Seven schools, seven different experiences
No full textAsí como solemos decir: “cada cabeza es un mundo”, este artículo bien nos puede llevar a decir: “cada colegio es un mundo”. Nos encontramos con el itinerario escolar de Antonio, un jóven que, a sus 17 años, por distintas circunstancias ha pasado por 7 colegios distintos. Habiendo nacido en España, desde pequeño fue a vivir a Nueva York, donde tuvo oportunidad de pasar por varios colegios, desde uno estilo Montessori, pasando por algunos más bien “peligrosos” y llegando a algún otro magnífico y luminoso, donde era fácil aficionarse a la lectura. Luego llegó el momento de volver a España, donde al principio no tuvo muy buena experiencia de compañerismo en el colegio. Afortunadamente algún año después, pudo encontrar en otro colegio, donde pudo encontrar escucha, diálogo y sobre todo la experiencia de comunidad.
Just as we often say, ‘every mind is a world unto itself,’ this article may well lead us to say, ‘every school is a world unto itself.’ We come across the school career of Antonio, a young man who, at the age of 17, has attended seven different schools due to various circumstances. Born in Spain, he moved to New York at an early age, where he had the opportunity to attend several schools, from a Montessori-style school to some rather ‘dangerous’ ones, and finally to a magnificent and bright school, where it was easy to develop a love of reading. Then came the time to return to Spain, where at first he did not have a very good experience of camaraderie at school. Fortunately, a few years later, he found another school where he could find listening, dialogue and, above all, the experience of community.

No full textLas empresas y muchas entidades y asociaciones están entrando en un nuevo sistema de organización, al que consecuentemente también ha de incorporarse el mundo de la educación. De ahí que surja la necesidad de crear un proyecto educativo, que es el principal instrumento de gestión de un centro escolar. Se trata del diseño de un modelo concreto para ser aplicado por los profesores a un grupo de alumnos en un determinado periodo de tiempo. El Proyecto Educativo ayudará a armonizar la diversidad a través de la organización y la participación de todos, orientado desde y para las necesidades de los alumnos.
Companies and many organisations and associations are entering into a new organisational system, which the world of education must also consequently incorporate. Hence the need to create an educational project, which is the main management tool for a school. This involves designing a specific model to be applied by teachers to a group of students over a certain period of time. The Educational Project will help to harmonise diversity through the organisation and participation of everyone, guided by and tailored to the needs of the students.

No full textEn la primera infancia, es muy probable que la verdad sea alterada de forma inconsciente. Es cierto que, a medida que el niño crece, va tomando conciencia de la realidad. Sin embargo, para adaptarse a ésta, recurre a algunos mecanismos entre los que se encuentra la mentira. El niño pequeño no miente en el sentido estricto de la palabra, porque no distingue aún con nitidez las fronteras entre lo que sueña y desea y la realidad. En ocasiones puede mentir por imitación de modelos, sean los padres u otros niños, a veces por temor al castigo o por llamar la atención. Tomar conciencia de lo verdadero y lo falso, es un aprendizaje en el que interactúan las variables educativas, afectivas y personales.
El artículo ofrece una serie de ideas y pautas para padres y educadores, que pueden ser referencia para ayudar eficazmente a los llamados niños “mentirosos”.
In early childhood, it is very likely that the truth will be altered unconsciously. It is true that as children grow older, they become more aware of reality. However, in order to adapt to it, they resort to certain mechanisms, one of which is lying. Young children do not lie in the strict sense of the word, because they do not yet clearly distinguish between their dreams and desires and reality. Sometimes they may lie by imitating role models, whether parents or other children, sometimes out of fear of punishment or to get attention. Becoming aware of what is true and what is false is a learning process in which educational, emotional and personal variables interact.
The article offers a series of ideas and guidelines for parents and educators, which can be used as a reference to effectively help so-called “lying” children.

No full textThe article analyzes the Declaration Fiducia supplicans and its impact on the pastoral care of the Catholic Church from Pope Francis’s perspective of mercy. This document proposes an inclusive moral-pastoral approach that has elicited various reactions: positively valued in the Northern Hemisphere, rejected in the Global South, particularly in Africa, and ignored in conservative countries such as Peru, the case study of this article. This diversity of responses underscores the need for a debate on the unity of the Church and the adaptability of its norms to different cultural contexts. The article also explores the relationship between homosexuality and certain biblical interpretations, questioning the viability of pastoral changes without reconsidering doctrinal foundations. Amidst a crisis of moral credibility for the Church, the need to address the issue of sexuality with honesty and courage is emphasized, arguing that an exegetical reevaluation could promote a more coherent approach to homosexuality.El artículo analiza la declaración Fiducia supplicans y su impacto en la pastoral de la Iglesia católica desde la perspectiva de misericordia del papa Francisco. Este documento propone una apertura moral-pastoral inclusiva que ha generado diversas reacciones: positivamente valorada en el hemisferio norte, rechazada en el sur global, especialmente en África, e ignorada en países conservadores como el Perú, caso de estudio del artículo. Esta diversidad de respuestas subraya la necesidad de debatir sobre la unidad de la Iglesia y la adaptabilidad de sus normas a distintos contextos culturales. El artículo también explora la relación entre la homosexualidad y ciertas interpretaciones bíblicas, cuestionando la viabilidad de cambios pastorales sin reconsiderar los fundamentos doctrinales.
