Galaxywi laptop charger
This business plan introduces GalaxyWi, an innovative wireless laptop charger, designed to meet the increasing demand for portable, efficient and cable-free charging solutions. GalaxyWi offers a high-value proposition in the growing landscape of mobile computing accessories. As laptops continue to evolve toward minimalistic designs, the product responds to users’ desire for enhanced mobility, workspace organisation and technological sophistication. Our proposed business model integrates the design, manufacturing and assembly of key components, such as wireless transmitters, converters, adapters and receivers into a slim, lightweight, and user-friendly device. A distinctive feature of GalaxyWi is its customisation service, enabling customers to personalise the product with names, which elevates brand engagement and appeals to individual consumer identities. The device supports mainstream laptop brands, also in fulfilling a gap in the current wireless charging market. Targeting higher education group of people, and freelancers, GalaxyWi will be distributed through online platforms and roadshows. Our phased marketing strategy spans from brand awareness to advocacy, incorporating digital engagement, influencer collaborations, and retail displays. Financial projections estimate steady revenue growth, underpinned by effective cost management, a lean workforce, and a focus on scalability. inFit Sdn. Bhd. operates with a a single floor structure, manufacturing, stock storage, and logistics, as well as to accommodate executive offices, a discussion room, pantry, and other administrative functions. This layout reflects our emphasis on operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration. With a dedicated founding team, cost-conscious operations and a scalable business model, inFit Sdn. Nexus between Artificial Intelligence and renewable energy generation in China: The role of green finance
The global transition towards renewable energy has gained significant attention in recent years, with China emerging as the biggest producer of renewable energy. However, past research has yet to acknowledge the significance of artificial intelligence on advancing the renewable energy generation. This paper discusses the significance of artificial intelligence in facilitating renewable energy generation and the mediating and moderating role of green finance based on China annual data from 1992-2021. This research incorporated Autoregressive Distribute Lag Model (ARDL) to examine for the existence of mediating and moderating role of green finance in the long run and synergistic effect of green finance and artificial intelligence. This study highlights the following key finding. First, there is long run relationship between green finance on the relationship between artificial intelligence and renewable energy generation. Second, green finance has a partial mediating effect of green finance on the relationship between artificial intelligence and renewable energy generation. Third, green finance plays an effective moderating role in the nexus between artificial intelligence and renewable energy generation. These findings inspire us to propose policy implications for China should strength its position in the renewable energy generation through promoting green finance and integrating artificial intelligence.

Is greenwashing less impactful for firms with female-led boards? Analyzing the effect on stock market performance
This study investigates greenwashing behaviour among 40 companies listed in Malaysia’s Top 100 Stock Index from 2018 to 2023. Employing a rigorous empirical approach, the research utilizes the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) as the primary estimation technique, supplemented by Feasible Generalized Least Squares (FGLS) and Panel-Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE) methods, with regressions conducted using Stata and EViews software. Greenwashing behavior is the independent variable, with earnings per share (EPS), leverage, and book value (BV) as control variables. The moderating role of female board representation is also examined. The results elucidate the prevalence and determinants of greenwashing practices, offering insights into their impact on corporate transparency and sustainability. By exploring the influence of gender diversity on mitigating greenwashing, this study contributes to the literature and provides policy recommendations to strengthen regulatory frameworks and foster genuine environmental accountability in Malaysia’s corporate landscape. Investigates the performance of office reits in Malaysia focusing on pandemic (2020-2021), and post pandemic (2022-2023) periods
This thesis examines the performance of office Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2021) and the post-pandemic recovery period
(2022-2023). The study utilizes key financial metrics, including the Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, Jensen Alpha, R-Squared, and Risk Diversifiability, to evaluate the risk-adjusted returns, market sensitivity, and overall performance of office REITs across these two periods. The
research aims to assess how office REITs adapted to market disruptions caused by the pandemic and how they have performed in the recovery phase.
