PEMBELAJARAN PKN BERBASIS PROJECT DALAM MENINGKATKAN SIKAP GOTONG ROYONG SISWA KELAS II SDN PUNCAKSUJI
The background of this study is the low attitude of mutual cooperation among grade
II students at Puncaksuji Elementary School. The purpose of this research is to
describe the planning, implementation, and results of implementing the project
model to improve students' mutual cooperation attitude. The research method used
is classroom action research. The research design used was Kemmis and Mc
Taggart's classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 29 grade II
students at SDN Puncaksuji. This research was conducted from February 2023 to
June 2023 and was carried out at SDN Puncaksuji, Ciracap District. Data collection
techniques used are observation and documentation. The instrument used to collect
data is an observation sheet. The data that has been collected is then analyzed
using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, the
score for mutual cooperation was 1.31 and included in the less criteria. In cycle I,
the score of the results of the mutual cooperation attitude assessment was 2.53 and
included in the good criteria. In cycle II, the score of the results of the mutual
cooperation attitude assessment was 3.40 and included in the very good criteria.
after doing project-based learning, students showed a very good mutual attitude
where most students were active in group work, willing to help friends who were
having trouble, willing to do tasks together, not blaming friends if there were
mistakes, and respecting friends
Peningkatan Keterampilan Menulis Aksara Sunda Dengan Menggunakan Media Flashcard Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar
The purpose of the study was to improve students' ability to write Sundanese script during Sundanese
language learning in the classroom. Classroom Action Research (PTK) was the research methodology
used. In the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023, the research was conducted in two cycles,
with two meetings per cycle. The total number of participants in this study was 40 people, 21 boys and
19 girls from class V SDN Cisarua. Test, observation, and documentation were used as data
collection methods. Quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis were used in data analysis.
Evaluation test questions and observation sheets were used as data collection tools. Based on the data,
student activity had an average score of 13.8 in the first cycle of the moderate category and increased to
21.6 in the second cycle of the excellent category. The ability to write Sundanese characters obtained an
average score of 9.7 in the sufficient category in cycle I and increased to 13.0 in the good category in
cycle II. The use of learning by utilizing flashcards media can improve student learning activities and
the ability to write Sundanese, especially writing Sundanese characters in grade V students of SDN
Cisarua. Classical completeness in cycle I reached 58% and in cycle II increased to 88

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan media takalintar (table perkalian
pintar) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung matematika siswa di sekolah dasar..
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain
penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilakukan sebanyak dua
siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, serta
refleksi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 34 peserta didik
yang terdiri dari 17 orang siswa laki-laki dan 17 orang siswi perempuan. kurikulum yang
diterapkan di sekolah ini menggunakan kurikulum 2013.Teknik pengumpulan data
penelitian ini menggunakan tes berupa pretest dan postest. Sedangkan teknik non tes
berupa observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. pembelajaran menggunakan media Takalintar dapat
meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung siswa, hal tersebut bias dilihat dari perbandingan
setiap siklus yang terus meningkat diawali dari pra siklus ketuntasan belajar hanya 15%
atau 5 orang peserta didik, kemudian dilakukanlah pembelajaran dengan media takalintar
kemudian meningkat menjadi 47% atau 16 peserta didik yang tuntas, karena masih belum
memenuhui indicator keberhasilan secara kaliskal yang sebanyak 70%, maka penelitian
dilanjutkan ke tahap siklus II dengan beberapa perbaikan dari siklus I sehingga
mendapatkan hasil ketuntasan belajar meningkat sebanyak 85% atau 29 siswa yang tunta

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in social studies subjects in
elementary schools. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in social studies
learning by using miniature media. This type of research is action research (PTK). The subjects
of this study were 25 grade IV students of SDN Karyabhakti, consisting of 10 male and 15
female students. Data collection techniques are carried out in 2 ways, namely: Test, and
Observation. The data sources in this study were principals, teachers, and students. The data
collection techniques used are: Test, and Observation.The implementation of research using
analytical descriptive methods through action The results of this study were proven by
increasing student learning completeness, namely 40% (Precycle), 72% (Cycle 1) and 100%
(Cycle 11). The conclusion of this researcher is to improve student learning outcomes in social
studies learning by using miniature media in elementary schools

This study aims to analyze the implementation of pension customer financing take
over to find out how the implementation of pension customer financing take over at
PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Abdullah Bin Nuh Cianjur. .Take Over simply
means taking over receivables from a financing institution (bank/non-bank) as an
old creditor by another financing institution (bank/non-bank) as a new creditor,
either at the initiative of the debtor or creditor. So what switches is accounts
receivable (not debt). In language Take Over is defined as taking over. Take Over
according to the DSN MUI fatwa is the transfer of customer debt from conventional
banks or financial institutions to Islamic banks or financial institutions. Or is it a
form of Islamic bank financial services which is helping the public to divert nonshariah transactions that have been going on into transactions that are in
accordance with the Shari'a. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative with
data collection techniques using participatory observation methods, interviews,
documentation studies, triangulation, secondary data and primary data.

