No full textPenelitian ini menganalisis unsur intrinsik dalam novel Perempuan Yang Menangis Kepada Bulan Hitam Karya Dian Purnomo. Penelitian ini memuat unsur-unsur intrinsic yang terdiri dari tema, alur cerita, latar, tokoh dan penokohan, sudut pandang, dan gaya Bahasa. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Mengumpulan data, 2) Analisis data, 3) Penyajian hasil analisis data. Pengaruh Kualifikasi Akademik Guru Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini terhadap Proses Pembelajaran
No full textPenelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak kualifikasi akademik guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) terhadap proses pembelajaran di tingkat PAUD. Melalui metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik guru dan kualitas pembelajaran di lingkungan PAUD. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 27,6% variasi dalam proses pembelajaran dapat dijelaskan oleh kualifikasi akademik guru PAUD. Analisis lebih lanjut menyoroti bahwa setiap peningkatan 1% dalam kualifikasi akademik guru berkorelasi dengan peningkatan 1,287 dalam kualitas proses pembelajaran, menegaskan pengaruh positif kualifikasi akademik. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang urgensi investasi dalam pengembangan kualifikasi akademik guru PAUD, dengan implikasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini

The population in this study were manufacturing industry companies in the Miscellaneous Industry Sector on the IDX in the 2023 period. The sample used in this study amounted to 33 manufacturing companies that met the research criteria selected through non-probability sampling technique purposive sampling type. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. Full text linkPerpustakaan mengalami tuntutan dalam masa perkembangan revolusi 4.0, di mana karakteristik pemustaka menjadi sebuah pertimbangan dalam memutuskan strategi layanan sehingga diharapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemustaka, pustakawan dan kebijakan. Dengan adanya OK3S (One Click 3 Services) memberikan kepuasan terhadap layanan pengguna, peningkatan kinerja pustakawan dan terwujudnya integrasi akademik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan OK3S sebagai ekosistem digital yang mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah dalam melayani bebas pustaka, validasi plagiarism dan penerimaan tugas akhir mahasiswa sesuai kebijakan yang berlaku. OK3S masih diperlukan penyempurnaan baik dari segi fitur maupun kebijakan pendukung lainnya dalam mendukung era society 5.0. Dengan adanya perancangan yang secara bertahap maka OK3S dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan baik pemustaka maupun perpustakaan dalam mendukung integritas akademik Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FAMILY PLANNING PROGRAM TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF COMMUNITY RESIDENTS AT CIBEUREUM, SUKABUMI CITY-INDONESIA
No full textBackground: The number of poor families in Cibereum Sub-district is high compared to other sub- districts. Quoting data from Sukabumi City in Figures made by the Sukabumi City Central Bureau of Statistics, there are 3.798 poor families, 17.670 welfare I families and 73.543 welfare II families.
Purpose: To determine the implementation of the family planning village program on the quality of life of the community in Cibeureum Subdistrict, Sukabumi City.
Method: The research method used in this study is associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were active family planning participants from the total Fertile Age Pairs with a sample size of 94 respondents. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires / surveys, and literature studies. In this study using Likert scale measurements. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, regression analysis, and t test.
Results: The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of the implementation of the family planning village program policy on the quality of life of the community in Cibeureum District, Sukabumi City. The more the implementation of the family planning village program policy increases, the quality of life of the community in Cibeureum District, Sukabumi City will also increase.
Conclusion: From the results of the questionnaire distributed to the community as a whole is in the high category. The highest score is found in the statement regarding the effectiveness of the reporting and evaluation system for the Family Planning Village program implemented by related parties and the lowest total score is in the statement item regarding the ease of receiving information related to the Family Planning Village program from related parties

No full textWhat matters most about a person is their religious character. Developing one's religious character is an ongoing process that requires context. Character education, then, needs to start early so that it can take root and grow. Childhood is a wonderful time when children's minds are open and susceptible to new ideas, and as parents and teachers, we hope that all of our children have healthy brain development and grow into happy and successful people. Being well-rounded encompasses not only intellectual prowess and the ability to express oneself clearly, but also a robust spiritual intelligence that can be developed by early exposure to religious values, including regular prayer. Examining the practices of religious character development in the classroom at SPS Bougenvil in Ciracap Regency is the primary goal of this research. In this qualitative research method, a case study methodology is utilized. The location of the study was SPS Bougainvillea in the Ciracap District of the Sukabumi Regency in West Java. A total of ten first-year PAUD SPS Bougenvil students served as study participants. Previous studies' findings don't seem to be applicable; so, habituation and ongoing education are necessary to help kids become accustomed to it in their daily lives
PENGARUH APVABEL (APLIKASI CANVA PEMBELAJARAN) DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII DI SMPN 2 CICURUG
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh apvabel (aplikasi canva pembelajaran) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII di SMPN 2 Cicurug. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) Model John Elliott. Melalui 3 Siklus Mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan refleksi. Partisipan penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-B yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan Tes dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada kegiatan pra siklus memperoleh persentase rata-rata 31,03% dengan kategori rendah, pada siklus I memperoleh persentase rata-rata 37,93% dengan kategori rendah, kemudian pada siklus II memperoleh peresentase rata-rata 58,62% dengan kategori sedang, dan dilanjutkan pada siklus III memperoleh peresentase rata-rata 79,31% dengan kategori baik. Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa pengaruh penggunaan media Aplikasi Canva dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas VII di SMPN 2 Cicurug tahun ajaran 2023/2024

The sample used in this study amounted to 33 issuers of BPR banks that reported their finances to OJK for the 2023 period which were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study There is a significant influence of Liquidity on Profitability in Rural Bank companies registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the period 2023. NALYSIS OF HEDONIC SHOPPING VALUE ON IMPULSE BUYING THROUGH SHOPPING LIFESTYLE AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE(SURVEY OF LAZADA USERS IN SUKABUMI CITY)
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to find out the effect of lifestyle spending mediation in the relationship of hedonistic spending value on impulse purchases. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a causal descriptive approach. The sample techniques used were non probability sampling by distributing questionnaires to 165 Lazada users in Sukabumi City with an analysis technique, namely Structural Equating Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPls software Version 3.2.9. The results of this study show that Lazada encourages consumers to have hedonistic behaviors, shopping lifestyles and impulse purchases. The value of hedonistic spending has a positiveand significant effect on the lifestyle of spending by 0.792. The value of hedonistic spending has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying of 0.327. And spending lifestyles can serve as a mediating variable in the relationship between hedonistic spending and impulse buying, but the relationship is ineffective because the indirect influence is smaller than the direct influence of 0.45
