PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN BUBUR KERTAS TERHADAP KREATIVITAS SENI RUPA SISWA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
The background of this research is that when learning SBDP in class, there are
limited tools and materials for making three-dimensional works of art. Student
creativity is still lacking because when making three-dimensional works of art
students find it difficult to make them and sometimes the works that are made get
help. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of using papier-mâché on the
visual arts creativity of elementary school students. The research method used is a
Quasi Experimental Design research method. The population of this study was 30
students in class IV SD, with 15 students as an experimental class and 15 students
in the control class. Data collection techniques in the form of non-test data with
interview instruments and tests with test sheet instruments. The data analysis
technique used the paired samples t-test and the t-test of two independent samples
whose homogeneity and normality had previously been known. The results showed
that the average post-test result in the experimental class was 76.8, and the control
class had an average post-test score of 65.5. So that H0 is rejected and H1 is
accepted. From these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of using pulp
on the art creativity of students in elementary schools
Meningkatkan Membaca Pemahaman Melalui Media Kartu Paragraf Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to describe the process of increasing students' reading comprehension skills and
describe the learning process through the media of paragraph cards in elementary schools in the subject
of Indonesian at SD Negeri 1 Pameungpeuk. The type of research used in this research is class action
research (Class Action Research). Based on the results of observations made by researchers on learning
Indonesian in class IV SD Negeri 1 Pameungpeuk, the ability to read comprehension, especially in
the material to find the main ideas of paragraphs, most students still do not pay attention while
studying, students still do not understand. As well as with the addition of learning media. And after
conducting student learning research with efforts to increase reading comprehension through the media
of paragraph cards. This is evidenced by the results of increased student learning with an average score
that has reached the KKM. Students are also more active in implementing learning when using media
compared to before using media. This can be seen from the average score achieved by students for each
cycle, in cycle 1 the average value is 67.6 including the sufficient criterion, in cycle II the average value
of 71.2 indicates good criteria, in cycle II it shows an increase
PEMBELAJARAN DIFERENSIASI PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SEKOLAH DASAR BERBASIS MODUL DIGITAL
This research is motivated by the need for teaching materials in the form of digital
modules for class IV students which can be accessed online. It is hoped that this
research will be a tool for educators in the classroom in the learning process and
make students more motivated with digital module-based differentiation learning.
This research is a type of research and development using the ADDIE
development procedure which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design,
development, implementation, and evaluation. Data analysis techniques used
interviews, observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the digital
module based on the results of expert validation was included in the "very good"
category with a media expert score of 80%, material expert 81%, and practitioner
80% and student responses 81.25%. This shows that the digital-based
differentiation learning module that was developed is suitable for use in class IV
SD

PENGARUH MODEL EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS PERSUASI SISWA KELAS VIII SMP AL-MASYHAD TAHUN AJARAN 2022/2023
Pembelajaran yang bermakna melibatkan pengalaman siswa perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam
pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang tidak hanya belajar pengetahuan saja, melainkan dapat
menginterpretasi dan menginternalisasi teks melalui keterampilan menulis siswa. Pembelajaran
bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks yang dikaitkan dengan pengalaman nyata melalui penggunaan
model experiential learning dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar untuk membantu siswa
mengembangkan kemampuan menulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh
penggunaan model experiential learning terhadap kemampuan menulis siswa kelas VIII SMP
Al-Masyhad. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, selanjutnya peneliti
menggunakan jenis eksperimen dengan menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design.
Penggunaan model experiential learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa dapat
diketahui dari pelaksanaan pretest dan posttest. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil pretest
sebesar 51,98, sedangkan hasil posttest memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 71,45. Selanjutnya
dilakukan uji N-gain untuk mengetahui selisih dari nilai pretest posttest yaitu memperoleh Ngain 0,4245 berkategori sedang. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis membandingkan antara
t-hitung dengan t-tabel yaitu diperoleh hasil t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel yaitu (-15,997 >
2,042), sementara berdasarkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak. Hasil
penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara sebelum diberikan perlakuan
dan setelah diberikan perlakuan sehingga model experiential learning berpengaruh terhadap
kemampuan menulis siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Masyhad
KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERWAWASAN LINGKUNGAN
The research was conducted against the background of an unattractive learning environment and students did
not get their learning experience, so students' cognitive abilities were still low. The research conducted aims to
determine the cognitive abilities of students through learning using an environmentally sound project based
learning model. The method used is quantitative descriptive. By using a purposive sampling technique. The
research sample is students of class VII MTs in Sukabumi Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year, even semester.
