No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Compensation and managerial support on employee job satisfaction at CV. Indo Bata Beton. The method used is a quantitative approach, including several linear regression tests and classical assumption tests. The sample size consists of 36 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents, using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27 software. The results of the study show that Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees at CV. Indo Bata Beton, both partially and simultaneously, while managerial support does not significantly affect job satisfaction. However, Compensation and Managerial Support can predict the level of job satisfaction

The role of farmer groups will not be separated from the increase in rice
productivity, also the increase in rice productivity is always related to the process
of agricultural development. The quality of human resources or farmers is a factor
that affects the level of rice productivity. Lengkong Sub-district, Sukabumi District
has the potential to improve the quality of farmers' competence through the role of
farmer groups. This study aimed to determine the role of farmer groups in
increasing rice productivity in Lengkong Sub-district, Sukabumi District. The study
used descriptive method. Determination of the sample using proportional sampling
technique assisted by Slovin formula with a total of 38 respondents selected from
15 farmer groups. The results showed that the role of farmer groups in learning
vehicles, cooperation vehicles and production units was in the good category with
an increase in rice productivity of 30.08%. Indicating there is a role of farmer
groups that influence the increase in the quality of competence of farmers so that
there is an increase in rice productivity in Lengkong District, Sukabumi Regenc

Data collection techniques by observation (questionnaire or questionnaire) and research results tend to be generalized. Technical data analysis using simple regression analysis. The research subjects for performance improvement were all educators or teachers at Raudhatul Athfal Ashabulyamin Cianjur totaling 14 people. The population of this study was 14 people and the sample of this study was 14 people. From the results of the research and the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant regression or influence, namely the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient r = 0.829 with t count = 1.998 this value is greater than t table = 1.788 (t count value (1.998) > t table (1.788)), and the significance value is below 0.05. then Ha is accepted (regression is not significant) while Ho is rejected (significant regression) which means that there is a high or significant influence between the effect of affective commitment on teacher performance. That is, the higher the affective commitment, the higher the teacher performance obtained

No full textThe coffee shop in Sukabumi city continues to experience growth every year. One of the coffee shops in Sukabumi, Locus Abdnn, must be able to have the ability to create a strategy that can be used, and one strategy that needs to be implemented is by using the Blue Ocean Strategy. The aim of this research is to understand Albdnn Sukalbumi's Locus Strategy in preventing increase and stabilize sales by using the Blue Ocean Strategy. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were Locus Albdnn customers during the observation period. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 20 informants who were selected based on certain criteria. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, preliminary research, literature study and documentation. In testing the validity of the data, 3 types of triangulation will be carried out, namely technical trials, source trials, walkthrough trials. After the required data are prepared, the next step is to process them using a mathematical model that is in accordance with the methods used such as data reduction, data presentation and verification. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that Locus Abdnn must innovate to attract consumers by improving quality by adding its own processed Indonesian coffee products so that they become distinctive and able to increase promotions through social media so that more and more local people are interested in buying products at Locus. Albdn. So, in order to increase sales profits, Locus Albdnn must be able to implement the Blue Ocean Strategy and utilize technology and innovation in the process of making instant Indonesian coffee products

No full textOne of the most important factors that can improve the character of children's discipline is to perform behavior contract techniques on children. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of teachers in building disciplinary character through behavior contract techniques. The data of this study are all ECCE teachers who have applied behavior contract techniques, with a sample of 100 people. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method of data collection in this study is the distribution of questionnaires in the form of questions to respondents. Simple linear regression analysis was used as an analysis method in this study. The results explained that the character of discipline had a significant effect on behavior contract techniques, and the effect was 65.2% while 34.8% was influenced by other variables

This study used quantitative methods with data collection techniques using primary data through questionnaires with a population of 566 accounting study program students of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi University. The sampling technique used the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 85 respondents. The data in this study used SPSS version 23 with multiple linear analysis testing. The results of this study show that financial literacy, lifestyle and gender have a partial and simultaneous effect on the financial management of accounting students of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi University

