ANALYSIS OF E-DEMOCRACY IN THE SIMULTANEOUS GENERAL ELECTION
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the development of e-democracy in the 2019 simultaneous general elections in Sukabumi City, which is supported by the high number of internet users in Sukabumi City. To measure e-democracy, researchers adopted the e-democracy model developed by Caldow (2004), which consists of 4 quadrants. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were by distributing questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature studies. The population in this study were all people of Sukabumi City who were registered as the Permanent Voters List (DPT) in the Sukabumi City area, with a total of 100 respondents from 7 sub-districts in Sukabumi City. The sampling technique used by researchers was probability sampling with cluster sampling technique. Data processing in this study used Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 26. The result of this study is that e-democracy activities in Sukabumi City are in the high category, where based on the hypothesis test, obtained ttabel 1.660 < tcount 10.127, then H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. The accepted hypothesis reads that the level of e-democracy in the 2019 simultaneous general elections in Sukabumi City is above 50%

No full textThis study aims to analyze the legal certainty of building use rights for farmers in Pasir Datar Indah Village and Sukamulya Village, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency. In addition, this study also aims to find out the source of Agraria problems occuring in the location and review the role of local governments and related agencies in efforts to resolve long-standing disputes. The research method used in this study uses qualitative research methods, researchers also use observation techniques, interviews, documentation, literature studies, and interviews with the Chairman of the Indonesian Farmers Union (SPI) of Sukabumi Regency to obtain data as a form of field observation. In addition, researchers conducted library literacy as supporting data in this study. In the legal certainty regarding building use rights contained in Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021, farmers in the Pasir Datar Indah and Sukamulya Village areas have fulfilled the requirements as applicable regulations and are granted permits regarding building use rights so that they can be used properly. With this research, it is expected to be able to answer the needs of the community regarding the legal understanding of procedures for obtaining building use rights permits that can be issued by the government and related agencies that have the capacity in this domain

No full textThe infrastructure for building bicycle lanes in Indonesia has many obstacles such as the lack of bicycle enthusiasts, the use of bicycles only for certain activities, such as conducting car free days. Furthermore, there is a shortage of land on the road to build these bicycle lanes. And because it's not the main transportation. In the city of Sukabumi itself, the provision of lane infrastructure has not been realized properly, for the law that regulates it is the 2018 Raperda concerning the administration of transportation. The lanes used by cyclists are lanes specifically for bicycles and will be given space when on the road. In the city of Sukabumi, there are still many violations or dysfunctions of special bicycle lanes, thus hindering the implementation of the facilities provided to cyclists and of course it does not make cyclists comfortable if the lanes provided become dysfunctional. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Some Constraints, namely implementing agents who have constraints in implementing the policy. APLIKASI TERAPI PIJAT REFLEKSI KAKI TERHADAP KETIDAKSTABILAN GULA DARAH PADA PENDERITA DIABETES MELLITUS
Get PDFDiabetes Mellitus is a set of metabolic disorders characterized by damage to insulin work, insulin secretion, or both resulting in increased levels of glucose in the blood or hyperglycemia. Diabetes is also often called diabetes. Diabetes Mellitus Per Area of Sukabumi Regency in 2017 shows that there are 3 regions of Sukabumi Regency that have the highest cases of Diabetes Mellitus, namely Region I, Region IV and Region VI of a total of 9014 cases. Region I of Sukabumi Regency has 1235 cases out of a total population of 496,856 people. One of the non-pharmacological methods that is currently the choice of the community is complementary therapy. There are many types of complementary therapies, one of which is reflexology. Based on several research results, foot reflexology therapy is effective for controlling blood glucose in diabetic patients. This can be seen from a significant decrease in blood glucose levels in diabetics after foot reflexology. The writing of this scientific paper aims to control blood glucose in patients with type II diabetes mellitus problems. This method of writing scientific papers uses case studies. Foot reflexology therapy is carried out for 3 consecutive days once a day with a duration of 15-20 minutes. The results obtained after therapy there was a decrease in blood glucose from 300 mg / dL to 180 mg / dL. It can be concluded that there is an effect of foot reflexology therapy to control blood glucose

