The concept of «noosphere» as a contribution to an ethics of the «geosphere». From «ecological mysticism» to spiritual activism
No full textApoyándonos en el concepto de noosfera, entendida como la coevolución del pensamiento del ser humano para transformar el mundo a través de artefactos tecnocráticos, pretendemos ahondar en los valores espirituales subyacentes a los mismos y cómo estos dan lugar a un misticismo ecológico donde la geosfera se presenta como una hierofanía y, de ahí, da lugar a una praxis geoética basada en una resistencia en esperanza. En este sentido, nuestro estudio se puede contextualizar en el ámbito híbrido que surge de las relaciones entre cultura, naturaleza y religión. Este artículo tiene como propósito estimular la conciencia de la espiritualidad, cuya definición podría ser la dinámica de lo que da vida, y que dé lugar a una conversión ecológica, tal como propone el Papa Francisco en su encíclica Laudato Sì (LS).Based on the concept of noosphere, understood as the coevolution of human thought to transform the world through technocratic artifacts, we intend to deepen into the spiritual values underlying them and how these give rise to an ecological mysticism where the geosphere is presented as a hierophany and, hence, gives rise to a geoethical praxis based on a resistance in hope. In this sense, our study can be contextualized in the hybrid sphere that arises from the relationships between culture, nature and religion. The purpose of this paper is to stimulate the awareness of spirituality, whose definition could be the dynamics of what gives life, and that gives rise to an ecological conversion, as proposed by Pope Francis in his encyclical Laudato Sì (LS)
As dimensões de vulnerabilidades em saúde de pessoas transgênero no brasil: uma revisão integrativa
No full textVulnerability is a central theme in public health and bioethics, and transgender people are among the populations most exposed to health risks in Brazil. This group faces high rates of sexually transmitted infections, suicidality, psychoactive substance use, violence, and experiences of social and institutional exclusion. The aim of this study was to analyze the dimensions of vulnerability and their potential mitigating factors in the health of transgender people in Brazil. An integrative review was conducted in national and international databases, following PRISMA guidelines, which resulted in the inclusion of 16 articles. The findings were organized according to Ayres’ model, encompassing individual, social, and programmatic dimensions. Results showed that vulnerabilities are interconnected, reproducing structural inequalities and barriers to access in health services, education, and employment. The conclusion drawn is that the multidimensional approach to vulnerability can guide public policies that are sensitive to the specificities of transgender populations, expanding equality, access, and effectiveness.A vulnerabilidade constitui um eixo central em saúde pública e bioética, e as pessoas transgênero figuram entre as populações mais expostas a agravos no Brasil. Essa população enfrenta elevados índices de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis, suicidalidade, uso de substâncias psicoativas, violência e situações de exclusão social e institucional. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as dimensões de vulnerabilidade e seus potenciais redutores na saúde de pessoas transgênero no Brasil. Conduziu-se uma revisão integrativa em bases nacionais e internacionais, com critérios PRISMA, que resultou na inclusão de 16 artigos. Os achados foram organizados segundo o modelo de Ayres, que contempla as dimensões individual, social e programática. Verificou-se que os fatores de vulneração se interligam, reproduzindo desigualdades estruturais e barreiras de acesso a serviços de saúde, educação e trabalho. Conclui-se que a abordagem por dimensões de vulnerabilidade contribui para orientar políticas públicas sensíveis às especificidades da população trans, ampliando equidade, acesso e efetividade
