Ecoforum Journal 8(2)A need to solve complex economic tasks at the modern stage of development of a market economy has become a powerful incentive for the use of mathematical modeling in economic analysis. The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different methods (chain insertion method, absolute difference method, relative difference method, integral and logarithmic method) used for determining the magnitude of the influence of individual factors on the study indicator. When using separate methods (chain method, absolute difference method, relative difference method), the influence of quantitative factors on the resultant factors indicators is determined initially (in sequence), and later – qualitative. When using integral and logarithmic methods, the magnitude of the influence of quantitative and qualitative factors on the relative indicator does not change depending on their location. The integral method is used to measure the impact of factors in multiplicative, multiple and multiplicativeaditive models. Its use allows to obtain more accurate results of the impact of factors than we get when using chain insertion or absolute difference method, since as a result of the interaction of factors an additional change in the resultant indicator joins not the last factor, but is evenly distributed between them. Compared to the integral integral method the logarithmic method provides higher accuracy of calculations. If, as a result of the interaction of factors when using the integral method, additional changes in the resultant indicator are distributed evenly among the acting factors, under the logarithmic method, the result of the joint action of factors at the level of the resultant indicator is distributed in proportion to the specific weight of the isolated impact of each individual factor. The magnitude of the influence of factors determined by the main working methods of economic analysis does not coincide with the data obtained according to the study text of the calculation of regulatory costs in the ACCA management accounting and the methodology used in the examination exercises (magnitude of the influence of factors determined by Integral and logarithmic methods is also different). In our opinion, it will be more accurate if we rely on the values of the influence of factors calculated by Integral and logarithmic methods. However, to determine the magnitude of the influence of factors, the main thing, depending on the condition of the task, is to correctly compile an analytical table, and then, by which way we solve the task, it depends on us or on the condition of the task. We think that this approach is simpler to explain and understand than what is offered by the study text on calculation of regulatory costs in the ACCA management accounting

სოცრეალიზმის ერთი თავისებურების შესახებ: სოცრეალისტური ჰეპი ენდი. ON ONE OF THE PECULIARITIES OF SOCIAL REALISM: THE SOCIAL REALIST HAPPY END

Readers have diverse life or aesthetic experiences and, as a result, have different expectations of art and literature. Some readers prefer works to have happy ends, while others want them to reflect the truth of life, no matter how painful or tragic it may be. The author is also free to make whatever decisions he wishes. The author determines what happens to the characters, how issues or conflicts are resolved, and how the literary work finishes. While the author’s choices are frequently guided by some reasoning and, even by certain preconditions, this freedom is, nevertheless, maintained. Naturally, the author chooses to depict life with its flaws based on his worldview and aesthetic values. According to his worldview and aesthetic ideals, the author naturally chooses whether to portray life in all its cruelty and contradictions, burden and aggravate the readers, leave them with thoughts and questions, or calm them down. The author may also choose to embellish reality, give the work a happy end, and allow love, kindness, and justice to triumph. Unfortunately, there were occasions- perfectly recalled by literary historians- when an oppressive ideology, a totalitarian state stood between the writer and his artistic-aesthetic perception of the world, between the work and the reader, and prevented both from satisfying their artistic-aesthetic needs. This force unwittingly interfered with literature and art, limiting the writer’s creative freedom and preventing the writer from saying or writing what he thought was required, as determined by his aesthetic preferences, artistic worldview, and reasoning. In the previous 70 years, the Soviet Union, a ruthless state that oppressed its citizens in all spheres of life, including literature and the arts, occupied about one-sixth of the planet. Social realism, which required writers to make choices in line with socialist law and communist doctrine and not deviate from the rigidly prescribed framework, predominated in literature and the arts. One of the most significant demands for socialist work was towards the end of the work, which was to be presented from a happy socialist perspective as an essential part of the picture of the Soviet human world. It was the honourable duty of every Soviet person to build communism, and its artistic description is the most significant purpose of Soviet art, of Soviet literature. The characters of the works of socialist realism and their lives or activities had to be involved in the processes aimed at achieving this goal. The events and characters described, whether solving global issues or more modest tasks, had at least to be organically related to a common goal, the construction of communism, and represent the “revolutionary development” of society. Therefore, it is natural that the socialist law imposed a mandatory happy end for the work of social realism which, due to its specificity, can be called the “Social Realistic Happy End”. The “Socialist Happy End” had one very significant and specific feature not defined and dictated by the laws of aesthetics but by the peculiarities of the state in which socialist realism emerged as an event. In particular, the fate of the hero did not determine the social realist “Happy End,” but the common goal of the construction of communism or the common cause. If the hero sacrificed himself for this goal and the latter’s realization was not questioned, everything would be fine, i.e. it was the “Happy End”. In Soviet reality, unfortunately, no one cared about the fate of the people. Even if millions of people had died, if nothing had threatened their ultimate goal, if they had died for communism, their deaths would have been justified. This is one of the most prominent characteristics of the “Social Realistic Happy End”. The absurdity of the situation was that communism, this new religion that sought to subjugate all aspects of society, and this new ideal of social order, to which the characters in socialist works were so willingly sacrificed, was a utopia and could never be realized

