Insiste en la importancia de atender primero aliño antes que el problema, parándose en aquello que él siente. Los miedos deben ser comprendidos y trabajarse con apoyo, nunca desde el castigo. Destaca la importancia de detectar cuanto antes los problemas que los niños presentan para favorecer el aprendizaje, la integración y el desarrollo pleno.Guidance for parents on how to deal with three different situations in their children: fear of the dark, being left-handed, and hearing problems. El dios de Hildegard. La experiencia mística como legitimación de una visión de mundo
No full textThis article analyzes the mystical experience of Hildegard von Bingen to explore how it can support a worldview that encompasses not only the theological but also the political. From the perspective of medieval philosophy, which is grounded in a philosophical anthropology, three key points are addressed: the clarification of essential concepts of mystical experience, the analysis of Hildegard’s visions and their relationship to the worldview of her time, and the evaluation of the political role her teachings may play. In this context, the issue of legitimization is discussed: to affirm the position of the Catholic Church, it is essential to emphasize the preeminence of the Son in dogma and adopt a specific worldview.Este artículo examina la experiencia mística de Hildegard von Bingen como un recurso para fundamentar una visión del mundo que trasciende lo teológico e incluye también lo político. Desde la perspectiva de la filosofía medieval, sustentada en una antropología filosófica, se abordan tres ejes principales: la clarificación de los conceptos centrales de la experiencia mística, el análisis de las visiones de Hildegard en relación con la cosmovisión de su época, y la valoración del alcance político de sus enseñanzas. En este marco, se plantea el problema de la legitimación: para sostener la posición de la Iglesia Católica, resultaba esencial subrayar la preeminencia del Hijo dentro del dogma y articular una visión del mundo coherente con ello, tarea a la que Hildegard consagró gran parte de su vida

No full textThis paper examines the contextual and terminological problems of the Aristotelian Passage of Metaphysics IX 6 1048b18-35, through the debate between the main interlocutors of the Anglo-Saxon analytic reception. The contextual difficulty of the Passage revolves around (1) the division made by Ross of Theta 6 into two different domains: chapters 1 to 5 of a kinetic character vs chapters 6 to 10 of an ontological character; and (2) the existence or not of parallel passages to the distinction between κίνησις and ἐνέργεια. The terminological difficulty, for its part, evaluates the difference and/or similarity between executive acts (doings) and states of potentiality and actuality (beings) by exploring the possibility that some executive acts are not kinetic, while avoiding confusing them with the state of «ontological actuality» proper of the οὐσία.Este trabajo examina los problemas contextual y terminológico del Pasaje aristotélico de Metafísica IX 6 1048b18-35, mediante el debate entre los principales interlocutores de la recepción analítica anglosajona. La dificultad contextual del Pasaje gira en torno a (1) la división hecha por Ross de Theta 6 en dos ámbitos diferentes: los capítulos 1 a 5 de carácter cinético vs los capítulos 6 a 10 de carácter ontológico; y (2) la existencia o no de pasajes paralelos a la distinción entre κίνησις y ἐνέργεια. La dificultad terminológica, por su parte, evalúa la diferencia y/o semejanza entre los actos ejecutivos (doings) y los estados de potencialidad y actualidad (beings) explorando la posibilidad de que algunos actos ejecutivos no sean cinéticos, aunque evitando confundirlos con el estado de actualidad ontológica propio de la οὐσία

No full textMigration within the Global South is as significant as that to the North, yet most studies on immigration attitudes remain Northern-centered. This limits our understanding of how receiving contexts shape public perceptions. While the Global North receives culturally distinct migrants, Latin America experiences intra-regional flows characterized by cultural similarity, inequality, and limited state capacity. This article tests ethe conditional applicability of realistic competition theories to the Latin American context by analyzing attitudes toward Venezuelan immigrants in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru using OLS regression models based on Latinobarómetro2020 data. Results show that perceptions of fiscal and distributive competition are the strongest predictors of immigration attitudes, followed by perceptions of job competition, whereas individual characteristics have weaker effects. In contexts of inequality and institutional scarcity, competition is understood primarily as a struggle over public resources rather than a cultural threat, underscoring the need to contextualize Northern theories in Global South settings.La migración en el Sur Global es tan significativa como en el Norte, pero la mayoría de los estudios sobre actitudes hacia la inmigración se centran en este último. Esto ha limitado la comprensión de cómo los contextos receptores influyen en dichas actitudes. Mientras el Norte Global recibe migración de países culturalmente distintos, América Latina enfrenta flujos intrarregionales marcados por similitudes culturales, desigualdad y capacidad estatal limitada. Este estudio evalúa la aplicabilidad condicionada de las teorías de la competencia realista en América Latina, analizando actitudes hacia inmigrantes venezolanos en Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador y Perú mediante modelos de regresión OLS con datos del Latinobarómetro 2020. Los resultados muestran que las percepciones de competencia fiscal y distributiva son los principales predictores de actitudes hacia la inmigración, seguidas por la percepción de competencia laboral, mientras que las características individuales tienen efectos menores. En contextos desiguales, la competencia se entiende como una disputa por recursos públicos más que como una amenaza cultural

