ANALISIS SENTIMEN MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA NAÏVE BAYES TENTANG REAKSI MASYARAKAT TWITTER TERHADAP KENAIKAN BAHAN BAKAR MINYAK (BBM) TAHUN 2022
BBM is a type of fuel that is produced from the bowels of the earth processed in crude oil refineries. Fuel oil is very much needed by the Indonesian people with a large number of population mobility in Indonesia who have means of transportation. world oil caused the government to raise fuel prices, this had a negative impact on society. We can easily see the phenomenon of resistance to fuel price hikes through social media activities, one of which emerges from trending topics on Twitter with the hashtag #BBMnaik. Thus, the tweet data can be used to be processed so as to produce useful information. In the process of carrying out this research through several stages that must be carried out in order to show maximum results. The method used to find out the results of this study is the Naive Bayes method. The tweet data obtained in this study amounted to 1,351 data which will be classified into positive and negative classes. The experimental results used 6 sample documents, 5 as training data and 1 as test data. The probability value that appears in the experiment is 0.000225 which is in P(Positive | Negative) so that the sentiment classification is included in the "Positive" label

PENERAPAN MIRROR THERAPY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEKUATAN OTOT PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DENGAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DI WILAYAH SUKAMAJU
The prevalence of stroke in Indonesia tends to increase and can cause death. Stroke is a neurological disorder that occurs suddenly and lasts more than 24 hours due to impaired cerebral blood flow. Nursing problems that stroke patients are often concerned about are movement disorders in the extremities due to coordination of motion and muscle strength.
From the problems found, interventions are needed for healing that can be done in stroke patients in the form of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments. One of the rehabilitation interventions that can be combined and applied to stroke patients with
nursing problems of physical mobility disorders is mirror therapy. The purpose of this case
study is to provide a clear picture of the effectiveness and safety of the application of this
technique in increasing muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. This case
study method is carried out by means of observation, interviews and case studies. The
implementation participants were 1 person who experienced a non-hemorrhagic stroke
with impaired physical mobility. The action taken is the application of mirror therapy for
20-30 minutes in 5 meetings. The results obtained were an increase in left upper extremity
muscle strength from 3 to 4 and on the left lower extremity from 4 to 5. It can be concluded
that there is a significant effect of applying mirror therapy on increasing muscle strength
in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. So that mirror therapy can be a nursing intervention
to increase muscle strength in stroke patients who experience physical mobility disorders

PELAKSANAAN TERAPI RELAKSASI DZIKIR TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI DESA BOJONGKALONG KECAMATAN NYALINDUNG KABUPATEN SUKABUMI
Non-communicable disease (PTM) is one of the most serious health diseases, namely
hypertension. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the current global
prevalence of hypertension is 22% of the total population in the world. This is an
epidemiological transition that parallels the demographic transition and technological
transition in Indonesia. PTM (non-communicable disease) includes degenerative disease
which is a major factor in morbidity and mortality problems. Epidemiological transitions are
caused by changes in social economy, environment and changes in population structure,
when people have followed unhealthy lifestyles, for example smoking, lack of physical
activity, foods high in fat and calories, and consuming alcohol which are suspected to be risk
factors for NCDs (non-communicable diseases). . One of PTM is blood pressure or
hypertension. Relaxation is a non-pharmacological technique in behavioral therapy with the
aim of calming one's mind and body so as to avoid mental and physical stress. Relaxation is a
technique that can make the mind and body relax through a process that will progressively
release muscle tension in every body. Treatment of hypertension does not only rely on drugs
from doctors or diet alone, it is also important to make our bodies relax. Relaxed conditions
are needed to activate the parasismatic nervous system to work against the sympathetic
nerves. In general, people who are suffering from illness are accompanied by feelings and an
uneasy soul, praying and dhikr can calm the soul. Judging from the results of blood pressure
examination has changed. Based on the development of the client's condition from the first
day to the third day, the client's blood pressure data was obtained from the initial BP: 158/97
mmHg, N: 80 times/minute, S: 36.5'c, RR: 18 times/minute. to BP: 138/90 mmHg, N: 91
times/minute, S: 36,'c, RR: 22 times/minute, therefore the blood pressure test results have
decreased
PENERAPAN RELAKSASI OTOT PROGRESIF TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR GULA DARAH PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE II DI KECAMATAN CIBITUNG KABUPATEN SUKABUMI
Changes in the lifestyle of modern society have a major impact on the emergence of various
diseases. One of the many diseases caused by an unhealthy lifestyle is diabetes mellitus
type II. Based on IDF data, in Indonesia more than 10 million people experience cases of
diabetes mellitus. The purpose of writing scientific papers is to provide nursing care and
provide progressive muscle relaxation for lowering blood sugar levels. Type II diabetes
mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by an increase in blood glucose (hyperglycemia)
due to disturbances in insulin secretion so that insulin is of poor quality or does not function
properly. One of the non-pharmacological management of type II diabetes mellitus is
progressive muscle relaxation. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation,
interviews, literature studies. Participants were 1 person who had type II diabetes mellitus.
The application of progressive muscle relaxation was carried out for 3 days with 6
meetings. The results of the application of progressive muscle relaxation showed that it
was able to lower the client's blood sugar level, which originally was 262 mg/dL before
application and after application decreased to 165 mg/dL. Based on these results it was
concluded that there was a significant effect of applying progressive muscle relaxation to
reducing blood sugar levels in type II diabetes mellitus patients. The writer's suggestion is
that clients and families can apply this progressive muscle relaxation therapy at home
independently to control their blood sugar levels
