No full textPenelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian berfokus pada pengaruh kompensasi (X) terhadap kinerja (Y) pegawai di bagian Protokol, Komunikasi, dan Tata Usaha Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sukabumi. Kompensasi dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Teori Rivai (2018:357), yang meliputi kompensasi finansial langsung, seperti gaji dan insentif, dan kompensasi tidak langsung, seperti tunjangan dan fasilitas. Di sisi lain, kinerja diukur dengan menggunakan Teori Mangkunegara (2015: 68) berdasarkan tiga dimensi: kualitas, kuantitas, dan tanggung jawab. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan yakni metode asosiatif dengan memakai pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Ukuran sampel yang dipergunakan pada penelitian didapatkan melalui teknik sampling jenuh, dan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 26 digunakan untuk analisis data. Data dianalisis untuk menentukan validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, dan sejauh mana kompensasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui analisis regresi linier. Temuan dari analisis tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,943 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 88,92%. Berdasarkan hasil, hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian Protokol, Komunikasi, dan Tata Usaha Sekretariat Daerah Kota Sukabumi diterima. Oleh karena itu, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi memberikan dampak yang optimal terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan adanya hubungan yang positif antara kompensasi dengan kinerja pegawai di bagian ini

However, the implementation is not yet fully optimal. The problem in distributing PKH assistance is that the number of residents who must be selected to meet the limited quota of PKH participants makes it difficult for officers to select residents who are entitled to receive PKH. Sometimes there are families who deserve assistance but do not receive assistance so that the provision of assistance is not well targeted. The purpose of this study is to assist in providing priority recommendations for PKH beneficiaries more accurately, quickly and effectively. In this study, a problem was formulated on how to implement the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in solving problems through calculating the weight of criteria and being able to select the best alternative from all alternatives. The result of this research is a decision support system application that provides output in the form of ranking of the number of poor family data. So that the most appropriate priority for receiving PKH assistance is to meet the limited quota of PKH participants in accordance with the assessment criteria that have been determined by the government so that the assistance is more targeted

Get PDFReport cards are important documents for students. In filling it requires accuracy, this is a teacher's job which is quite troublesome. Where, the teacher must fill in the lesson values as many students as there are in his class. This was deemed ineffective because it was seen that to produce report cards, the homeroom teacher needed data on student scores from all subject teachers to then put them in the ledger book and write them down in the report cards. In addition, in the process of processing student report cards, errors and delays often occur. Therefore, a web-based system is proposed that can process report cards in order to make the work of the teacher or homeroom teacher easier. This system will facilitate the process of reporting student report card data quickly and efficiently. In order to strengthen this research, in the research process of making this system, data collection was carried out taken from schools, literature studies as support for problem solving theory, system development methods that use waterfalls which are implemented in web-based applications by utilizing the PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. With this application, it can help the work of educators and homeroom teachers and can make it easier for users to process grades so that they can be carried out effectively and efficiently. In addition, the system interface can be implemented in accordance with the display of the report that is running, so that the resulting process value is accurate

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Perusahaan yang dijadikan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu PT. Telkom Witel Sukabumi menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling atau sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sample 32 karyawan PT. Telkom Witel Sukabumi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis korelasi ganda, anlisis regresi linear berganda uji koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis secara parsial (t test) dan secara simultan menggunakan F test. berdasarkan hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t yang menunjukan bahwa variable beban kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, sementara variable lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, adapun hasil perhitungan uji f menunjukan bahwa variable beban kerja dan lingkungan fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable produktivitas karyawan

No full textSexual violence is any activity that consists of sexual activity carried out by adults to children and by children to other children. This research focuses on the role of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) and what are the supporting factors as well as obstacles in handling cases of sexual violence against children in Sukabumi City. This research has several problems, including that Sukabumi City does not yet have a safe house for victims of sexual violence and there are still increasing cases of child sexual violence, while Sukabumi City won the title of Child Worthy City (KLA) at the Intermediate level in 2016-2019 and rose to the Nidya level in 2021. The theory used to find out how the role of UPTD PPA in handling cases of child sexual violence is the role dimension of Arimbi et al (2003: 45). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection using observation, interviews, documents, audio and visual materials. The results of this study show that the role of the UPTD PPA in handling the case has been running in accordance with laws and regulations, but it is still not optimal. When viewed from one of the 6 service strategies that have not yet run, namely in temporary shelter. Then the infrastructure is incomplete and there is still a lack of human resources (HR) at the UPTD PPA

No full textOne of the efforts made to reduce the number of complications of Diabetes Mellitus is to use the four pillars of diabetes mellitus, namely meal planning, physical exercise, medication or pharmacology, and education. The success of a treatment is strongly influenced by the individual himself, such as knowledge of his disease and compliance with his treatment. Family support is the most important thing in influencing treatment compliance for people with diabetes mellitus. The research design used was descriptive analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents in this study was 48 respondents. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the chi-square formula. Results: The results of statistical tests with chi-square p-value generated by 0.003 <0.05 mean that there is a relationship between family support and medication adherence in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of Lembursitu Health Center, Sukabumi City. No full textDocumentation is a written communication that permanently documents various information relevant to various patient health settings. Documentation is also a valid and legal record related to patient examination, diagnostic process, planning, implementation and evaluation process. The research design used is descriptive correlational with a cross sectional approach. The research population is the nurses who work in the Inpatient Room of Sekarwangi Hospital. The number of research samples is 65 respondents. Assessing the work motivation of nurses, most of the respondents were in the good category, 42 respondents with a percentage (64.6%) and for documentation, most of the respondents were in the good category, 49 respondents with a percentage (75.4%). From the results of the chi-square test, P value was obtained: 0.004 <0.05, where it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the work motivation of nurses and the implementation of nursing process documentation in the inpatient room of Sekarwangi Hospital. Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) as a facilitator in agricultural development in Kadudampit Sub-district, Sukabumi Regency and to determine the relationship between the facilitator role of BPP Kadudampit and Agricultural Development. The research used descriptive method. Respondents were collected using Cluster Sampling method with judgment sampling. The data were analyzed using Spearman rank simple correlation test and Likert scale, then will be explained descriptively. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between agricultural development in Kadudampit Sub-district, Sukabumi District and the role of BPP, indicating a very strong relationship. The role of BPP as a facilitator in agricultural development in Kadudampit Sub-district, Sukabumi District with a good category, in addition to the implementation of the role of facilitator in agricultural development has been mature adapted to the characteristics of the region in other words it can be stated that the better the role of facilitator BPP Kadudampit, the better the agricultural development in Kadudampit Sub-district
THE INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE REGIONAL DISASTER MANAGEMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SUKABUMI
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect between motivation and employee performance at the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency. This research method uses a quantitative associative approach. This study's population were all Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency employees. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with a saturated sample, namely employees at the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency, totalling 49 employees. Data was collected using observation, documentation, questionnaire distribution and interview methods. Data analysis in this study was carried out by correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simple linear regression analysis test, and data processing using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Based on the study's results, it is known that the correlation coefficient test obtained a positive correlation value which indicates a closeness with a high category. The coefficient of determination (R2) data results showed a positive influence between motivation and employee performance at the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency of 0.594. This means that the magnitude of the influence of motivation on performance is 59.4%, while 40.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
