد تتطور ؛ لأن الشيء الذي تدل عليه قد تغيرت طبيعته أو عناصره أو وظائفه، وقد يقف القياس الخاطئ خلف التطور الدلالي للمفردات، أو تطور أصوات الكلمة، بحيث تصبح تلك الكلمة مماثلة لكلمة أخرى لها معنى آخر
Discourse in Legal Contexts: Its Concept, Patterns and Functions
No full textيتناول البحثُ الخطابَ في سياقات الإجراءات القانونية، فيقف على المصطلحات ومفاهيمها، والأنماط ووظائفها، ويطرح في أثناء ذلك إشكالياتٍ نظريةً تكشف عن التداخل ووجهات النظر، وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، تناول التمهيد بإيجاز مفهومَ الخطاب ومحدداته وآليات اشتغاله، ونوقش في المبحث الأول مفهوم اللغة القانونية وخصائصها، في حين تناول المبحث الثاني الخطاب القانوني عمومًا؛ أنماطه ووظائفها، ثم بيان طبيعة الخطاب القانوني بين المنطوق والمكتوب، أما المبحث الثالث فتناول أنماط الخطاب الجنائي ووظائفها. ثم اختُتم البحث بأهم النتائج، التي كان من أبرزها الكشف عن إشكالية تناول القانونيين واللغويين لمفهوم اللغة القانونية وخصائصها، ومحاولة حل هذه الإشكالية بطرح مفهوم واسع يغطي كل التفاعلات القانونية المنطوقة والمكتوبة، ومنها أن التفاعل بين اللغة والقانون في سياقات الإجراءات القانونية المختلفة أنتج أنماطًا خطابية متمايزة في سماتها وطبيعتها وأهدافها الوظيفية القانونية.This research delves into discourse within the framework of legal proceedings, scrutinizing terminology and its associated concepts, as well as patterns and their functionalities. Throughout this exploration, theoretical quandaries are unearthed, revealing intersections and varying perspectives. The study is structured with an introduction, a preface, three main sections, and a conclusion. The preface briefly touches upon the concept of discourse, its determinants, and operational mechanisms. The first section delves into the notion of legal language and its defining traits, while the second section broadens the scope to encompass legal discourse in its entirety, dissecting its patterns, functions, and the distinction between oral and written forms. The third section focuses specifically on the patterns and functionalities of criminal discourse. The research concludes by highlighting significant findings, notably addressing the challenge of reconciling legal and linguistic perspectives on the nature of legal language. It proposes a comprehensive concept that encompasses all verbal and written legal interactions, elucidating how the interplay between language and law across various legal procedures yields distinct discourse patterns with unique characteristics, nature, and functional objectives
Text Space in Contemporary Saudi poetry
No full textيهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن دلالات الاشتغال على الفضاء النصي، وإبراز أهم التقنيات الكتابية والطباعية في الخطاب الشعري السعودي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، المبحث الأول: محور تشكيل الصفحة (البياض والسواد)، والمبحث الثاني: محور تشكيل السطر الشعري، والمبحث الثالث: محور دلالة علامات الترقيم، ولقد توصل إلى أن استثمار فضاء النص وما يصاحبه من تشكيل وتواصل بصري كان مهيمنا في القصيدة السعودية المعاصرة، حيث يقود الشعر نحو الانكفاء على تنوع القراءات وإثراء الرؤى والأفكار، وكذلك قد مارس الشعر السعودي المعاصر تجاربا من التحولات على نطاق الشكل والمضمون، مترجما اهتمامه بالعنصر الفضائي عبر التقنيات التي ترتقي بالقصيدة المعاصرة إلى معالم التجديد والحداثة وأبعادها الدلالية على مستوى العمل الإبداعي. تمكّن الشاعر السعودي أن يسلك له مسارًا مميزًا، ويتجه نحو نسق تجديدي من الآليات الكتابية البصرية الحديثة، ليعبّر من خلالها عن رؤيته الجمالية وانفعالاته النفسية، وقد برز، من خلال قراءة الدواوين الشعرية، مدى تناغم دلالة البصري مع دلالة النصوص، إذ يُلمح اتجاه لغوي تصويري يتجاوز النمطية الثابتة.This study aims to explore the impact of text space and emphasize key writing and typographical methods in Saudi poetic expression. The research is structured into an introduction, a preface, three main sections, and a conclusion. The initial section delves into the significance of text arrangement, focusing on aspects of blank space and text density. The subsequent section examines techniques employed in constructing poetic lines, while the third section analyzes the role of punctuation marks. Findings reveal that contemporary Saudi poetry heavily utilizes text space manipulation to enhance visual communication, fostering diverse interpretations and enriching thematic depth. Additionally, contemporary poets in Saudi Arabia experiment with form and content transformations, utilizing innovative techniques to modernize poetic expression and elevate its artistic and semantic dimensions. This study underscores the emergence of a novel visual writing paradigm among Saudi poets, enabling them to articulate aesthetic and emotional sensibilities in a distinctive manner. Through an examination of poetry collections, it becomes evident how visual elements synergize with textual meaning, hinting at a departure from conventional literary conventions towards a more pictorial linguistic trend
