Pengaruh Metode Latihan Multiball dan Shadow Terhadap Ketepatan Forehand Push Pada Ekstrakurikuler Tenis Meja Di SDN Cibatu Nagrak
This study aimed to determine the accuracy of the forehand push in the table tennis extracurricular at Cibatu Nagrak
Elementary School. Researchers in carried this study used quantitative methods (Pretest-Posttest Group Design). The study
population consisted of members of the table tennis extracurricular at Cibatu Nagrak Elementary School, totaling 12. Samples
taken by 12 people using the saturated sampling technique, namely a technique in which all members of the sampled
population. The instruments used are (1 an exercise schedule, and (2 forehands push accuracy test. Based on the results of the
data analysis carried out, that in this study has a significant influence, which can be seen from the paired sample t-test obtained
a multiball significance value of 0.000 with a significance level of <0.05 and obtained from shadow significance with a
significance level of <0.05, then It can be concluded in this study that the effect of training using multiball and shadow on the
accuracy of forehand push in the table tennis extracurricular at Cibatu Nagrak Elementary School, and multiball train is
better than shadow due to an increase in the percentage of multiball 15.56% while shadowing 12.79%
THE FULFILLMENT OF NEED MAIN CHARACTER LINA IN THE NOVEL BETWEEN SHADES OF GRAY BY RUTA SEPETYS
The title of this research is Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Tokoh Lina dalam Novel Between Shades
of Gray Karya Ruta Sepetys. Lina is the main character in the novel who tries to fulfilled her
needs when she and her family were deported by the Soviet red army. This research aims to
find out how Lina fulfilled her needs through the theory of the hierarchy of needs fulfillment by
Maslow. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the
researcher presented the data in a descriptive form or the data itself is not presented in the
form of numbers. The approach used is a literary psychology approach while researchers use
reading and note-taking techniques as data collection techniques. The final results of this study

PROFIL KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS BERBASIS GENDER DAN DIFERENSIASI PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI BERBASIS ETNOSAINS
This research is motivated by students' critical thinking skills which are still low in biology learning. This study aims to
analyze gender-based critical thinking skills and differentiation in ethnoscience based biology learning. The research
subjects were class IX students from a junior high school in Sukabumi Regency with a sample of 62 students. The research
method used was quasi experimental or quasi experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The instrument
used was a critical thinking ability test in the form of 15 multiple choice questions and an attitude questionnaire consisting
of 7 questions with 5 indicators of critical thinking ability. Research data show that ethnoscience based biology learning
can improve students' critical thinking skills as seen from the increase in pretest and posttest n-gain scores of 0.58 or the
medium category. The critical thinking skills of male students are superior to female students and the upper class group
students are higher than the middle and lower group students. The average attitude questionnaire for critical thinking skills
is 76.61 or very good category. Multiple correlation test results Sig. F Change is 0.040 or <0.05, so there is a relationship
between gender and differentiation of critical thinking skills. The conclusions in this study, the ability to think critically based

PENGARUH PENERAPAN BAHAN AJAR BERDIFERENSIASI BERBASIS MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK
Learning in the 21st-century era students are required to have critical thinking
skills, but at the time these abilities were still in the low category. So we need a solution to
overcome this problem. This study aims to determine the effect of applying differentiating learning
materials based on multiple intelligences on students' thinking abilities. The method used is a
quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects
were students of class X SMA in Sukabumi City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling
was 63 students, namely 32 in the experimental class and 31 in the control class. The instruments
used are critical thinking skills test questions, and observation sheets using differentiated modules.
