Full text linkThis final project report is prepared by Khildan Nurulhikam (2041211003), with
the title "Mechanism of Application for Property Tax Reduction by Taxpayers at
UPTD Regional Revenue Management of Sukabumi City". This report is based on
the research conducted by the author at UPTD Regional Revenue Management
(PPD) of Sukabumi City. Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) is a
tax on land or buildings collected by local governments and is an important source
of revenue for local governments. This study aims to determine the mechanism for
applying for a reduction in Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2). The
research method used in this study uses qualitative research methods. The type of
data used is primary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were
observation, documentation and interviews. Based on the results of the research
that has been done, it can be concluded that the mechanism for submitting a
reduction in Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) at the UPTD
Regional Revenue Management (PPD) of Sukabumi City is in accordance with
applicable regulations. Taxpayers who applied for reductions reached 51
taxpayers, due to the factor of retired civil servants, private institutions, private
schools and orphanages

Full text linkSemiotics is the study of signs (sign). According to Ferdinand De Saussure's
semiotic theory, the most important subject of Saussure's theory is the
principle that language is a system of signs, and each sign is composed of two
parts, namely the signifier and the signified. This study focuses on analyzing
the meaning contained in the song lyrics of Soegi Bornean's singles entitled
"Semenjana", "Samsara", and "Pijaraya" using descriptive qualitative
methods with the aim of describing the meaning contained in the lyrics of the
singles. songs by Soegi Bornean entitled "Semenjana", "Samsara", and
"Pijaraya". Based on the results of the research, the lyrics of Soegi Bornean's
singles entitled Semenjana", "Samsara", and "Pijaraya" contain a very deep
meaning of life. The song entitled “Semenjana” teaches us that in life we must
instill a simple attitude. In the song "Samsara" there is a message that we
must include sincerity in our lives, because sincerity is a symbol of maturity.
Whereas the single song entitled "Pijaraya" teaches us to instill goodness and
always make calm as a foothold, then happiness will come. In researching the
song lyrics of Soegi Bornean's singles, Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic
analysis is used. Saussure's theoretical model focuses more on direct
attention to the sign itself

Performing Poetry Worship anthology. In addition, this study also aims to 2) use the results of the
analysis of the building blocks of the poems Midnight, "Rain Gardens", and "To the Money" contained
in Joko Pinurbo's Happy Performing Worship Poetry anthologies as materials for learning literature
in schools, especially in learning poetry analysis in class X. To achieve this goal the research method
that the author uses is descriptive analysis. Then, the data collection techniques that the authors do
are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this analysis can be used as
teaching materials for class X students who still adjust to the curriculum and syllabus that have been
set
Determination of Custody Rights (Hadhanah) for Children Who Are Not Yet Mumayiz to the Father
Full text linkBackground. One of the legal consequences of the breakdown of
marriage due to divorce is the custody of children, which in fiqh
literature is called Hadhanah.
Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to: (a) provide information on
the distribution of hadhanah rights to fathers for children who are not
yet Mumayiz due to divorce.
Method. The research method used in this research is a qualitative
method with the type of normative juridical research based on primary
and secondary legal materials, namely research that refers to the norms
contained in the legislation. Hadhanah is a right that must be fulfilled
by adults who are required to take care of the needs of a child
including providing education and support to children who are not old
enough.
Results. The results of this study indicate that hadhanah in Islamic law
prioritizes the best interests of the child. This is in accordance with the
basic principles of Islamic law (found in the Qur'an and Hadith), which
state that children have inherent rights in relation to both parents.
Likewise, it is used in positive law in Indonesia. Parental authority
over children after divorce according to the provisions of the two laws
(Islamic Law and Indonesian Positive Law) is in line. Both divorced
parents must continue to fulfill their children's hadhanah in accordance
with the rights of children in the Child Protection Law, namely, the
rights to life, growth, protection and participation.
Conclusion. Therefore, when a divorce occurs, it will have certain
legal consequences, especially the issue of Hadhanah (child custody).
Hadhanah itself in fiqh terms is used two words but intended for the
same purpose, namely Kafalah and Hadhanah. what is meant by
Hadhanah or Kafalah in a simple sense is 'Maintenance or 'Care