37.8ºC or more. Most often fever is caused by infectious diseases such as Typhoid
Abdominals or typhoid fever. Typhoid fever is an acute infectious disease that
usually attacks the digestive tract with symptoms of fever for more than 7 days and
disturbances in the digestive tract. Salmonella bacteria will enter the body through
the mouth along with contaminated food or drink. Non-pharmacological techniques
that can be used to reduce the increase in body temperature in patients with fever
are fever management, namely by providing actions such as warm compresses. The
purpose of implementing this application is to reduce heat production and increase
body heat expenditure. This application uses data collection techniques by way of
anamnesis, observation and literature study. The study was conducted for three
days, when the patient had a fever and was carried out for 20 minutes. The action
of warm compresses on typhus sufferers who experience fever has an effect and is
effective in reducing body temperature. So that body temperature decreases and
body temperature can return to normal
APLIKASI SENAM YOPHYTTA UNTUK MENGATASI GANGGUAN POLA TIDUR PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III AKIBAT INSOMNIA DI WILAYAH DESA CIRACAP
Get PDFPregnancy is a process of growth and development of the intrauterine fetus starting from
conception to the onset of labour. The duration of pregnancy is calculated from ovulation
to parturition approximately 280 days (40 weeks) and no more than 300 days (43 weeks),
calculated from the first day of the last menstruation. Pregnancy aims to continue offspring
naturally and produce a fetus that grows in the mother's womb. One of the problems that
occur in the third trimester of pregnancy is sleep disturbance. This occurs due to frequent
awakenings at night for urination and the stress experienced by pregnant women before
delivery. The non-pharmacological therapy to overcome sleep pattern disturbances is by
doing Yophytta exercises. This research method uses observation, interviews, and case
studies. Data collection is based on the results of assessments and interventions. The results
of applying Yophytta exercises to 1 patient in Ciracap village show that after doing Yophytta
exercises for 6 meetings, in 1 week there are 2 meetings (4 meetings at the client's house
and 2 online meetings via zoom meetings) which have an influence on the sleep quality of
third trimester pregnant women. Researchers concluded that Yophytta exercise can
overcome sleep pattern disturbances in pregnant women, as evidenced by changes in sleep
quality between before and after Yophytta exercise. The researcher's advice for pregnant
women is to be consistent in doing Yophytta exercises and to maintain their mental health,
such as always thinking positively and doing activities that make them happy, always trying
to make themselves comfortable with their growing belly

in the financial statements as well as the financial statements themselves. The RKAS application (School Activity Plan
and Budget) is an information system created to deal with school financial management issues starting from the process
of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising or controlling. SMP Negeri 1 Cibitung has not
implemented or made financial reports in accordance with ISAK 35, however SMP Negeri 1 Cibitung has implemented
ARKAS in making financial reports on BOS funds but there are still problems in its application. The purpose of this
research is to analyze the application of ISAK 35 and find out the application of the School Activity Plan and Budget
(ARKAS) Application at Cibitung 1 Public Middle School. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Data
collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used
is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are that the form of financial reports at SMP Negeri 1 Cibitung in
2022 has been adjusted according to ISAK 35 and SMP Negeri 1 Cibitung has applied or used ARKAS in making
financial reports on BOS funds

No full textThis study aims to determine the increase in students' responsible attitude by using the Magic Box learning
media based on Wayang Sukuraga at SDN 1 Kebon Pedes. The research method used is Classroom Action
Research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle begins with the stages of planning, implementing,
observing and reflecting. The instruments used were teacher and student observation sheets as well as nontest assessments. The results of the study show that the application of the Magic Box learning media based
on wayang sukuraga can increase the attitude of responsibility of students at SDN 1 Kebon Pedes. This can
be seen from the results of data processing obtained in cycle 1, as many as 10 students out of 26 total students
have an increased attitude of responsibility while the other 16 students do not yet have an attitude of
responsibility, so that the percentage of attitudes of responsibility reaches 40% with an average value 67.76.
In cycle 2 the results of processing the data obtained were 22 students out of 26 the total number of students
had an increased attitude of responsibility with a percentage of 85% and the average value was 76.34

Analysis of Market Orientataion and Social Media Adoption on Marketing Perfomance
No full textThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence market orientation and social
media adoption on marketing performance at Coffee Shops in Sukabumi City. The research method used
is descriptive and associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are the
owners and managers of coffee shops in the city of Sukabumi. This research was conducted by
distributing online questionnaires to 34 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a
data analysis technique in this study with the help of data processing using SPSS version 26. The results
of this study indicate that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing
performance, and social media adoption has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance.

No full textThis study aims to determine whether the application of extrinsic motivation and work
flexibility has an influence that can increase employee performance in the marketing field
of PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch. This research method uses descriptive and
associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study
amounted to 31 respondents who were marketing at PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi
Branch by using purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through a
research questionnaire which was distributed to all samples containing 27 statements
regarding the variables of extrinsic motivation, work flexibility and employee
performance, using a semantic differential measurement system. Furthermore, the data
that has been obtained will be analyzed by testing to answer the hypothesis in this study.
The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between
extrinsic motivation on employee performance, and there is a positive and significant
influence between work flexibility on employee performance and simultaneously the2
application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility can improve the performance of
marketing employees at PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch
