challenges to the design and implementation of monetary policy. It may also affect and weaken monetary
policy transmission channels. However, studies to assess the impact of climate change on monetary policy are
still lacking, and more in-depth analyses are needed

MODERN UKRAINIAN POETRY ABOUT WAR
If the Ukrainian poetry of the second half of the 20th century tried to
distance itself from life and search for new phenomena and processes
in the hermetic world, the current war in Ukraine directed Ukrainian
poetry from a different angle, essentially changed the values and
priorities of life, equally attributed to tragedy the aspects of national
self-assertion and presented it in a completely different form.
Despite the cataclysms of the time, the theme of war appears in
Ukrainian poetry since the nineteenth century. In the poem written
by Ivan Franco in 1883: “Grow, tall oak tree”, the previously unknown
emotions, feelings and call to victory appear for the first time.
Different impulses appear in the works of Ukrainian writers of
the 1960s, and the theme of war is highlighted by a stronger sense of
patriotism, with angered phrases, in particular, Volodymyr Simonenko’s
poem “Where are you now, executioners of my people”, written in 1962.
Lina Kostenko’s poem “My first poem written in a ditch”, dated 1998,
is much more intense and emotional, in which the hard and painful
scenes of “the childhood killed in the war” are brought to life. We read
the tragedy of one little girl in Serhiy Zhadan’s poem, “Orphaned by
war”, written in 2016.
The work of modern Ukrainian poets is the history of today’s war,
human tragedies and feelings, anger and belief in victory is a special
way of perceiving events, which combines cultural peculiarities and
universals and intensifies the feeling of personal dignity and the price
of freedom

Georgian Language Teaching into the University Program and Integration
University educational programs of Georgian language teaching are designed
for Azerbaijani, Abkhazian, Armenian and Ossetian-speaking entrants,
who do not have a good command of the state language and study on a onetier
university program after passing the native language exam in the Unified
National Examinations.
According to the sectoral characteristics of higher education of the
specified university program, since 2018, a grouping of students according to
initial language competencies has been determined. In particular, students in
the first semester are grouped into modules of different intensity in order to
continue their studies on equal ground in the second semester.
The sectoral characteristics of higher education also determine areas of
competence, including language competences: writing, reading, listening, speaking,
as well as intercultural competences. It is worth noting that the objecttive
of the program, along with teaching the state language, is also the integration
of students that is a crucial issue. In the sectoral characteristics of the university
program, it is noted that students must be able to “get acquainted, appreciate
and respect the Georgian linguistic and cultural identity and values.”
In the university programs of Georgian language teaching, a lot of
attention is paid to language teaching in four components: writing, reading,
listening and speaking, as well as integrated language and subject teaching
for mastering the sectoral language, teaching tolerance and diversity, however
integration issues are considered to a lesser extent that would help young
people to be aware of the Georgian linguistic and cultural environment, as
well as to acquire vocabulary based on practical needs, etc.
The European experience of teaching a second language is familiar with
integrative methods of teaching in several areas, including teaching a brief
history of the country, important practical elements, etc. It is advisable to draw attention to the topic: “Let's Live in Georgia” in
the university program of Georgian language teaching, which will teach
students facts about Georgia, as well as vocabulary related to public and
private services, and relevant language structures in accordance with the
simulation and situational teaching method
„SYMBOLIC WOUNDS“: NARRATIVES ON THE WAR IN URKAINIAN AND GEORGIAN DIGITAL MEDIA
Historic and real processes conceptual reflections in modern inter
and cross-disciplinary researches caused growing interest memory
studies. In the scientific literature there is confessed that projection
of conceptions of trauma and cultural trauma takes a special place
in memory studies of countries with totalitarian and post-totalitarian
experience.
Ukraine has already passed post-colonial period and now is on the
final stage of formation of European, modern nation. Russia-Ukraine
war, together with changes in the world’s order, affected all spheres of
social life. Today the war is the central topic of discussions and debates.
From the standpoint of cultural trauma and traumatic narrative the war
is an “impact event” which forms discursive construction.