The instrument is a cognitive ability test. The results obtained were an average pretest of 46.06 and a posttest of
73.33 with a standard deviation of 11 in the pretest and 10 in the posttest. The average percentage of students'
cognitive abilities of 67.9% was included in the good category. The percentage of each indicator of cognitive
ability is C1 at 79.1%, C2 at 73.5%, C3 at 59.1%, C4 at 68.2%, C5 and C6 at 63.6%. Thus, the project-based
learning model with an environmental perspective influences students' cognitive abilities
ANALISIS KETEPATAN PENGGUNAAN ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN DAN BELANJA DESA (APBDES) DI DESA MEKARMUKTI
The objectives of this research are: 1) To explain the planning of the village revenue and expenditure
budget (APBDes) in Mekarmukti Village, 2) To explain the implementation of the village income and
expenditure budget (APBDes) in Mekarmukti Village, 3) To explain the evaluation of the Village Revenue
and Expenditure Budget ( APBDes) in Mekarmukti Village. This study used qualitative methods Data
collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used
were: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification.
The results of this study indicate: 1) At the planning stage the Mekarmukti Village government has involved
the community and village apparatus by holding deliberations to plan and also implement the village
revenue and expenditure budget (APBDes), this is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of
Home Affairs (Permendagri) No. 20 In 2018, the village revenue and expenditure budget (APBDes) must
apply transparent and participatory principles. 2) At the implementation stage, the Mekarmukti Village
government has implemented or realized the village income and expenditure budget (APBDes) as planned,
this is evidenced by the achievement of budget realization which is above 90% annually, meaning that the
use of the budget has been properly and appropriately used. Therefore Mekarmukti Village has
implemented or used the budget in accordance with the attachment to regulations and implemented the
principles of accountability and budget discipline in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation
(Permendagri) No 20 of 2018. 3) Evaluation of the planning and implementation stages of the village
income and expenditure budget (APBDes) in Mekarmukti Village according to the annex to regulations and
Permendagri Number 20 of 2018
IMPLEMENTASI LAYANAN JAMSOSTEK MOBILE DALAM PENGAJUAN KLAIM JAMINAN HARI TUA BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN CABANG SUKABUMI
The research was aimed at finding out the implementation of the Jamsostek
Mobile (JMO) service at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sukabumi Branch. The research
method used is qualitative method with a narrative approach. The determination
of informants using snowball sampling techniques with data collection techniques
through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses policy
implementation theory according to Jones (1996). The results of this study
indicate that the implementation of the Jamsostek Mobile service in submitting
Old Age Insurance claims at BPJS Employment Sukabumi Branch has gone quite
well in terms of the organization. However, the interpretation has not been

PENGEMBANGAN SAINS DALAM PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI MELALUI METODE EKSPLORASI LINGKUNGAN SEKITAR DI SPS TP KUTILANG KELOMPOK B KECAMATAN CICURUG KABUPATEN SUKABUMI
Children go through a golden period or also known as a golden age, when they
begin to be sensitive to various stimuli. This is known as the golden year. Every
child experiences a unique sensitive period, as does their individual growth and
development rate. Physical and psychological functions that are ready to respond
to environmental stimuli have reached maturity during the sensitive period. In
addition, cognitive, motoric, language, social-emotional, religious, and moral
development all begin at this time. The class action research used quantitative2
and qualitative methods and was conducted at SPS TP Kutilang Group B,
Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency with research subjects consisting of 19
children aim to increase the development of students' knowledge. The results of
the study show that the Exploration of the Surrounding Environment can improve
students' scientific abilities as evidenced by the fact that the initial conditions
before taking action, the average percentage of children's scientific abilities is
31%. Then, after conducting classroom research through Exploration of the
Surrounding Environment, the average percentage of children's scientific abilities
increased to 41%. Next, in cycle II, the average percentage of children's science
abilities increased by 59% and finally in cycle III, the average percentage of
children's science abilities had reached the target as expected by researchers,
which was 83%
The Effectiveness of the Manpower and Transmigration Office (DISNAKERTRANS) Function in Reducing Unemployment in Sukabumi Regency
The purpose of this research is to find out the FUNCTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF THE WORKFORCE TRANSMIGRATION DINAS IN REDUCING THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN SUKABUMI DISTRICT. Unemployment is someone who does not have a job, is looking for work, or is preparing for work. Generally, the cause of unemployment is the imbalance between population growth and employment, meaning that the number of workers is greater than the number of jobs. Based on the termination of employment recorded at the Sukabumi District Manpower and Transmigration Office by the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) for 19,700 people from 2019 to 2022, in the 2018–2019 period, the Sukabumi Open Unemployment Rate was in the range of 7-9%. Whereas in 2020, the Sukabumi Regency Open Unemployment Rate increased to 9.60%, in addition to the Sukabumi Regency Open Unemployment Rate in 2021 of 9.51%. (BPS West Java, 2022). This research used qualitative research methods that were analyzed with a descriptive approach. Descriptive research is conducted to determine independent variables without making comparisons or connecting one variable to another. Data collection techniques used by researchers include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the effectiveness of the function of the Manpower and Transmigration Office in reducing unemployment in Sukabumi Regency can be measured using the three dimensions proposed by Duncan in Sterrs (2020: 53) regarding organizational effectiveness, namely: goal achievement, integrity, and adaptation