The results of the study stated that the pretest-posttest value with an N-Gain calculation of 0.76
was in the high category with an average pretest-posttest value difference of 53.21. The limits of
multiple intelligence are the two most dominant intelligence in the experimental class: linguistic
intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence. Students with linguistic intelligence effectively use the
differentiated module with an N-Gain value of 0.78 or in the high category. The average student
response results in the use of differentiated teaching materials is 86.85 or in the very good
category. The conclusions of this study, differentiated teaching materials based on multiple
intelligences affect students' critical thinking abilities
Hubungan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Dengan Kreativitas Menggunakan Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) Berbantuan Media Assemblr Edu Berdasarkan Gender
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif dan kreativitas, berdasarkan observasi dan
wawancara rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif dilihat pada nilai peserta didik kurang dari KKM 70. Sedangkan
kreativitas dilihat ketika proses praktikum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan
antara hasil belajar kognitif dengan kreativitas peserta didik di SMP IT Al-Madani Cilaku dengan
menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan bantuan media Assemblr Edu. Jenis penelitian yang
digunakan adalah pre-experimental dengan desain tipe one group pre-test post-test design Subjek penelitian diambil
peserta didik kelas VIII SMP IT Al-Madani Cilaku. Instrumen hasil belajar kognitif mengacu pada sistem
Taksonomi Bloom Revisi berupa soal pilihan ganda dengan taraf kognitif C1-C6. Selanjutnya, tes kreativitas
dilakukan dengan angket pernyataan dan skala pengukuran likert pada empat dimensi, yaitu fluency, flexibility,
elaboration dan originality. Hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara hasil belajar kognitif dan kreativitas
menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan media Assemblr Edu berbasis gender, dengan nilai
korelasi pearson 0.878 untuk laki-laki dan 0.808 untuk perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya

The Strategy Of The Tourism Office In Managing Tourist Areas On Pelabuhan Ratu Beach, Sukabumi Regency
The Pelabuhan Ratu Beach area is a mainstay tourist spot for the people of Sukabumi Regency
because it has a lot of interesting tourism potential. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy
of the Tourism Office in the management of tourist areas on Pelabuhan Ratu Beach. The problems
identified related to its management are still not optimal in increasing the capacity of tourism resources
and maintenance/procurement/rehabilitation of facilities and infrastructure so that the number of tourists
coming to the Pelabuhan Ratu Beach area will decrease. This research uses qualitative research methods
with a descriptive approach. and data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and
documentation. Then the data analysis stage by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study are measured by three dimensions proposed by Dess & Miller, namely goals,
policy, and plans. The results in this study show that in increasing tourist visits, related agencies are
improving the arrangement of tourist areas around Pelabuhan Ratu Beach to make it even better. Such
as paying attention to the 4A aspects (attaraction, accessbility, amenity, and ancilliary and improving
tourism destination marketing strategies. Meanwhile, in increasing the capacity of tourism resources,
monitoring and evaluation are carried out by conducting trainings. Then plans in the procurement/
maintenance/rehabilitation of facilities and infrastructure, namely by transferring and eliminating
facilities and infrastructure
PENGARUH GAGDET TERHADAP KECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL PADA ANAK USIA 4 – 5 TAHUN DI KECAMATAN CIMANGGU KABUPATEN SUKABUMI
The rapid development of technology has also given many changes to the usage of
its users, including the use of gadgets which are even easy to do by all groups,
including early childhood, in some early childhood there are many who have been
given facilities for their use. However, parents and educators must be wise in
giving freedom to children in using these gadgets. This is because gadgets besides
being able to provide convenience in obtaining information easily, but if given
without restrictions, will have an adverse impact and even have a negative impact
on children's development, both physical development and the development of
their intelligence. Many cases occur in early childhood as a result of excessive
use of gadgets. such as children who already wear glasses with a large minus,
even children who are already dependent on gadgets. Based on this, in research
using quantitative experimental methods conducted on children aged 4-5 years in
Cimanggu District, Sukabumi district, the result was that the influence of gadgets
on intelligence can help broaden children's intelligence, however, the use of these
gadgets is still under the supervision of parents who have set limits on what can
be seen and what is not allowed, which of course aims so that children can avoid
the negative influence of watching these gadgets
PENGARUH BAHASA SUNDA TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN DI KOBER DAHLIA II KABUPATEN SUKABUMI
Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu metode pengajaran soft skill yang
dimasukkan ke dalam kurikulum setiap mata pelajaran. Setiap konten dalam sebuah
mata pelajaran perlu dikembangkan, dieksplisitkan, dan dihubungkan dengan
konteks kehidupan sehari-hari.Pendidikan karakter harus dimasukkan ke dalam
pelajaran.Akibatnya, siswa belajar nilai-nilai karakter tidak hanya pada tingkat
kognitif tetapi juga melalui pengalaman dunia nyata dan internalisasi. Hal ini sangat
krusial bagi pelajar Indonesia yang akhir-akhir ini mengalami krisis moral dan
penurunan karakter yang menyasar generasi muda, khususnya mereka yang berada
di usia sekolah. Jumlah anak muda yang mengalami krisis moral dan kemerosotan
karakter sangat memprihatinkan.Oleh sebab dalam penelitian yang menggunakan
metode kuantitaif kuasi eksperimen dengan menentukan rumusan masalah tentang
bagaimana pembentukan karakter disiplin dan juga bagaimana pengaruh bahasa
sunda terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kober Dahlia
II Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran
bahasa sunda untuk anak dapat membantu anak dalam membentuk karakter disiplin
pada anak sehingga anak bisa taat akan aturan,lebih tertib,, disiplin, dan lain-lain.