Under conditions of modern digital globalization, electronic media
can play a key role in formation of the memory. In the report I examine
visual areas connected to Russia-Ukraine war and narrative materials
in Georgian and Ukrainian media. The main conceptual approach for
research is revealing of “symbolic wounds” confessed in the trauma
theory, symbolic pictures, texts created in the electronic media, which
caused special interest and remained in “memory files”.
Corresponding theoretical research shall analyze, show how
narratives direct the memory of individual toward collective memory.
For analysis by such approach, for the report there was also applied
qualitative research via with key informants interview (in the depth interviews, for which we selected people with various specialities in
Georgia and Ukraine, connected to this issue from diff erent standpoints).
In result of analysis of synthesis and discourse of empirical materials
there will be revealed those images and symbolic areas of traumatic
memory, which we logically call “Symbolic wounds”
დოსტოევსკის მორალური ფილოსოფია და კანტის პრაქტიკული ფილოსოფია. DOSTOEVSKY AS A MORAL PHILOSOPHER AND KANT’S CRITIQUE OF PURE REASON
In this article we discuss the views of Fyodor Dostoevsky on
morality and human freedom, analyzing them in the context of Kant’s
practical philosophy. Accordingly, we are trying to understand the
relationship between Dostoevsky’s ethics and Kant’s Critique of the
Practical Reason.
To solve this problem, the analysis focuses on one of Dostoevsky’s
novels. This is his last great book, The Brothers Karamazov.
In particular, we are interested in its two chapters: The Rebellion and
The Grand Inquisitor.
Based on the consideration of these two chapters, we consistently
define the views of the great Russian writer on the human being,
its nature, religion, freedom, good and evil, conscience, morality,
and man’s ability to lead a moral life. It should also be noted that we
do not agree with the widespread opinion that only Alyosha Karamazov
expresses Dostoevsky’s outlook and Ivan Karamazov’s views are
the opposite of Dostoevsky’s practical philosophy. Contrary to this
position, we believe that in the thinkings of both brothers there are
statements that convey Dostoevsky’s own anthropology and philosophy
of morality.
This approach lets us to clarify that F. Dostoevsky is characterized
by the same account of Ethics as Kant. In particular, we know
that according to Kant morality is based on a practical reason, autonomy,
and a categorical imperative. However, the practical reason
is fundamentally different from the sensual nature of man. The nominal
and phenomenal nature of man are incompatible with each other.
They are in constant and irresistible conflict.
According to Kant, in such a situation, man for moral actions
takes ability merely from faith. Only on its ground can a person act
as a free non-natural being. A similar opinion can be found in the
both chapters. As Ivan Karamazov says, sensual nature does not allow
a human being to be free, to act freely, because acting freely
makes it be suffering. Humankind renounces freedom, the power of which he actually does not have. For a human being, the main thing
is not freedom, but happy life. For the sake of a happy life, a man is
ready to give up his human nature (freedom) and become an ant.
Dostoevsky considers it impossible to overcome Ivan Karamazov’s
standpoint by rational arguments. It seems to him impossible
to convince anybody, whoever he is, by rational discourse that a man
is free to live according to the dictates of a free conscience, and not
of feelings and sensual inclinations. About Dostoevsky’s approach
in this way refers the fact that Christ does not dispute anything the
Grand Inquisitor says. Listening silently, he offers no counterarguments
during the whole encounter. But what is most important for
our examination is what they do. Christ approached the old man in
silence and softly kissed him on his lips, and on his part the same did
Alyosha regarding his brother. hat these behaviors mean? By depicting
these behaviors of Christ and Alyosha Dostoevsky emphasizes
that the only argument by which it is really possible to overcome
Ivan’s and Grand Inquisitor’s assertions about inability of human
being determined by its sensual inclinations to live morally, is the
practical action which is based the pure reason, free conscience.
Practical actions clearly show that man can be free and live morally.
However, like Kant, Dostoevsky believes that what gives to man the
power to be a moral agent is faith. For both Kant and Dostoevsky,
faith is an act of freedom and as such a true ground to live according
to super sensual laws
