purposes. However, the circulation of illegal and dangerous cosmetics poses a serious threat to
the health and safety of consumers. This research aims to study the challenges faced in
protecting consumers from the circulation of illegal and dangerous cosmetics, and analyze how
legal protection is provided to consumers regarding the circulation of illegal and dangerous
cosmetics that cause harm to consumers. The research method used in this research is normative
juridical. This is based on the provisions of Law Number 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer
Protection which regulates the production of cosmetics and also guarantees consumer
protection in purchasing cosmetic products. In the event of circulation of illegal cosmetics,
warnings, coaching of business actors, and withdrawal of products will be given which will
harm consumers themselves. Therefore, increasing supervision of the use and monitoring the
circulation of cosmetics without BPOM licenses because this is one of the many illegal cosmetics
at this time
The Effect of Digitizing Library Services and Facilities on User Satisfaction: Case Study at Cianjur Regency Regional Library
No full textDigitization of library services and facilities is a factor that can increase user satisfaction. The purpose of
this study is to determine the effect of digitization of library services and facilities on user satisfaction. This
research data is from users at the Regional Library of Cianjur Regency with a population of 1,000. The
sampling technique in this study used a sample size web.raosoft.com with an error rate of 5% so that a
sample of 287 respondents was obtained. Disseminating questionnaires is a method of data collection. This
study used multiple linear regression analysis as its analysis method. The results showed that the
digitalization of library services and facilities had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and the effect was
38.8% while 61.2% was influenced by other variables. The variable that has a dominant influence is library
facilities, with an influence of 16%. The contribution of this study is to expand marketing management
literature related to the digitization of library services and facilities in the context of organization

phenomena experiences by the informants. This research was conducted in one of the
schools in Sukabumi Regency. The informants in this study were principal, teachers,
and school committee. This research explains the changes before and after becoming a
sekolah penggerak Adapted to 2 National Education Standards. Data collection was
carried out by several techniques, (a) observations; (b) interviews; and (c)
documentation. To find out the validity of the research, the writer made several
efforts, namely 1) conducting in depth interviews; 2) continuous observations; and 3)

No full textPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi temuan dari hasil observasi yang menunjukan bahwa siswa
kelas 3 SD Negeri Cibodas masih kurang memahami dalam perkalian tiga bilangan,
dimana dari 48 orang siswa, hanya ada 6 orang siswa saja yang mendapatkan nilai
perkalian di atas KKM. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penulis mencoba
menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada yaitu dengan menggunakan media papan pintar.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian
tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan menggunakan media papan pintar
dapat meningkatkan kemampuan memahami perkalian tiga bilangan, dimana pada tahap
pra siklus nilai rata-rata siswa hanya 62,33 dan hanya ada 6 orang siswa yang lulus KKM,
pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa naik menjadi 72,79 dan siswa yang lulus KKM ada 21
siswa, kemudian pada siklus II naik dimana nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 80,17 dan siswa
yang lulus KKM menjadi 40 siswa

transfer process that occurs in an Alternative Universe
work by Hilmy Milan (AU) into a novel. The AU object used
in this study is the AU story by @ijoscripts which was
transformed into the Hilmy Milan novel by Nadia Ristivani.
The purpose of this study is to find out the process of
analysis of vehicle transfer in the form of shrinkage that
occurs when AU's work is transformed into a novel. This
study used a descriptive qualitative method with data in the
form of AU by @ijoscripts which was published on Twitter
and the novel Hilmy Milan by Nadia Ristivani. This study
obtained results in the form of attenuation related to the

for Kebonmanggu Village, Sukabumi Regency, was in improving the welfare of
the local community. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference
from Richard M. Steers is used. The data were collected through observation data,
interviews, and documentation and were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the
results of the study, it shows that Optimization of objectives is quite effective in
view of various CSR Corporate Social Responsibility activities in the form of
environmental, economic and social. The company's system perspective has not
been maximized considering that the company does not really socialize with the
community evenly, focusing more on communication with the government as a
facilitator so that the community does not really understand CSR programs.

inherent supervision on employee work effectiveness because based on the results of interviews, it
was found that there was a decrease in employee effectiveness at work, many employees
complained about democratic leadership style, and inherent supervision from leaders who did not
according to the expectations of employees. The method used in this research is descriptive and
associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was using
a saturated sample technique, and the samples taken in this study were as many as 84 employees.
Data analysis techniques used validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression
including correlation coefficients, determination, testing research models and testing hypotheses.
study. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination test (r2) show that democratic
leadership style and oversight are attached to employee work effectiveness by 52% while the
remaining 48% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple
correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.721, which means that there is a
strong relationship between democratic leadership style and inherent supervision of employee
effectiveness. The results of the f test show that the value of Fcount is 43.859> 3.11 indicating that
Fcount is greater than Ftable with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Variables of democratic
leadership style and inherent supervision of work effectiveness have a positive and significant
effect on employee work effectiveness

on Customer Loyalty of wardah products in Sukabumi City with Customer Engagement as a mediating
variable. This study uses Brand Love as an independent variable, Customers Loyalty as the dependent
variable and Customers Engagement as a mediating variable. The method used in this study is a
quantitative method with a casual descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study was by
means of a non-probability sampling technique with the type of judgmental sampling. With a total of
150 respondents using wardah products in the city of Sukabumi. The analysis technique used in this study
is Path Analysis and is in the form of interval data. As for the results obtained from the research that has
been carried out from all tests, there is a positive and significant relationship between Brand Love (X)
and Customer Engagement (M), there is a positive and significant relationship between Customer
Engagement (M) and Customer Loyalty (Y). and Customers Engagement can mediate the relationship
between Brand Love (X) and Customer Loyalty (Y)
