Full text linkAmid the increasingly tight development of the business world, companies must have good quality performance in order to compete in this competition. The quality of good performance is determined by various things where one of the most important resources in driving a company is humans as its workforce. The purpose of this study was to determine an overview of self-efficacy, teamwork, and employee work productivity. To determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee work productivity and to determine the effect of teamwork on employee work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative method through quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch with a sample of 35 respondents. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that the t-count value is greater than the t-table, namely 6.697> 2.032, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch and the results showed that the t-count value is greater than the t-table, namely the t-count value = 5.427 and the t-table value = 2.032 (5.427> 2.032), which means that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cianjur Regency Branch

The population of this study were Tokopedia users in the city of Sukabumi. the sample of this study were 180 respondents with the sampling technique used through probability sampling. Furthermore, this research approach is quantitative with SEM analysis tools assisted by Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study indicate that online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on e-trust, online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, e-trust is able to mediate the effect of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions, and e-trust is able to mediate the effect of online customer ratings on purchasing decisions

The population in this study, namely Furniture MSMEs in the Regency, amounted to 100 MSMEs with a sample frame using cluster sampling and stratified random sampling techniques. Inferential techniques using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Full text linkFood MSMEs are an industrial sector that can be relied on as an indicator of economic stability at both the local and regional levels. The function of MSMEs is not only to drive business, but also to empower society in general. This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation strategies and operational efficiency on the performance of food MSMEs in Sukabumi City. This research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used the Slovin technique, with a sample size of 100 food MSMEs as respondents. Semantic differential is used as a scale, and the data analysis techniques used in this research are the classical test, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing simultaneously (F test) and partially (T test). Furthermore, the data that has been obtained will be carried out various tests such as validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests will be carried out and then analyzed with various tests with the help of SPSS 25 software in an effort to answer the hypothesis in this research. The research results show that product innovation strategy has a significant influence on the performance of food MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi, as well as operational efficiency has a significant influence on the performance of food MSMEs in the city of Sukabumi

No full textThis study aims to explore efforts to increase the creativity of early childhood (5-6 years) through lego educational games at KOBER Nurul Huda, Sukaratu Village, Banyuresmi District, Garut Regency. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study consisted of 15 early childhood children. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the lego game process. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The results showed that lego educational games are effective in increasing early childhood creativity. Children show improvements in creative thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and collaboration skills during the lego game process. They also showed high interest and satisfaction in participating in the activity

This sector consists of a variety of companies and has great potential for development. This research is based on the problem of decreasing demand due to restrictions on mobility and economic activity due to the pandemic. Causing a decrease in revenue and profits for transportation companies which can increase the risk of financial distress. This research uses financial leverage ratio calculations with DER (Debt Equity Ratio) and Sales growth to determine the effect on financial distress calculated using ICR and the role of profitability with ROA (Return On Assets) as moderation. The method used in this research is descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. Research on the transportation sector listed on the BEI in 2022. The research population was 49 companies with a sample of 41 companies. The financial distress method used is to calculate the ICR ratio (Interest Coverage Ratio) which is symbolized by a dummy. Data analysis uses multiple linear analysis and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS 26 application. Based on the research and discussion that has been carried out, the research results can be concluded that leverage has an effect but is not significant on financial distress. Sales growth has an effect but is not significant on financial distress. Profitability is able to moderate the relationship between leverage and financial distress and sales growth with financial distress

Full text linkPineapple hump is part of the pineapple fruit that can nourish the skin of the body, moisturize the skin, and provide protection from the sun. This research aims to find out whether pineapple hump can be made in lotion preparations and determine the level of moisture to the skin according to the quality requirements of lotion preparations with the help of skin analyzer tools using 3 formulations that are 3%, 6%, and 9%. The lotion is made by mixing the oil phase into the water phase.The preparation includes phytochemical test, organoleptic test, homogeneity test, irritation test, pH test, spreadability test, moisture test. Based on the results of testing on phytochemistry, pineapple hump contains flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins, the organoleptic test shows a thick texture, yellowish color and has a distinctive aroma of pineapple, homogeneity test of all formulations is homogeneous in the absence of coarse grains, irritation test shows no side effects on volunteers, pH test results have a value in the range of 5.32 - 7.50, spreadability test results have a value of 4.5 - 6.3 cm. adhesion test results have a value of 13.40 - 18.16 seconds, viscosity test results with a value of 31500 – 49000. water content test results with a value of 0.3% at a concentration of 9%. Moisture measurements showed an increase for 3 weeks with the highest humidity level being 9% with a result of 91.1%. The results obtained by al hand and body lotion formulations from pineapple pomace juice meet the requirements and were suitable for use according to the quality requirements of lotion preparations (SNI 16-4399-1996)