Hermeneutics is the science of understanding and interpreting text. Interpretation is the drawing of meaning from a text. Since translation is interpretation or the process of interpretation of the original text to the target language, therefore, hermeneutics and translation are directly related, as the main task of translation is not only to transfer linguistic units from one language to another, but also to fully present the ideas or intentions of the original text. The texts of works of art associated with the particular tasks facing the text of this style are of particular interest for hermeneutic interpretation. Artistic communication begins with a creative act, the author’s self-expression, and ends with an understanding of the fictional text. The writer implements his/her idea in a literary text that acts as a mediator in the author’s relationship with the reader. The task of the translator of fiction is to convey the artistic and aesthetic virtues of the original text and to create a full work of fiction in the language of translation. This, on the one hand, requires a full understanding of the author’s idea and the original meaning of the text, and, on the other hand, a certain creativity from the translator, subjectivation of the text. Involvement of one’s own personality and cultural background in the work during the rebirth of the text. When translating a text, the translator goes through two main stages: understanding its meaning and second-generation of the text in the language of the translation. This process becomes even more intense when translating poetic texts. Translation of poetic texts and samples of poetry is a complex creative process, as, here, artistic and expressive means, tropes, symbols, signs, allegories and, most importantly, versification characteristics play a significant dominant role in relation to semantics. Hermeneutics is interested not only in understanding signs and symbols from a sign to a meaning, but also in what is not explicitly explained. It is also important to define the drafting of the idea and to give it a meaning related to language analysis and semantics. Hermeneutics was understood in Christendom as the art of clarification and interpreting the Bible, however, modern science considers hermeneutics to be a field of science with its full value elements: system, theories, methodology, rules, and so on. Hermeneutics has become a powerful practical tool of Christian theoretical thinking, and has rendered invaluable service to the centuries-old tradition of Bible explanation and commenting, it played a major role in theoretical strengthening of medieval Christian theology and the revival of theological thinking, as it included a variety of religious, philosophical, and cultural experiences of working with texts. Hermeneutics of medieval and modern Europe, was mainly represented by its Christian aspect. The secular, scientific form of hermeneutics began to establish in the late XVIII century. In terms of the compatibility of Christian hermeneutics and poetry, the famous masterpiece of Gavrila Derzhavin, the Ode “God”, is very noteworthy. In 1780-1784, Derzhavin composed the Ode “God”, which became one of his most significant works. At this time, he marched against the French materialists of the 18th century. Derzhavin’s Ode has caused a sensation all over the world. It has been translated 15 times into French, eight times into German, several times into Polish. In addition, Derzhavin’s Ode was translated into English, Italian, Swedish, Czech, Latin, Greek, and Japanese. This poem was translated into Georgian by more than ten poets at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. Among them were: P. Laradze, I. Bazlidze, D. Dadiani, later – D. Tsitsishvili (the translation of the latter was even published), Mirian and Ioane Princes, Giorgi Avalishvili, Dimitri Magalashvili, Revaz Korchibashi and Al. Chavchavadze. We also obtained the translation of an unknown author, which had been performed from the book of Al. Nikolsky “Fundamentals of Russian Speech”. These translations have been studied and researched by us. However, even in the modern era, the interest in this poem is still actual and, in the 20th, and 21st centuries it became the object of attention of two Georgian translators, Esma Oniani and Inesa Merabishvili. The subject of our research is the version translated by Inesa Merabishvili. The main topic, which is the quintessence of the ode, is the topic of divine adoption. The Almighty Lord, hidden from our consciousness, in one word (the act of creation is meant) created matter, from which he subsequently created the physical world. Praising the intention, omnipotence, and eternity of the heavenly Creator, Gavrila Derzhavin raises the following questions in the Ode “God”: a. Religious-cosmological image of the world, b. The dialectic of the interrelationship of human and divine minds, c. The poet’s position against the spontaneous materialism, which blinks also from the ecclesiastical-religious form of the ode, and d. The idea of the basic contradictions of human existence, the interrelationships and development of the macrocosm and microcosm. The hermeneutical strategy of Inesa Merabishvili’s translation takes into account preserving the original language and the elements of culture in the translated language (Georgian) with regard to the cultural identity of the native language. At first, such a mutually exclusive continuum is realized due to preservation in the text of linguistic and cultural reality of a foreign language, on the one hand, and with their intertextual or extratextual interpretation, which ensures the appropriate degree of comprehension of the text in the translation. In the strategy of hermeneutic translation, Inesa Merabishvili, as a translator, pays special attention to the interpretation of allusions, which are the most valuable source of information about the mentality of cultures. An allusion is a special type of textual implication that connects the meanings of other texts with the system of meanings of a given text, which the translator, in a particular case, brings with great skill to the field of intertextuality. For Inesa Merabishvili, as for a translator, it is important not only to understand the meaning of the text to which her allusion refers, but also to harmoniously incorporate this intertextual meaning into the meaning system of the work she had translated. In terms of hermeneutics, the allusion here acts not as a part but as an extended context of the work as a whole. The translation of Derzhavin’s Ode “God” into Georgian performed by Inesa Merabishvili with great artistic skills is very interesting both in terms of hermeneutic interpretation and interpretation of dominant hints of the translator’s hermeneutical route, which combine all the meanings of a work into one system, as well as en sure transmission of space-time frames, sensory associations, and synesthetic transfers. Within the hermeneutic strategy of this translation, it is particularly interesting to reveal the translator’s linguistic personality through interpretation in the text translation

