REPRESENTASI PEREMPUAN YANG TERCERMIN DALAM NOVEL LAUT BERCERITA KARYA LEILA SALIKHA CHUDORI
Full text linkLaut Bercerita is a novel that raises feminist issues. This novel, which has a background
in the history of the 1998 Indonesian reformation, shows two perspectives involving two separate
generations in the life journey of its character. One of these perspectives is to highlight female
figures in describing historical events and different perspectives in understanding and
appreciating women's experiences in the social and political context in Indonesia. Important
research was conducted to see the personal ideology of women as reflected in the novel Laut
Bercerita. This study aims to describe the personal ideology of women contained in Leila S.
Chudori's novel Laut Bercerita by using a feminist literary criticism approach. The research
method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive-qualitative research design. The results of
this research are representations of women's personal ideology in the form of women's leadership
and familialism, which are reflected in the female characters in the novel Laut Bercerita. The
female characters are Kinan, Asmara, Ibu, and Anjani. The female characters in the story are
depicted as negotiating, voicing equality, and empowering women by demonstrating the presence
of women's leadership. In addition, the female characters in the story are used as models or
prototypes of women who are normatively acceptable in the established culture. This can be
referred to as the ideology of familialism, which describes individual women as women (mothers),
women (wives), and women (children)

Puskesmas Tipar with the aim of reducing the number of people with mental
disorders (ODGJ) in the area of UPTD Puskesmas Tipar Kota Sukabumi. This
study aims to provide convenience of health services to increase awareness,
families of people with ODGJ and take care of their family members regularly so
that they can live more independently. This study aims to determine how effective
the SICEPOT program is. In measuring the effectiveness, this study uses Duncan's
theory (in Streers, 2020: 53). There are 3 criteria measured in effectiveness
according to Duncan (in Streers 2020: 53), namely: 1. goal achievement, 2.
integrity, 3. adaptation. The results of this study have not been said to be effective
because the Tipar Health Center in practice still does not meet the 3 dimensions of
effectiveness according to Duncan's criteria (in Streers 2020: 53)

Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi City".
This study aims to determine the implementation of poverty alleviation based on MSME
empowerment in Sukabumi City. This research is motivated by the problem of not optimal
implementation of the UMKM empowerment program carried out by the Office of
Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry of Sukabumi City
against poverty in Sukabumi City. The theory used to measure and find out how successful
the MSME empowerment program is is the policy implementation theory written by Van
Meter and Van Horn (1975). The research method was carried out using descriptive
qualitative methods. With data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and
documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of MSME
empowerment in Sukabumi City is good, but there are still several aspects that need to be
addressed

Transmigration in Reducing Unemployment in Sukabumi Regency". This study
aims to determine the capability of the Manpower and Transmigration Office in
reducing unemployment in Sukabumi District. The method used in this research is
descriptive qualitative method. The theory used in this study uses Kumalasari's
theory (2014: 48) there are 4 dimensions of institutional, human resources,
financial and technical. Data collection techniques in this study are observation,
interviews and documentation studies. The informants in this study were
employees of the Sukabumi Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. The
results in this study indicate that the Sukabumi Regency Manpower and
Transmigration Office has not been said to be capable in the program to reduce
the number of unemployed in Sukabumi Regency. Of the four indicators used,
there are two indicators that have not been carried out optimally, namely the
human resources indicator, financial indicator

No full textMembaca merupakan proses belajar yang dapat menghasilkan pengetahuan dan wawasan dari sumber informasi yang dibaca. Kemampuan membaca merupakan dasar untuk menguasai berbagai bidang studi. Jika anak pada usia sekolah permulaan tidak segera memiliki kemampuan membaca maka ia akan mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari berbagai bidang studi pada kelas- kelas berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca nyaring dengan menggunakan media cerita bergambar pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester II tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus ada dua pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas II Sekolah Dasar yang berjumlah 20 Peserta Didik yaitu 12 laki-laki dan 8 Perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sementara instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan tes tulis dan lembar observasi. Analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. media cerita bergambar dapat meningkatkan keterapilan membaca nyaring siswa kelas 2 SD Negeri Bantar Panjang dengan perolehan nilai observasi siswa dan guru yang mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I menuju Siklus II dan telah memperoleh nilai rata-rata nilai keterampilan yang meningkat juga dari perolehan 40% di siklus I menjadi 80% di siklus II. Data berikut menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan keteramplan siswa dalam membaca nyaring dengan menggunakan media cerita bergambar baik dari aspek kelancaran membaca, ketepatan intonasi dan pelapalan maupun kenyaringan suara

Full text linkThis research aims to implement the Waterfall Method in designing a car rental reservation application at Dehavihan Rental Car using SMS Gateway notifications. The Waterfall method was chosen as a structured and linear software development approach, which consists of the stages of Needs Analysis, Application Design, Implementation and. Testing. The use of this application allows Dehavihan Rental Car customers to register or create an account then login to the Dehavihan Rental Car website to search for available cars, make reservations, and receive confirmations and reminders via Short Message Service notifications. This research will also evaluate the functionality and usability of the application through functional tests and usability tests to ensure the quality and ease of use of the application. It is expected that the implementation of the Waterfall Method in the design of this car rental reservation application with SMS Gateway integration as a notification can improve the efficiency of the reservation process and strengthen communication with users via sms, and significantly improve the user experience
Interpretation and Connotation in the Poems "Daddy" and "Tulips" by Slyvia Plath
No full textPoetry is a form of literary work that is very well known and appreciated throughout the world. Famous poetry works are often able to describe the emotions, experiences, and lives of the poets in a very beautiful and poetic way. One of the famous poets whose works are highly adored is Sylvia Plath. Sylvia Plath is known as one of the most talented poets of the 20th century, who managed to capture strong emotional nuances and life experiences in her poems. This research aims to analyze and interpret the meaning of connotation in two of Sylvia Plath's poems, namely "Daddy" and "Tulips". These poems were chosen because they both have different themes and styles, but they both describe the poet's personal feelings and experiences. In this study, qualitative methods were used to collect data from text analysis and interpretation of the connotative meanings contained in the poems. The results of the study show that "Daddy" and "Tulips" have complex meanings and contain many symbols that describe the poet's experiences and emotions. The poem "Daddy" describes Sylvia Plath's feelings of hatred and anger towards her deceased father, while "Tulips" describes the poet's desire to escape feelings of depression and loneliness
