penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif klausal. Populasi dalam peneltian yang dilakukan oleh
peneliti adalah followers instagram sukabumifoodies dengan sampel sebanyak 398 responden.
Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yaitu
observasi, angket atau kuisioner, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya

based on set goals. To support the success of MSME performance, MSME owners must have basic
knowledge such as market orientation and financial literacy because these two things can be a
benchmark for the success of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and
financial literacy on the performance of food industry MSMEs in Sukabumi. The number of samples in
this study was 110 respondents. This study used descriptive research methods and associative research
methods with a quantitative approach. The results showed that market orientation and financial literacy

No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Cash Ratio, Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) on Bond Ratings in basic industrial and chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2021-2022 for 32 quarters. The samples used were 32 out of 48 samples with purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS 25 software. The results showed a variable relationship between Cash Ratio, Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) to Bond Rating of 0.670 (strong). Cash Ratio positively affects the Bond Rating of 0.406 or 40.6%. Gross Profit Margin (GPM) negatively affects the Bond Rating by 0.100 or 10%. The Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) negatively affects the Bond Rating by 0.001 or 0.01%. Earnings Per Share (EPS) negatively affects a Bond Rating of 0.005 or 0.05%

Naavagreen cianjur merupakan klinik kecantikan yang menyediakan jasa konsultasi mengenai masalah kulit wajah, layanan treatment, serta menyediakan skincare. Semakin tingginya minat masyarakat untuk melakukan treatment tidak diimbangi dengan sistem yang baik. Terbatasnya jumlah dokter kulit membuat pasien tidak dilayani secara maksimal. No full textPerkembangan teknologi memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada perindustrian, teknologi telah membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, mengurangi biaya serta meningkatkan kualitas produk. Kemasan produk merupakan salah satu cara pemilik usaha menyiapkan informasi produk ke tangan konsumen. Namun pemalsuan label kemasan pada kemasan produk seperti perubahan tanggal kadaluwarsa atau juga peniruan Produk menjadi salah satu kendala dalam menjaga kualitas produk. Banyak upaya yang dilakukan dalam mencegah pemalsuan produk, salah satunya adalah dengan penggunaan segel hologram yang sulit dipalsukan, namun hal ini menyebabkan masalah baru dikarenakan pembuatan segel hologram membutuhkan mesin khusus dan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamankan produk menggunakan algoritma HMAC-SHA256 yang akan menjadi alternative segel keamanan kemasan produk. Algoritma HMAC-SHA256 yang merupakan algoritma hash yang memiliki kelebihan kecepatan komputasi dibandingkan dengan algoritma enkripsi, selain itu algoritma ini memiliki nilai Avalanche effect sebesar 68.24% yang dapat dikatakan baik karena persentase nilai lebih dari 50%. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan sistem yang dapat membuat dan membuktikan segel keamanan kemasan untuk alternatif segel keamanan produk
PENGEMBANGAN E-LKS GEOMETRI BERBASIS WAYANG SUKURAGA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa Elektronik Lembar Kerja Siswa (E-LKS) Geometri berbasis kearifan lokal yaitu kearifan lokal khas Kota Sukabumi, Wayang Sukuraga. Sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya dan pendidikan karakter pada materi geometri untuk siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (RnD). Tahapan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Validitas E-LKS Geometri diukur berdasarkan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli wayang sukuraga, dan praktisi. Subjek Penelitian adalah siswa kelas V sekolah dasar sebanyak 22 orang siswa terdiri dari 10 orang laki- laki dan 12 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket validasi dan angket respon siswa. Hasil menunjukan E-LKS yang dikembangkan memenuhi kelayakan dengan rata-rata presentase uji validitas sebesar 88,4% yang termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Valid”. Serta praktis untuk digunakan berdasarkan angket respon siswa terhadap E-LKS dengan presentasi 90,4% yang termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Praktis”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKS Geometri yang dikembangkan telah dinyatakan valid dan praktis berdasarkan uji kevalidan dan kepraktisan

Get PDFTechnological developments encourage libraries to go with the flow, one of which is through an open access repository in supporting the dissemination of scientific work by academics to achieve high utility. In its application, open access repository requires clear policy support in writing. Writing this article aims to identify the alignment of institutional repository policies in the UMMI library with user needs and the constraints they face. The results found that the access restriction policies applied were quite in contrast to the views of service users who needed unrestricted access. This can be seen from the performance of the top 10 pages on downloadable pages and the large number of service users accessing scientific papers during a pandemic. There is concern that the practice of plagiarism in the framework of protecting academic works is an issue that is considered as open access is still limited. Therefore, it is necessary to harmonize views regarding open access repositories between policies, technical implementers, and service users

When there is structural damage to the road, normal and periodic maintenance on the roads is the only thing that needs to be done. This study intends to ascertain how the Sukabumi Regency Public Works Service has implemented the Road Maintenance Program. the mthode uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation are all forms of data collecting. The four program implementation dimensions from Edward III are used in this study. Based on the resource dimension, which comprises human resources and budgetary resources, the study's findings show that the Public Works Service's implementation of the road repair program in Sukabumi Regency is not ideal.