No full textThis article offers a critical analysis of the early medicalization of gender dysphoria in minors from a clinical and bioethical perspective. Beginning with an examination of the Dutch protocol, it explores the tensions between the affirmative model endorsed by WPATH and the recommendations of the British Cass Review. By examining the scientific and ethical foundations underpinning both approaches, the article underscores the inherent complexity of providing care to minors navigating identity-seeking processes.
It also offers a bioethical reflection in which the vulnerability of minors is positioned as a guiding principle for deliberation. The article advocates for non-invasive, long-term clinical support and, ultimately, proposes a comprehensive model of care that prioritizes psychosocial assessment, psychological support, family involvement, and therapeutic prudence.Este artículo analiza de forma crítica el proceso de medicalización temprana de la disforia de género en menores desde una perspectiva clínica y bioética. A partir del análisis del protocolo holandés, se examinan las tensiones entre el modelo afirmativo propuesto por la WPATH y las recomendaciones del Cass Review británico. El recorrido por los fundamentos científicos y éticos que sustentan ambos enfoques evidencia la complejidad inherente a la atención de menores en procesos de búsqueda identitaria.
Asimismo, se plantea una reflexión crítica desde una perspectiva bioética, en la que la vulnerabilidad del menor se configura como principio estructurante de la deliberación. Se defiende la necesidad de un acompañamiento clínico no invasivo, sostenido en el tiempo. Finalmente, se propone un modelo de atención integral que priorice la evaluación psicosocial, el apoyo psicológico, la participación familiar y la prudencia terapéutica
A Invisibilidade das Mulheres que Cuidam em Domicílio no Brasil
No full textThis article aims to discuss gender issues and the global phenomenon of growing demand for unpaid and socially unrecognized home care, a responsibility which, in Brazil, falls mainly to women. The questions asked are: how much time do women devote to caregiving? And do factors such as education, race, and income influence the amount of time devoted to this care? This research adopts a narrative review as its methodological approach based on the analysis and interpretation of data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). The results show that women devote many hours a day to caring for others, in a position of subordination, with distinct and hierarchical social roles, with domestic and caregiving responsibilities, limiting their participation in the labor market and perpetuating inequality. The theoretical discussion is carried out in perspective with the authors Birolli (2016), Bourdieu (2012), Buziquia et al. (2018), Díaz Cueva (2025), Federici (2019), Gilligan (2003), Zoboli (2003), and the results reinforce that gender inequality persists intrinsically in various social spheres.Este artigo objetiva discutir a questão de gênero e o fenômeno global sobre a crescente demanda pelo cuidado domiciliar sem remuneração e reconhecimento social, responsabilidade que recai principalmente sobre as mulheres no Brasil. Indaga-se: qual é o tempo que as mulheres dedicam ao cuidado e se fatores como escolaridade, raça, e renda interferem no tempo dedicado a este cuidado? Esta pesquisa adota uma revisão narrativa como abordagem metodológica, fundamentada na análise e interpretação de dados provenientes do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE). Os resultados mostram que as mulheres dedicam muitas horas diárias aos cuidados dos outros, em uma posição de subordinação, com papéis sociais distintos e hierarquizados, com responsabilidades domésticas e de cuidado, limitando sua participação no mercado de trabalho e perpetuando a desigualdade. A discussão teórica é realizada em perspectiva com os autores Birolli (2016), Bourdieu (2012), Buziquia et al (2019), Díaz Cueva (2025), Federici (2019), Gilligan (2003), Zoboli (2003), e os resultados reforçam que a desigualdade de gênero persiste de forma intrínseca em diversas esferas sociais