Стрикленд А. Дж Ш. (2006) ., Стратегический Менеджмент., Москва- Санкт Петербург-Киев,Strategic planning is the most significant function of strategic management, during which from many alternatives is selected the best set of vision, mission and goals which should be the most acceptable for the organization , on the basis of which a complex plan will be formed. Strategic management also considers its realization-implementation and evaluation along with planning. It is known that during some time, many of the functions of management formulated by the founders of management F. Taylor, A. Fayoli, as well as famous authors I. Ansof, M. Meskoni, M. Alberti, F. Khedouri, R. Dafti and others have been combined and expanded to form the four basic functions: planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling. In the scientific literature, there are attempts to replace the function of "motivation" with "leadership" and "Guidenance" (Daft, Robbins and others), but none of the authors could justify the need to ignore the real essence of motivation. The basis of such a feeling is created by famous authors Fred R. David and Forrest R. David .The opinion expressed on page 41 of David's textbook – "Strategic Management": "We use the term – strategic management – in this book as a synonym for strategic planning." It can be said directly, such opinions without proper explanation are unacceptable and raise many questions. Here it should also be said that in Table 6.3 placed on page 220 of the above-mentioned manual, when Fred R. David and Forrest R. David discusses the relationship between management functions and elements of the strategic management process, noting that strategy formulation corresponds to the "planning" function, strategy implementation corresponds to the "organizing", "motivation" and "personnel management" functions, and strategy evaluation corresponds to the "control" function and all this is thoroughly argued, which we fully agree with. The differences between the terms "strategic planning" and "strategic management" are recognized and shared by world-famous authors (Robbins, Coulter, Thompson, Strickland, Mescon, Albert, Khedour, and others.) In conclusion, it should be said that assuming the identity of the above-mentioned concepts requires either thorough explanations (which is impossible by our opinion), or even needs its denial, thus all misunderstandings will be easily removed

The negative shock caused by the coronavirus has affected the economies of highly developed countries – the United States, the European Union, Japan, China, South Korea, India and other countries. According to actual data, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a devastating impact on the world economy and global business, although the degree and extent of the impact of the pandemic is still unknown due to the lack of comprehensive information. Even today, humanity is struggling with the ongoing processes of the pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic is a historic and unprecedented event for the world in terms of the development of a global crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic has severely damaged the world economy and global business, including Georgia's trade partner countries, such as the European Union, Azerbaijan, Turkey, China, Russia, Ukraine, etc. The economic crisis and damage caused by the COVID-19 pandemic (to date, the amount of damage and costs are unestimated), both in the global economy and in Georgia, have caused a sharp slowdown in economic activity and minimized the positive results of recent years. The global pandemic of COVID-19 has clearly shown us that the modern world is closely interconnected and integrated, indicating that the problems in the world require global solutions and effective management
