calculation of cost of goods produced still uses a simple method that is changed to the job order costing

paid video apps competing in the market, the competitiveness has been
getting tighter. Hence, an application named Viu has not always been the
main choice for people that has led to the declining interest in the
subscription of Viu application. The research was aimed at determining
Perceived Quality and Perceived Value toward Intention to Subscribe on
Viu Demand service of Viu application. The method applied in the
research was quantitative method with causal-descriptive approaches.
The technique of analysing data questionnaires. The technique of
analysing data deployed was multiple linear regression analysis with the
help os SPSS 26 software. The result of coefficient of determination test
showhs that the value (R Square) obtained is amounted to 0.597, indicating
that there is a relationship between Perceived Quality and Perceived
Value towards Intention to Subscribe on Viu the video on demand
application service by 59,7%, while the rest of 40,3% is determined by
other variables not ecamined in the research. Perceived Quality (X1)
influences Intention to Subscribe (Y) as proven by the value Tcount namely
2.529, largee than that of Ttable namely 1.65 With significance level of

No full textThe aim of this research is to analyze the impact of profitability, liquidity, capital structure,
sales growth, and managerial ownership on company value in the manufacturing sector listed
in the LQ45 Index. Annual financial report data of companies from 2018 to 2021 were used,
and panel regression analysis was employed to examine the relationship between independent
variables (profitability, liquidity, capital structure, sales growth, and managerial ownership)
and the dependent variable (company value). The research findings indicate that liquidity has
a significant positive influence on company value, while profitability, capital structure, and
managerial ownership do not have a significant influence. Additionally, sales growth has a
significant positive impact on company value. These findings provide new insights into
understanding the factors influencing company value in the manufacturing sector. The
theoretical implications of this research support the theories of liquidity and sales growth,
which have a positive influence on company value. However, the insignificant influence of
profitability and managerial ownership raises further questions that need to be explored in
future research

melalui sikap wisatawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung
wisata Palabuan Ratu. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 responden pengunjung wisata Palabuan Ratu.
Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel Nonprobability sampling dengan jenis Sampling Insidental
dan disebar menggunakan kuesioner google form melalui media sosial Whatsapp dan Instagram yang
dapat diakses secara online oleh responden dengan kriteria yang telah disesuaikan. Diukur dengan 24
indikator dan menggunakan skala semantic deferensial. Teknis analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian
ini dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equatio Modeling) dengan menggunakan aplikasi
AMOS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Tourist Knowledge (X1) berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung (Y), Sikap wisatawan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan

The Effectiveness of the Disaster Resilient Village Program by the Local Disaster Management Agency
No full textDisaster Resilient Village is a manifestation of the government's responsibility to provide protection to the community from the threat of disaster. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the Disaster Resilient Village program by the Sukabumi City Regional Disaster Management Agency is. This research uses Duncan's theory. This research method uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interviewing, and documentation techniques. Data validation methods used were source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The data analysis used is from Miles and Huberman, using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the Disaster Resilient Village program has been running in accordance with the established regulatory guidelines, but its implementation is still not running effectively, as there should be empowerment for the village to upgrade the criteria class of the village as stated in the Regulation of the Head of the National Disaster Management Agency Number 2 of 2012 regarding the implementation of the Disaster Resilient Village program, and the facilities and infrastructure are also not enough to maximize the workforce in supporting the Disaster Resilient Village program

No full textThe admission of the new students (PPDB) zoning system start to be enforced in Indonesia through the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 17 of 2017. This policy applies to all City and Regency Education Offices in Indonesia. The policy applies in Sukabumi City in 2018 due to the readiness of human resources, infrastructure, and financial resources owned by Sukabumi City. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the zoning system policy in accepting new students, as well as the inhibiting factors in achieving the objectives of the new student admission policy in junior high schools in Sukabumi City. The research was conducted to analyze the implementation of the PPDB zoning system in Sukabumi City using qualitative methods with the analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models to compare with the theory originating from Van Meter and Van Horn. The results showed that Sukabumi City had implemented a zoning system to the variables in the Van Meter and Van Horn theories. There are several goals had not been achieved, namely removing the favorite school label, reducing dropout rates, increasing the net enrollment rate index, bringing parents and children closer together, and evaluating the distribution of schools in Sukabumi City. The goal has not been achieved because of the lack of bureaucratic commitment and fragmentation in the form of pressure from outside the bureaucratic unit

Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk memahami dan mengetahui mengenai Kinerja Tim Pemadam Kebakaran Dalam Upaya Penanggulangan Kebakaran Kantor Bidang Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Sukabumi. Dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat Kinerja Tim Pemadam Kebakaran Dalam Upaya Penanggulangan Kebakaran pada Kantor Bidang Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Sukabumi. Teori yang digunakan sebagai analisis adalah teori kinerja yang digunakan dalam pengukuran sebuah kinerja yang dikemukakan oleh Dharma yang terdiri dari kuantitas, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, teknik pengambilan data yaitu dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara, atau penelaahan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini, bahwa kinerja tim Bidang Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Sukabumi dalam hal penanggulangan kebakaran di Kota Sukabumi sudah cukup baik walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang menyebabkan mempengaruhinya kinerja para tim/pegawai pemadam kebakaran dalam hal pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya penanganan dan penanggulangan kebakaran yang kurang maksimal, akan tetapi para tim/pegawai harus terus mengedepankan Standar Operasional Procedure penanganan kebakaran yang mampu mengurangi resiko kebakaran. Hal tersebut dikarenakan adanya beberapa faktor penghambat yang kemudian mempengaruhi kinerja. E-Reses merupakan sebuah aplikasi website yang dibuat oleh Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sukabumi untuk sebagai sarana anggota dewan untuk mempublikasikan laporan resesnya. Namun aplikasi yang ada masih berorientasikan pada perangkat desktop dan pengalaman pengguna dirasa kurang efisien karena tampilan tidak responsif pada perangkat seluler serta untuk membuka aplikasi tersebut diharuskan membuka peramban terlebih dahulu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu adanya perbaikan pada sisi tampilan antarmuka agar responsif serta mengimplementasikan progressive web app agar aplikasi website dapat diinstall kemudian juga menggunakan sebuah metode SDLC Prototype dalam pengembangan aplikasinya agar lebih terstuktur

No full textPenerapan model pembelajaran koperatif type think pair square pada materi perubahan dan pelestarian lingkungan hidup dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X mipa 3 SMAN 2 Singingi adalah suatu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini melibatkan peserta didik sebanyak 32 orang yaitu kelas X MIPA 3 SMAN 2 Singingi. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini diawali dengan test awal, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan siklus pertama dan kedua sebagai tindakan. Pada setiap siklus dilakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi serta refleksi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif meliputi pengolahan data, menyajikan data, menarik kesimpulan dan memverifikasi. Perolehan data hasil penelitian, ketuntasan belajar pada evaluasi awal yaitu 15,6%, siklus 1 sebesar 71,87% dan siklus 2 sebesar 87,50% karena kriteria ketuntasan belajar klasikal ditetapkan sebesar 75%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair square yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar biologi pada peserta didik kelas X MIPA 3 SMAN 2 Singingi
