No full textBeberapa wilayah di Kabupaten Sukabumi merupakan sentra produksi padi yang memberikan kontribusi sebesar 492.926,30 ton terhadap produksi beras regional Jawa Barat pada tahun 2021, dengan kontribusi rata-rata 6,2% selama kurun waktu tiga tahun terakhir (2019 – 2021). Rata-rata produktivitas padi sawah di Kabupaten Sukabumi mencapai 60,56 ku/ha, lebih besar dibandingkan dengan rata-rata produktivitas Kabupaten Bogor yang mencapai 52,62 ku/ha (BPS Jawa Barat, 2021). Oleh karena itu, Kabupaten Sukabumi memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman padi. Komoditas pertanian, khususnya tanaman pangan seperti padi, jagung, dan kedelai, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Sukabumi

No full textThis study employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method to enhance the independence of children in PAUD KB Mawar. CAR is a reflective approach involving action participants, designed to improve rational capabilities in performing tasks and deepen understanding of the actions taken. It is conducted in four stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subject is PAUD KB Mawar, with the object being the independence of 3-4-year-old children, totaling 10 children. Research instruments consist of observation and documentation instruments used to measure natural and social phenomena observed during CAR implementation. The findings indicate that learning at PAUD KB Mawar provides significant opportunities for educators to develop children's values, attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Before this research, daily activities felt monotonous, prompting educators to develop children's independence through habituation methods. Active teacher involvement plays a crucial role in observing and guiding children during habituation. CAR analysis reveals a significant improvement in children's independence. Initially, most children were unable to perform tasks such as tidying up toys, putting on shoes, and others. However, through well-executed habituation methods, children were able to achieve criteria for very good development in several aspects of independence. Supporting factors include the role of educators as role models, conducive environments, and continuous positive habituation. On the other hand, inhibiting factors involve parents' behaviors of overly pampering their children and being reluctant to leave them at school. This can delay the formation of children's independence From the research and observation results, it is concluded that habituation methods can effectively enhance children's independence at PAUD KB Mawar. Despite inhibiting factors, consistent efforts in providing positive habituation can overcome these obstacles

Full text linkThe Sukabumi city government is an agency located in the Sukabumi city area which currently has a good image by utilizing Instagram accounts as a tool to provide information so that there is no internal or external information crisis or misunderstanding, within this scope public relations plays a role in channeling information or bridging activities communication with internal and external communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of public relations for the Sukabumi City government in maintaining the image through an Instagram account. This study uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, documents as a complement to the methods of collecting observation and interview data. Based on data findings and research results that have been described regarding the role of public relations for the Sukabumi city government in maintaining the image through an Instagram account, the public relations for the Sukabumi city government can maintain a positive image by utilizing an Instagram account, in that account the public relations for the Sukabumi City government can find a positive response by looking at Instagram insights , like and comment on each post. This is because the banking sector is a vital sector in a country so it attracts a lot of investor interest. The share price of National Private Commercial Banks has decreased since the last 3 years. One of the factors that influence the rise and fall of share prices is the company's internal factors, including the level of profits obtained, the level of risk faced, and the company's performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning per Share (EPS), and Return on Investment (ROI) on Stock Prices. The linear regression analysis method is used to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (PBV, NPM, EPS, and ROI) and the dependent variable (share price). The method used in this research is associative descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample and data analysis using classical assumption test techniques, correlation coefficient test, determination, simultaneous test, multiple linear regression and partial test. Price to Book Value has a calculated t value of 3,908 > from t table and a significant value of 0.001 0.05, which means that there is a negative and insignificant influence between Net Profit Margin on Share Prices. Earnings Per Share has a calculated t value of 3.761 > from the t table with a significant value of 0.001 0.05 which can be interpreted as meaning that there is a negative and insignificant influence between Return On Investment on Share Price