The findings reveal that diversified portfolios and non-office REITs demonstrated superior risk-adjusted returns, with diversified portfolios like ATRIUM (5130) outperforming office�centric REITs during both periods. Office REITs, such as SENTRAL (5123) and IGBCR (5299), showed poor performance, particularly in the pandemic period, due to the significant
decline in demand for office space caused by the shift to remote work and economic uncertainties. In contrast, non-office REITs like CLMT (5180) and KIPREIT (5280) showed
resilience due to their diversified exposure to sectors such as industrial and retail properties, which were less affected by the pandemic's impact. The Risk Diversifiability analysis highlighted that REITs with more diversified portfolios exhibited higher levels of risk diversification, mitigating exposure to market volatility. Jensen Alpha indicated that ATRIUM (5130) generated returns above expectations, suggesting effective management and strategic
portfolio diversification. Conversely, office REITs struggled to meet expected returns, particularly in the pandemic period. This study underscores the importance of diversification in mitigating risk, particularly for office REITs that remain vulnerable to fluctuations in demand for office space. The findings also suggest that non-office REITs are better positioned for long-term resilience in the post-pandemic environment. The research contributes to the
literature on M-REIT performance, offering insights for investors, policymakers, and researchers seeking to understand the evolving dynamics of the Malaysian real estate market.

Integrated marketing communication (IMC) motivates student's ewom intention and choice of university through brand equity
In Malaysia’s increasingly competitive higher education sector, universities must build strong brand equity to attract and retain students. Integrated Marketing
Communication (IMC) serves a vital strategy, not only to enhance product or service sales but also to enable Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to customize content while delivering consistent messages. This enhances brand equity and influences students' electronic word-of-mouth (eWoM) intentions as well as their university choice. However, in the Malaysian HEI context, research on the direct
impact of IMC on HEI brand equity (BE) remains limited. However, limited research has examined the direct effects of individual IMC components—such as public relations, advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, and personal
selling—on HEI brand equity in Malaysia, especially among Generation Z.
Addressing these gaps, this study investigates the relationship between IMC tools and HEI BE, alongside the impact of HEI BE on students' eWoM intentions and their choice of university. Grounded in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model, this research offers a framework for analysing the psychological processes connecting marketing stimuli to student decision-making.
This study gathered 274 valid questionnaires from Generation Z students aged 17 to 28 years old in the Klang Valley region of Malaysia. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that advertising, direct marketing, and personal selling positively influence HEI brand equity (BE), ultimately driving students' electronic word-of mouth (eWoM) intentions and their choice of university. However, public relations and sales promotion showed no significant impact on HEI BE.
These results offer valuable insights for practitioners in the higher education sector, guiding the development of more effective branding and communication strategies. By strengthening brand equity, practitioners can enhance student engagement and ensure the sector's long-term sustainability
The effectiveness of live streaming commerce in driving consumer engagement and purchasing intention
The rapid proliferation of live-streaming commerce has revolutionized e-commerce by driving consumer engagement and purchasing intention. This study explores the effectiveness of live streaming platforms in influencing consumer behaviour, with a focus on broadcasters’ roles, real-time interaction, and psychological mechanisms that reduce perceived uncertainty. Employing signalling theory and consumer motivation theory, the research examines dual
routes through which broadcasters impact consumers: product-centred and social-interaction centred routes. Findings reveal that broadcasters' physical characteristics and personal values serve as critical signals to build trust and improve product fit perceptions, ultimately enhancing
purchase intention. Besides, to support the hypothesis by evidence, this research will conduct a online questionnaire to collect primary data and prepare to analysis. The target will be located to young adults and undergraduate level students and above in University Tunku Abdul Rahman’s campus in Malaysia Moreover, the result will be interpreted to justify the research objectives and problems that may provide some acknowledge on live-streaming commerce
categories in the future.

