The health status of an organisation is simply a desirable outcome that correlates integrally with its performance and productivity indices; its ability to effectively manage its resources and its solid resilience to withstand stress, threats, and competition. Good organisational health has significant correlations with the happiness, satisfaction, well-being, and positive emotional psyche of the employees. This study sought to evaluate the influence of organisational communication on employeemanagement relationships and its effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and performance in selected Share Registration Companies in Nigeria. Data were collected using quantitative and qualitative research methods. Regression inferential statistics was used to test the hypothesis. The joint correlation showed a strong positive relationship between all the variables with an R-value of (.760) at a 5% significance level. It is statistically significant at .000 which is less than (P<0.05). Findings reveal that a significantly positive relationship exists between effective organisational communication and employee engagement, performance, and job satisfaction. It is recommended that since communication has such effects and benefits to trigger employee engagement, satisfaction on the job, and optimal performance, business owners should pay greater attention to investing in organisational communication more concretely to attain and maintain a very high organisational health status. It is also recommended that with improved levels of productivity, loyalty, and commitment of employees, more attention should be paid to concrete organizational communication, rather than handling it as a passive managerial tool

Two major religions alongside others are practiced in Nigeria, namely Islam and Christianity. Religious politics is fast becoming the order in the country’s political activities. Religion has been a strong determining factor for governance bureaucracy and the electoral process in Nigeria. Hence, the impacts of religious politics in Nigeria could be both positive and negative. This paper focuses on the positive and negative influences of religion on politics since the inception of the democratic government in Nigeria in 1999. The historical analysis method was embarked upon to access facts and authentic information. Findings show that politics of religion is detrimentally pronounced in Nigeria\u27s political activities, it is also discovered that the impact of religion on politics breeds animosity and marginalization. The research concludes that politics should be separated from religious influences. The research also recommends ways of harmonizing the political interests of the two major religions for national development. The adherents of both major religions in Nigeria, Islam, and Christianity, should seek the common good for peaceful co-existence and a serene political atmosphere. There must be mutual understanding and a common goal in the governance of the nation. Nigerian politicians and clerics should desist from the use of platforms of religion to promote personal political interest. They should not be agents of disharmony in Nigeria.

The theory adapted was church growth theory formulated by Donald McGavran, which investigates the planting, multiplication, function, and health of the churches as they relate to God’s great commission to make disciples of all nations as in Matthew 28:19-20. The study used a quantitative research design. Self-administered questionnaire of 40 copies was used for data collection. The findings revealed that the impacts were both positive and negative. The positive impacts of church proliferation apart from the spreading of the gospel as commanded by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19-20 include education from nursery to tertiary levels (90%), job creation (82.5%) health (80%), spiritual solution and healings (80%) and religious transformation (75%) among others. The findings also through respondents identified some negative impacts being made by church proliferation which include: commercialization of the gospel (82.5%), lowquality Christian teaching (75%), denominational undue competition (85%), low moral standard of people (72.5%) and family disintegration (70%). In controlling the proliferation, the majority of respondents strongly agreed that the government should enforce discipline on misbehaved ministers (82.5%). Gospel ministers to preach more on holiness (80%), Christian bodies like CAN and PFN should checkmate their members (80%) and ready Christian leaders and ministers should be helped (75%). In conclusion, the positive impacts of the proliferation of churches have been adding value and good growth to the socio-cultural and economy of Nigeria while the negative impacts have been counselling great pain to the society in Nigeria. Therefore, efforts should be made to control the negative impact both by the government and Christian bodies like CAN and PFN, refocusing ministers to pure teaching and preaching of holiness messages instead of the gospel of prosperity

Adopting the Renaissance of Digital Technologies in Religious Studies in Nigerian Federal Universities
Adopting the renaissance of digital technologies is inevitable in all fields of studies, religious studies inclusive. Digital technology has brought a new era of efficiency and learning strategies in human history. It has also become a significant key in deriving global economic, scientific, educational and religious growth in Africa, especially in Nigeria. Consequently, in the face of increasingly fierce global competition, it is essential to take advantage of full benefits and potential offered by the renaissance of digital technologies to remain relevant and competitive. Previous studies on digital technologies have focused mainly on digital strategy, digital transformations, and Artificial Intelligence, with little attention paid to adopting the renaissance of digital technologies. Therefore, this paper examined adopting the renaissance of digital technologies, to understand its relevance to religious studies in federal universities in Nigeria (FUN). This study employed a documentation method for data gathering. Data were sourced mainly from published works on digital technologies. Data were content analysed within the ambit of the connectivist theory of Downes and Siemens. The study showed that by adopting digital technology as a catalyst of change, religious studies procure discovery, exploration, and growth, transcending traditional boundaries to unlock the unlimited possibilities of religious studies in the digital age. The study concludes that adopting the renaissance of digital technologies is relevant to preparing students and educators for the demands of the current digital age. It also recommends relevant training workshops on the use of digital technologies to acquire digital literacy skills for efficiency in religious studies in Nigeria