and make it easier to communicate, so that with some of these facilities it can
improve the standard of living in society itself. But apart from that, the internet can
also have a negative impact on society, one of which is becoming a medium for
finding information or sites that contain gambling. Gambling itself is an act that is
prohibited as regulated in the Criminal Code in articles 303 and 303bis, apart from
that related to gambling using information technology the regulation is contained
in article 27 paragraph (2) Jo. Article 45 (2) of the law on electronic information
and transactions. In decision number 232/Pid.B/2022/Pn. Cbd the author found a
discrepancy in the application of the article, this is different from article
139/Pid.Sus/2021/Pn. Skb which applies the article in accordance with the elements
that are fulfilled, namely article 27 paragraph (2) Jo. Article 45(2) of the ITE Law.
The two articles have the same chronology and type of gambling but apply different
articles, so the problem in this study is "How is the application of the law on online
gambling crimes in decision number 232/Pid.B/2022/Pn. cbd?” and "How are the
judges' considerations in implementing the law, there is a decision number
232/Pid.B.2022/Pn. Cbd and decision number 139/Pid.Sus.2021/Pn. Skb?. This
study uses a normative juridical research type which refers to legal norms
contained in a statutory regulation and court decisions, as well as legal norms that
exist in society. Based on the results of the discussion, in decision number
232/Pid.B/2022/Pn. Cbd the public prosecutor has used a single indictment by
applying Article 303 paragraph (1) 2nd of the Criminal Code and the judge has
decided according to the public prosecutor's indictment. This can make law
enforcers set aside the principle of lex specialist derogate legi lex generalis,
because it does not apply Article 27 paragraph (2) Jo. Article 45 (2) of the law on
electronic information and transactions even though the elements in this article
have been fulfilled

No full textTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implikasi model double
loop problem solving terhadap kemampuan berpikir spasial peserta didik pada sistem
pencernaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode quasi
eksperimen dengan non-equivalent control grup desain. Populasi pada penelitian ini
peserta didik kelas XI n=52 orang, kelompok eksperimen n=26, dan kelompok kontrol
n=26, di SMAN 1 Ciemas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa instrumen: (1) tes
kemampuan berpikir spasial, (2) angket respon peserta didik terhadap model double
loop problem solving. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan uji statistic non
parametric dengan uji Mann-Whitney dengan nilai sig. 0,000<0,005 maka H₁ diterima
H₀ ditolak. Hal ini berarti adanya pengaruh model double loop problem solving terhadap
kemampuan berpikir spasial peserta didik. Nilai kemampuan berpikir spasial secara
keseluruhan sebesar 76% yang berkategori tinggi dan respon peserta didik terhadap
model double loop problem solving sebesar 82,94% berkategori sangat baik yang berarti
mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta didik. Simpulan dari penelitian adanya
pengaruh model double loop problem solving terhadap kemampuan berpikir spasial
peserta didik pada materi sistem pencernaa

Full text linkThis research aims to implement the Waterfall method in the clinic registration process at PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia 2, based on a web platform. The Waterfall method is a structured and linear software development approach, consisting of clear and sequential stages. This study was conducted with the purpose of enhancing the efficiency and speed of the clinic registration process, as well as optimizing the utilization of web-based technology. The author conducted an analysis of the PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia 2 clinic registration system requirements and designed a web-based system in accordance with the Waterfall method. The stages of the Waterfall method, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, were followed systematically to achieve the desired outcomes. The development of the clinic registration system utilized web programming languages and databases that were suitable for the specified requirements. Additionally, the author conducted rigorous testing of the developed system to ensure its functionality and performance. The data obtained from the testing phase were then analyzed and evaluated to assess the effectiveness of implementing the Waterfall method in the PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia 2 clinic registration process. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the enhancement of efficiency and speed in the clinic registration process at PT. Yakjin Jaya Indonesia 2. Furthermore, this study may serve as a valuable reference for other organizations or institutions interested in adopting the Waterfall method for web-based system development
ANALYSIS OF THE POETRY OF HENRY WADSWORTH LANGFELLOW’S A PSALM OF LIFE (STRATA ROMAN INGARDEN)

quantitative method is used because the data used are words. In analysing the poem A Psalm of
Life, the descriptive descriptive research method is used with the Roman Ingarden stratum
approach and the literature study analysis technique. In the stratum of romance ingarden itself
there are five layers of norms, namely the layer of sound, the layer of meaning, the layer of
objects, the layer of the world, and the metaphysical layer. In the second layer there are meanings
which result from this layer of meaning found the next layers which indicate that each layer is a
whole structure. The conclusion from the research that has been done is that the poem A Psalm
Of Life by Henry Wardswort Langfellow has all the layers of sound, meaning, object, world, and
metaphysical norms. However, not all poems have metaphysical layer