Ironic online buzzwords on Douyin as potential subculture: Focus group case study on selected UTAR Kampar undergraduate students
This study aims to understand the interpretation and reasons for using ironic online buzzwords with potential subcultural trends on DouYin among selected UTAR Kampar undergraduate students. The global popularity of social media cannot be ignored. Most Malaysian Chinese have a Chinese background and have access to Chinese social media platforms, such as DouYin. Short video platforms such as DouYin are getting popular. It is culturally significant to observe the subculture phenomenon through DouYin. Exploring ironic online buzzwords is crucial and potentially reflects the meaning of subculture. Through this study, we can gain a deeper understanding of the role of subcultural symbols in today’s Malaysian Chinese context. Through focus group discussions, this study further explains respondents’ interpretation of contemporary media texts and the potential meanings of their cultural consumption. This study will be conducted an inductive approach. The respondents’ answers will be analyzed and discussed. The Fresy mobile application project is a significant endeavor designed to improve user
engagement through an intuitive and streamlined registration and login process. As an Android
mobile application development student, I focused on the principles of usabilitycand
user experience to create an interface that resonates with contemporary users.
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, applications must do more than
just function correctly; they must also provide an enjoyable user experience. The
Fresy application simplifies user interactions by promoting seamless navigation and
effortless data input. Key features include user registration, login functionality, and
password recovery options, all of which empower users to manage their accounts without
hassle.
Security is a critical aspect of any mobile application, especially when it comes to
handling sensitive user information. The Fresy application employs strong authentication
protocols to protect user data while maintaining a friendly and approachable interface.
This emphasis on security not only safeguards user information but also builds trust, which is
essential for encouraging user retention.
In addition to functionality and security, modern design elements and responsive
layouts have been incorporated to ensure the application is accessible on various devices. By
focusing on a clean and simple design, the app enhances user satisfaction and reflects the
growing demand for applications that prioritize usability.
Looking ahead, there is immense potential for further development of the Fresy
application. Future enhancements may include cloud integration and data analytics,
offering users personalized experiences informed by data-driven insights. This could not
only enhance user engagement but also allow the application to scale efficiently.
Overall, the Fresy mobile application project highlights the increasing need for
apps that successfully blend advanced technology solutions with user-friendly design. It
serves as a practical foundation for my continued studies in Android mobile application
development, enabling me to apply theoretical concepts to real-world challenges in
enhancing mobile user engagement
Development of ginger plant health monitoring system
The general intelligent agriculture system is integrated with several other technologies such as sensors, automated irrigation, fertilization, and surveillance systems for increasing efficiency and improving productivity. This project discusses anomaly detection (AD) in images taken from plantations, an important part of such systems. In the related task of plant disease detection, much previous work has relied on various supervised learning approaches; the use of convolutional neural networks and other deep learning models trained on large, annotated datasets of diseased plants has become common. However, this would remain a less feasible approach, considering some practical challenges to acquiring such datasets, particularly in real-world farming scenarios. For example, it is highly impractical and tedious to expect the farmers themselves to take clear, labelled images of every plant. Besides, data collection usually includes flying drones or moving cameras, adding more problems in capturing regular and quality images.
This project applies the unsupervised anomaly detection concept, which avoids the use of large-scale pre-labeled datasets. The proposed system trains the model only on healthy ginger plant images to learn normal patterns and detect deviations, if any, as potential anomalies. Such deviations can be because of a disease in the plant or other health problems. This will not only reduce the overhead of manual data labelling but also enhance the practicality of deploying the system in dynamic agricultural environments. The flagged anomalous images can be used later to augment the supervised learning models, thus enabling hybrid supervision for further refinement of the system.
The strength of the AD model for real-world images of varied natural environmental conditions considers changes in background, light, and climate. Automating plant health monitoring, reduces manual inspections to a minimum, hence allowing farmers to identify health problems much earlier, take remedial measures, and focus on strategic features of crop management. Overall efficiency increases, labour costs are reduced, and much healthier plantations ensue, hence promoting sustainable agriculture. It signals a very promising step toward the exploitation of artificial intelligence to address challenges in modern farming