No full textThis research aims to find out how much influence occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline has on the performance of PT employees. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. The 40 respondents in this research were employees of PT. Bank Sinarmas Sukabumi City. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and associative approaches. In the research, a normality test, a simultaneous statistical test (F test) and a partial statistical test (T test) were carried out. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous positive influence between occupational health and safety (K3), work discipline and employee performance, with a result of 16,539 > 3.25, which means the calculated F value is greater than F Table. Meanwhile, partially, occupational health and safety (K3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 2,021, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value obtained from the T Calculation results, which is 5,747, which is greater than the T Table, which is 1,684, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.0
ENHANCING MSMEs BUSINESS GROWTH: EXPLORING MARKET ORIENTATION AND INNOVATION CAPABILITY AS CATALYSTS
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation on business growth of fashion MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Sukabumi City, with innovation capability as the mediating variable. The focus of this study is to understand the extent to which market orientation affects innovation capability and business growth, and how innovation capability mediates the relationship. The research method used was quantitative with a causal descriptive approach. The study population consisted of 4,380 fashion MSMEs in Sukabumi City, with 200 MSMEs selected as samples through purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 22 program. The results showed that market orientation has a positive and significant influence on innovation capability, indicated by the Critical Ratio (C.R) value of 0.674 and probability of 0.000. In addition, market orientation also has a positive and significant effect on business growth, with a C.R value of 0.839 and a probability of 0.000. Innovation capability is also found to have a significant influence on business growth, with a C.R value of 0.155 and a probability of 0.000. The mediation analysis results show that the effect of market orientation on business growth is stronger through innovation capability than its direct effect, as evidenced by the Sobel test value of 11,216, exceeding the z-table value of 1,969. Thus, the conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of developing innovation capability in line with effective market orientation for fashion MSMEs in Sukabumi City to achieve optimal business growth

Full text linkEarly reading skills are an important part of early childhood development. At the early
childhood education level, teachers teach early reading skills. In order to improve early reading skills in
early childhood, many media can be used, one of which is picture card media. Based on this, this study
will examine the application of picture card media to improve early reading skills. The research method
used is qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques used in this
study using observation, interviews, documentation studies, and participants. Data analysis used Miles
and Huberman. The results of using picture card media to improve children's ability to read at the
beginning showed good results. Where based on the results of observations and interviews show that of
the 22 children at PAUD SPS Bougenvile most children can read the beginning. 17 children equivalent
to 77.27% are proficient in reading and the remaining 5 children equivalent to 22.73% are not yet
proficient in beginning reading

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate culture dan integritas
karyawan terhadap pencegahan fraud pada kantor SAMSAT Kota Sukabumi dengan
menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Fraud merupakan suatu permalasahan yang
menjadi ancaman serius untuk keberlangsungan suatu institusi, sehingga perlu upaya
pencegahan yang tepat untuk mengurangi risiko terjadinya tindakan fraud. Dalam penelitian
ini, penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai SAMSAT Kota
Sukabumi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 41 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
yaitu regresi linear berganda, untuk mengukur corporate culture dan integritas karyawan dan
mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya terhadap pencegahan fraud. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis
menggunakan software statistik IBM SPSS versi 25 untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas,
uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitias, multikolonearitas dan heterokedastisitas.
Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial dan simultan dan uji R Square. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate culture dan integritas karyawan memiliki
pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pencehahan fraud pada kantor SAMSAT Kota Sukabumi.
Dimana hasil uji t dan uji F menunjukkan bahwa t huting dan F hitung lebih besar dan t tabel
dan F tabel. Hasil pengujian R Square menunjukkan kemampuan variabel corporate culture
dan integritas karyawan terhadap pencegahan fraud sebesar 79,1%. Sedangkan sisanya 20,9%
dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar pada penelitian ini

The purpose of this research is to evaluate how well the spending budget has performed. The variables employed
in this research are qualitative, and descriptive methods are used to obtain the data. These approaches include
observation, interviews, and recording of the Sukabumi Regency KPU spending budget realization report.In this
instance, the government carries out the obligations and responsibilities that must be met in order to produce
performance that has an effective and efficient end result, and it is obvious that it must pay attention to the
standard of the Sukabumi Regency General Election Commission's performance.
The results of this study are that spending in the 2021-2022 LRA always shows changes in the evaluation of the
spending budget, but in 2022 after entering the 2024 election stage the budget in the Sukabumi Regency KPU
has a discrepancy in budget realization due to different or additional policies activities outside of planning so
that they always revise the budget and the ceiling in 2022 has decreased compared to 2021 as a result of this
planning. So it is hoped that in the following year it can be even better so as not to burden the financial team at
the Sukabumi Regency KPU

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of Business Capital variables and Business Place Rental Fees
on Post-Relocation Merchants' Income at Pelita Market, Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is
quantitative research using primary data. The variables used in this study are Business Capital and Business
Rental Costs as independent variables and Merchant Income as the dependent variable. The population in this
study were 288 Los traders in Pelita Market, Sukabumi City. Sampling technique with Probability Sampling
technique with simple random sampling method. Probability sampling nonprobability sampling with a total of 76
people. The results of research using SPSS 27 for Windows software show that partially business capital has a
significant positive effect on trader income where t count> t table (2.047> 1.666) with a significant value of 0.044
< 0.05. The cost of renting a business place shows a partially significant positive effect on the income of traders
where t count> t table (2.493> 1.666) with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05. The results of simultaneous testing
in this study indicate that business capital and business premises rental costs affect the income of traders in Pelita
Market, Sukabumi City by 22,2% while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined by researcher
