This suggests that early childhood children are unique individuals who have specific patterns of physical, cognitive, socio emotional, creativity, language and communication growth and development according to the stages the child is going through (Suryana, 2019:5). Firstly, to increase interest in reading the Koran in children aged 4-5 years through the iqro case study method at SPS Bougenvil, Mekarsari Village, Ciracap District. No full textIf the company decides to set a large amount of working capital, it is likely that the liquidity level will be maintained but the opportunity to earn a large profit will decrease, which in turn has an impact on decreasing profitability. The purpose of thisstudy is to determine company growth, company liquidity, and profitability in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019 -2021. The research methods used in this study are associative and descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the IDX for the period 2019 -2021, with the number of samples used in the study, namely 20 manufacturing companies. The data collection techniques used inthis research are documentation and literature study. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Statistical Techniques, Multiple Correlation Coefficients, Coefficient of Determination, Simultaneous Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the statistical test results show the tcount of the variable Company growth (X1) of 2.248> 2.000995 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be seen that company growth has a significant effect on profitability. Based on the results of statistical tests, the tcount of the Liquidity variable (X2) is 2.018> 2.000995, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Kemajuan teknologi khusunya gawai berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar peserta didik ketika mengikuti proses pembelajaran didalam kelas mereka akan cenderung tidak bersemangat, dan cenderung bosan dan malas-malasan dan jika dia tidak menyukai pelajaran tersebut anak itu malah asyik bermain dengan teman sebangkunya dan lebih menganggap bahwa gawai sangat penting bagi dirinya atau sebagai kebutuhan utamanya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maka dia akan terkena dampak kecanduan misalnya malas belajar, cenderung pasif dan lebih senang menyendiri dan menjadi pribadi yang tertutup hal ini akan sangat berdampak pada pendidikannya. Sehingga dilakukanlah penelitian di PAUD Sarbiyaatul Amanah dengan hasil penelitian bahwa Dampak penggunaan gawai terhadap minat belajar anak usia dini di PAUD Sarbiyaatul Amanah sangat negatif karena dapat membuat anak menjadi malas belajar dan sulit untuk dikontrol. Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity ratio, activity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio and market ratio on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index during the period 2017-2021. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique. The research analysis uses scale calculations, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, F tests and t tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is an influence between financial ratios on stock prices in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index, but partially only the profitability ratio and market ratio show a significant influence on increasing the stock price of the Jakarta Islamic Index

This is due to the development of technology that is increasingly advanced and rapid and raises the need to use the internet for every human activity. So there needs to be changes - changes in the right strategy to win business competition. This study aims to determine the Blue Ocean Strategy at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Sukabumi in winning business competition. Informants in this study were Telkom Witel Sukabumi Strategy Manager, Strategy Manager Staff and HRD Staff Telkom Witel Sukabumi and Telkom Witel Sukabumi Customers. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Technical data analysis through data reduction procedures, data presentation, and drawing or verifying conclusions. Data validation techniques in this study used source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the study show that Telkom is in a fairly tight competitive position but has the potential to move towards the blue ocean area, by using a blue ocean analysis framework, namely a four-step framework, a strategy canvas, and also implementing blue ocean principles will show that telkom witel sukabumi won business competition in fiber optic internet

No full textThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth, company size on company value for the period 2020-2022 Quarter I to Quarter IV. The population in this study is all pharmaceutical subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely 4 listed companies. carried out using independent variables, namely profitability (X1), sales growth (X2) and company size (X3) and the dependent variable Company Value (Y), this research was conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research used is descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach, the data analysis techniques used in this research are statistical and descriptive, which uses a number of tests such as the classic assumption test which consists of normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, hypothesis test (t test) using SPSS. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant negative influence between Return On Investment on the value of companies in the Pharmaceutical subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, taking into account the p-value (Siq.) of 0.001 < 0.05 with a t-statistic value of -3.538 which shows a negative influence. The results of the Sales Growth statistical test on company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector have a significant positive effect, taking into account the p-value of 0.015<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.523 which shows a positive influence. The results of statistical tests prove that there is a significant influence between company size and company value in the Pharmaceutical subsector, taking into account the p-value of 0.039<0.05 with a t-statistic value of 2.126 which shows a positive influence

Dalam penelitian yang di lakukan oleh penulis menunjukkan Hasil Penelitian sebagai berikut, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya mengajar terhadap pendidikan seks anak usia dini pengaruhnya kuat, kontribusi Gaya Mengajar Guru Terhadap Pendidikan anak Seks Usia Dini khususnya terhadap Identifikasi Anggota Tubuh pengaruhnya sedang, Terhadap Pendidikan Seks Usia Dini khususnya Menutup Aurat dinyatakan bahwa pengaruhnya sedang, Terhadap Pendidikan Seks Usia Dini khususnya Identitas Gender dinyatakan bahwa pengaruhnya kuat, Terhadap Pendidikan Seks Usia Dini khususnya Melindungi Diri dapat dinyatakan pengaruhnya sedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen. Sampel untuk penelitian ini diambil dari dua kelas yang terdiri dari satu kelas seabgai kelas eskperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PJBL) dan satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunkan model pembeljaran konvensional dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan terhadap rata-rata pretest dan postest antara dua kelompok sampel. Analisis data kemampuan berpikir komputasi menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed)<0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. No full textThere is a decrease in the number of sales of MSMEs in Sukabumi City, which is one of the dimensions of MSME performance. This is possible because these MSMEs have not maximized financial technology, namely payment gateaway and are suspected because they do not get sufficient access to capital so that they are unable to produce food with large portions both in terms of the openness of information obtained and its convenience. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial technology and access to capital on the performance of umkm in MSMEs in the city of sukabumi. this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and associative approaches. The population used in this study were MSMEs Restaurant in Sukabumi City with a total of 89 MSMEs as samples. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between financial technology on the performance of MSMEs because the value of t count obtained is greater than t table, namely 2.994> 1.987. And there is an influence between Access to Capital on the performance of MSMEs because the value of t count obtained is greater than the value in the t table, namely 5,149> 1,987
ANALYSIS OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE ON EMPLOYEE JOB PERFORMANCE THROUGH EMOTIONAL FATIGUE AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE
No full textThis study aims to determine the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion in the relationship between quality of work life and employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with associative descriptive approach. The sample technique used was saturated sample by distributing questionnaires to 233 employees of Perumda Tirta Jaya Mandiri Sukabumi Regency and the data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that Perumda Tirta Jaya Mandiri has succeeded in building quality of work life, emotional exhaustion, and good work performance in the eyes of employees. Quality of work life has a direct and significant effect on emotional exhaustion of 0.954, emotional exhaustion has a direct and significant effect on employee work performance of 0.965 emotional exhaustion mediates effectively in the relationship between quality of work life and employee work performance with an indirect effect of quality of work life on employee work performance of 0.982. The direct relationship effect of quality of work life on employee work performance is smaller than the indirect effect. Thus, it can be concluded that emotional exhaustion acts as a mediator of the relationship between quality of work life and employee work performanc