No full textLong-Term Contraceptive Method is a contraceptive that can be used for a long time, which is more than three years used to delay, minimize pregnancy, and stop fertility, which includes IUD, Implant and steady contraception, this study aims to determine the factors associated with the use of Long-Term Contraceptive Method in Sukabumi City. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) in achieving the target of the long-term contraceptive method program in Sukabumi City. This study used descriptive qualitative methods with observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by snowball sampling technique, namely by determining informants who were initially small in number and then enlarged. The results of this study measured by strategy indicators by Mintzberg et al (2003) show that the Agency in achieving the targets of the MKJP program begins with planning, implementing and evaluating. However, in the implementation there are still some obstacles. Existing programs have helped in the process of implementing long-term contraceptive method programs. But not yet fully optimized. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the range of strategies, so that the program of long-term contraceptive methods is maximized

No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani bawang merah di kelompoktani Sugih Jaya Desa Sumberjaya Kecamatan Tegalbuleud Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei. Objek penelitiannya adalah partisipasi petani dalam program penyuluhan pertanian. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal petani yang menanam bawang merah di kelompoktani Sugih Jaya Desa Sumberjaya Kecamatan Tegalbuleud Kabupaten Sukabumi sebanyak 13 orang. Dan semuanya dijadikan responden sehingga bentuk sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu sampel dicari berdasarkan ciri-ciri tertentu dengan pertimbangan adalah petani yang menanam bawang merah. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan pada petani bawang merah yang berada di Kecamatan Tegalbuleud dengan luasan lahan usahatani rata-rata 0,05 ha, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis dari pengolahan data dihasilkan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp. 15.878.462,00; pendapatan sebesar Rp. 3.868.087,00 dan usahatani bawang merah berada pada posisi layak untung dan tidak layak untuk diusahakan dengan nilai R/C ratio 1,32 dan B/C ratio 0,32

No full textPertanian memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian. Oleh karena itu, sektor pertanian harus terus berkembang. Aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan pertanian yaitu peningkatan hasil produksi pertanian agar tetap bisa bersaing secara efektif. Kabupaten Sukabumi memiliki luas lahan pertanian sekitar 124.607 Ha, menunjukan adanya potensi untuk pengembangan pertanian. Pangan merupakan kebutuhan pokok manusia dan Kecamatan Bantargadung oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi diarahkan untuk pengembangan komoditas pangan padi sawah, padi gogo, jagung, kedelai, kacang tanah, kacang hijau, ubi kayu dan ubi jalar.Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan komoditas unggulan tanaman pangan di Kecamatan Bantar Gadung Kabupaten Sukabumi, dengan menggunakan analisis LQ (Location Question).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komoditas kacang tanah di Kecamatan Bantargadung merupakan sektor basis dengan LQ sebesar 70,040 dan produksi mencapai 798,39 ton/hektar. Tingginya tingkat produksi, komoditas kacang tanah memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan pertanian, meningkatkan perekonomian dan bisa menjadi komoditas ekspor
TINDAK TUTUR ILOKUSI PADA NASKAH DRAMA THE KING AND ME KARYA HANIF KUREISHI
No full textThis research aims to provide information on the types of illocutionary speech acts in the drama script The King and Me by Hanif Kueishi. The information which is obtained from the results of this research can be used as material to understand individual characteristics, such as social background, culture, or personality, which affects the use of illocutionary speech acts in other literary studies to understand how their application can be different depending on the context of the literary work itself. The data used in this research are the contents of the book in the form of the dialogue The King and Me, technique of collecting data is by taking data through simak and catat or “taking notes” method. The type of data which is used is objective data in the form of dialogue content in books in the form of dialogue data containing illocutionary utterances presented in the form of clear understanding and narrative. The analysis technique used in this research is the condensation, presentation and note-taking model. To find out data containing illocutionary utterances through analysis then presentation and note-taking into data which is divided into 5 big points. The results show that in the drama script The King and Me, the characters in the dialogue use various types of illocutionary speech acts, which depend on factors such as the context, purpose, and content of the speech. The suggestions in this research are that future research can examine the influence of the media on the use of illocutionary speech act
