Avantages et répercussions du tourisme à grande échelle en Amérique centrale, une approche proactive de l'intégration par la qualité comme stratégie pour faire face aux problèmes qui en découlent
Get PDFTourism is a socio-economic activity of high transformative value, whose revenues and benefits are undeniable in Central America and worldwide. Its operation requires not always positive changes in land use, urbanisation processes and in the socio-cultural relations of host communities, which raises criticisms about the repercussions of large-scale tourism in particular. This article opens the discussion on the possibilities of a solution from a regional integration strategy; to this end, it resorts to socio-critical theory that establishes a balance between the positive and negative positions of tourism in the region and to the qualitative approach for the subsequent proposal of a solution based on quality, as a preamble to the organisation of large-scale tourism activity, which facilitates the development of sustainable and inclusive tourism and allows its benefits to be extended to the entire Central American region.El turismo es una actividad socioeconómica de alto valor transformativo, cuyos réditos y beneficios son innegables en Centroamérica y el mundo entero. Su operación requiere de cambios no siempre positivos en el uso del suelo, procesos de urbanización y en las relaciones socioculturales de las comunidades anfitrionas, lo cual despierta posturas críticas sobre las repercusiones manifiestas sobre todo por el turismo a gran escala. El presente artículo abre la discusión sobre las posibilidades de solución desde una estrategia de integración regional; para esto recurre a la teoría socio critica que establece un balance entre las posturas positivas y negativas del turismo en la región y al enfoque cualitativo para la posterior propuesta de solución desde la calidad, como preámbulo de ordenamiento de la actividad turística a gran escala, que facilite el desarrollo de un turismo sostenible e inclusivo y permita extender sus beneficios a toda la región centroamericana.Le tourisme est une activité socio-économique à forte valeur transformatrice, dont les revenus et les bénéfices sont indéniables en Amérique centrale et dans le monde. Son fonctionnement exige des changements pas toujours positifs dans l'utilisation des sols, les processus d'urbanisation et les relations socioculturelles des communautés d'accueil, ce qui soulève des critiques quant aux répercussions du tourisme à grande échelle en particulier. Cet article ouvre la discussion sur les possibilités d'une solution basée sur une stratégie d'intégration régionale ; pour ce faire, il recourt à la théorie sociocritique qui établit un équilibre entre les positions positives et négatives du tourisme dans la région et à l'approche qualitative pour proposer ensuite une solution basée sur la qualité, comme préambule à l'organisation de l'activité touristique à grande échelle, qui facilite le développement d'un tourisme durable et inclusif et permet d'en étendre les bénéfices à l'ensemble de la région centraméricaine

I will look for them especially in the work of Francisco de Suarez. His thought defends that the end of war is peace and security, and only those who start a war taking this end into account and acting in accordance with certain rules, carry out a just war. Faced with this thought, we ask ourselves, what kind of peace is the philosopher-theologian referring to? Without a doubt a very specific one. The only one that he considers real and lasting, which is the one that is based on justice and the common good, because only by attending to these rights will it be possible to live in permanent peace.La paz se ha convertido en un anhelo que cobra especial relevancia por la situación que se está viviendo en Ucrania.
Por ello quiero volver la vista a los pensadores del siglo de Oro Español, porque estoy segura de poder encontrar en sus enseñanzas importantes reflexiones sobre la paz.
Las buscaré especialmente en la obra de Francisco de Suarez. Su pensamiento defiende que el fin de la guerra es la paz y la seguridad, y sólo quienes inician una guerra teniendo en cuenta esta finalidad y actuando de acuerdo con ciertas reglas, realizan una guerra justa. Ante este pensamiento nos preguntamos ¿a qué tipo de paz se refiere el filósofo-teólogo? Sin duda a una muy concreta. He provides an overview of the development of theology, biblical interpretation, and the philosophical context of the subcontinent, thereby making the tensions underlying the reading of Paul more comprehensible. These interpretations are contextually framed within social, economic, and cultural struggles, updating them to provide them with relevance and meaning through a hermeneutics of liberation. The theses of the main authors of these readings and the philosophical and theological background that supports them are briefly presented.El autor hace un recorrido por las nuevas lecturas del Pablo de Tarso que han emergido tanto en la teología como en la filosofía latinoamericana. Nos pone en antecedentes del desarrollo de la teología, la lectura bíblica y el contexto filosófico del subcontinente, para desde ahí hacer más comprensible las tensiones que subyacen a las lecturas Pablo.