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA
This study aims to determine how much influence the competence of human resouces,
interpersonal communication has on work effectiveness for employees of PT.Agronesia Saripetejo,
Sukabumi City. Responden in this study were 35 people who were shown to employees of
PT.Agronesia Saripetojo Sukabumi,City. This research method uses quatitative methods with an
associative descriptive approach. In this study, the Normality Test, Simultaneous Statistical Test
( F Test ) and Partial Statistical Test ( T Test ) were carried out. The results in this study indicate
that there is a simultaneous positive influence between human resouce competence, interpersonal
communication and work effectiveness with a result of 12,639 > 3,292, which means that the
calculated F value is greater than the F table. Partially human resouce competence has a positive
but not significant effect on work effectiveness, this is evidenced by the value obtained from the
result of T count > T table (2,579 > 2,032) with a significance value of (0,015 > 0,05).
Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, this us
evidenced by the calculated T value which is greater than T table (3,511 > 2,032) with a
significance of 0,001 < 0,0
STUDI KOMPARATIF: PENGEMBALIAN SAHAM DAN VOLUME PERDAGANGAN SAHAM SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH MERGER PADA PT. INDOSAT OOREDOO HUTCHISON, TBK
This study aims to determine the difference in stock returns and stock trading volume before and after
the merger conducted by PT Indosat, Tbk and PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia which is currently renamed PT
Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Tbk. This is a quantitative research with descriptive and comparative
research methods. The objects in this study are stock returns (X1), Stock Trading Volume (X2) and Merger
(Y). The samples used were t-30 days and t + 30 days with purposive sampling technique. The data
sources used are secondary data and literature studies. The data analysis technique starts from the
normality test, there are two ways to test the hypothesis, namely the Paired Sample t-Test and the
Wilxocon Signed Ranks Test. In this study, the hypothesis test was analyzed using the Wilxocon Signed
Ranks Test because the results of the normality test of stock return data and stock trading volume were
not normally distributed with data processing using SPSS. The results showed that there was no
significant difference in stock returns before and after the merger was carried out, while for stock trading
volume there was a significant difference between before and after the merger was carried out during
the observation period (event window)
ANALISIS PELATIHAN KERJA DAN ROTASI JABATAN TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job training and job rotation on the morale of PT.
Bank Mandiri KCP Cibadak. The method used in descriptive and associative research with a quantitative
approach. The sample collection technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study
were 33 employees. The data analysis technique starts from compiling the data, tabulating the data to the testing
stage, namely using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients,
determination, simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (T test). Based on the
results of the study using the coefficient of determination test (R2) it shows that job training and job rotation
affect employee morale by 93.5% while the remaining 06.5% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
And based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.935, which means that
there is a very strong relationship between job training and job rotation on employee morale. Based on the
calculation of the F test shows that the value of F count> F table 104.853> 3.32 shows that Fcount is greater than
F table. Job training variables (X1) and job rotation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee
morale (Y)
PENEMPATAN KERJA DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA KARYAWAN
The research was aimed at finding out whether Job Placement and Career Development would have an
influence towards Employee Work Behaviour at BANK BJB branch of Palabuhan Ratu. The research method
applied was quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. Samples in the research were
amounted to 50 respondents who were the employees of Bank BJB branch of Palabuhan Ratu, obtained by
means of saturated sampling technique and Likert measurement system. The data acquired were then analysed
by various tests in order to answer research hypothesis. Conducted in the research were Normality Test,
Simultaneous Statistical Test (F-Test), and Partial Statistical Test (T-Test). The results of the research show that
the value of F-Count is namely 76.288 > F-Table which is namely 3.195. Therefore, it can be deduced that there
is a significant influence from variables X1 and X2 towards Y. Partially, the significance level acquired is
amounted to 0.000 T-Table which is amounted to 1.677; hence,
H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence from Job
Placement (X1) towards Work Behaviour (Y). Also partially, the significance level acquired is 0.000 < 0.05
because T-Count obtained is namely 7.222 > T-Table which is amounted to 1.677; hence, H1 is accepted and H0
is rejected, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence from Career Development (X2) towards
Work Behaviour (Y)