Bahasa Sunda mengandung budaya Sunda yang masih dijunjung tinggi oleh
masyarakat Sunda, misalnya silih asih, silih asuh, cageur, bageur, singer dan pintar.

PENGEMBANGAN E-MDOUL KONTEKS BERBASIS FLIPPED CLASSROOM TERHADAP KESADARAN DIRI PESERTA DIDIK SMP
To face sustainable development, it is necessary to provide self-awareness
competencies in students. Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in the field of
education is one of the goals of SDgS to achieve sustainable development. Method: This study
aims to develop an e-module for the context of flipped classroom-based ESD on the selfawareness of junior high school students. The type of research is Research and Development
using the development of the ADDIE model, with stages (1) (Analysis, (2) Design, (3)
Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. The subjects of the study were 18 students
of grade VIII A SMPN 1 Sukabumi. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets for
material experts, media experts, and linguists, pretest and posttest questions, attitude scale
sheets, and response sheets to determine the effectiveness of e-modules and self-awareness
competencies in students. Results: From the results of this study, an analysis was obtained
based on interviews that the e-module of the flipped classroom-based ESD context on the selfawareness of junior high school students so that the development of an e-module with
validation results stated that the e-module was included in the very valid category with a
percentage of 91.3%, testing the effectiveness of the calculation of the N-Gain value states that
the e-module is in the medium category with an average N-Gain of 0.62, the attitude scale sheet
states that students have high self-awareness competence, the positive attitude scale is at a
percentage of 86.2% which is very good and the response test states that this e-module is
suitable for use with a percentage of 93.63% Conclusion: Development of e-module using the
ADDIE model is feasible to use for self-awareness in the learning process
Marketing Strategies In Increasing Sales Volume Of Housing Products (Study at PT Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Kota Sukabumi
This study aims to determine and explain marketing strategies for increasing the sales volume of housing products of PT Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Kota Sukabumi related to strategy planning, strategy implementation, and inhibiting factors in implementing marketing strategies. The phenomenon that occurs is a decrease in sales volume caused by the lack of appropriate marketing strategies applied. The data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and FGD. The research location is focused on PT Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Kota Sukabumi. The informants in this study were the President Director, Marketing Director, Managing Director, Finance Director, Logistics Manager, Managing Manager, and supervisory manager of PT Pilar Ksatria Tidar Nusantara Kota Sukabumi as many as 7 people. Data analysis is carried out by selecting answers obtained from informants and then collecting them for analysis and conclusions. The data analysis used is data triangulation. The results showed, that: (1) in making marketing strategy planning has involved expert consultants, but not done with a SWOT analysis approach; (2) in the implementation of marketing strategies have used the 4P approach (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion). By utilizing the advantages of products and prices that are relatively more affordable for the lower middle class. In promotional activities, there are still obstacles in facing competitors who are bolder in promotions and giving discounts. The sales volume in 2021 was 79 housing units, while in 2022 house sales were only 12 housing units or 17.5% of 2021. The contribution of this research is to expand the literature related to marketing management, especially marketing strategies to increase sales
