ANALYSIS OF PERCEIVED VALUE AND PRICE PERCEPTION ON REPURCHASE INTENTION WITH WORD OF MOUTH ELECTRONIC INFORMATION AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE
This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived value and perceived price on repurchase intention through electronic word of mouth as a mediating variable for consumers of Solaria fast food restaurants in Sukabumi. The background of this study includes the rapid development of the culinary industry in Indonesia, especially fast food restaurants, as well as factors that influence consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal descriptive design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 185 respondents of Solaria consumers in Sukabumi. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived value and perceived price have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Electronic word of mouth was also shown to have a significant mediating influence between perceived value and price perception on repurchase intentions. This study concludes that to increase repurchase intentions, fast food restaurants such as Solaria need to increase perceived value and positive price perceptions in the eyes of consumers, and utilize electronic word of mouth as an effective marketing too

The purpose of the study is to ascertain how website quality and e-trust as mediation affect online booking intention. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used was the probability sample approach used, by distributing questionnaires to 180 tiket.com application users in Sukabumi City. One industry that is growing and in the spotlight is the food and beverage industry sector, where the sector is known to be a shining franchise sector and will continue to move to improve. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation on business performance and to determine marketing capability in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation on business performance in MSMEs in Sukabumi. The methods used in this study are descriptive and associative methods through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were culinary MSME players in the city of Sukabumi. The sample used in this study amounted to 270 culinary UMKM in the city of Sukabumi based on the theory of Hair Jr. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on business performance and marketing capability as a mediator plays an important role in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation with business performance

Fine motor development in early childhood is very important. One of the ways to improve fine motor skills in early childhood is the use of image media with collage techniques. This study will explain the use of image media with collage techniques to improve the fine motor skills of early childhood. The research method used is qualitative with a case study design. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentation studies, and participation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique. Learning outcomes using image media with collage techniques to improve children's fine motor skills. Rehabilitation Center is a place. In this study, researchers used the normative juridical method, which is research focused on examining the application of rules or norms in positive law. This method is carried out with the aim of knowing the handling of allegations of extortion in the application of restorative justice for drug abuse in rehabilitation centers and to find out the implementation of restorative justice in Perpol No. 8 of 2021 for drug abuse in rehabilitation centers. The results of this study found that this restorative justice approach involves law enforcement officials, families, and communities, considering addicts and victims as individuals who need rehabilitation. Steps to prevent extortion in rehabilitation centers, respond to reports, investigate, enforce the law, protect, and support victims should be provided. Education and collaboration with relevant agencies are also important. Restorative justice can address drug abuse holistically, protect individual rights, and create a safe rehabilitation environment. Synergy from law enforcement officials, stakeholders, and the community is needed to tackle drug abuse, especially among children, adolescents, and the younger generation. The restorative justice approach helps victims recover, creates a safer environment, and minimizes community unrest. Its implementation needs to involve various parties to increase the effectiveness of drug case resolution and provide rehabilitation opportunities for drug users
IMPLEMENTATION OF CHILD-FRIENDLY SCHOOL PROGRAM POLICY AT STATE HIGH SCHOOL 2 SUKABUMI CITY
The implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program Policy is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection number 8 of 2014 as an effort to fulfill the rights and protection of children in the world of education. The fulfillment of children's rights is a concept created by the Government as a strategy to determine indicators of children's rights in Child-Friendly Schools. Therefore, development and government resources are needed to support every effort aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of children's rights and protection. This study aims to determine the history of the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program Policy along with its supporting and inhibiting factors at State High School 2 Sukabumi City. This study used qualitative research methods and used Van Meter and Van Horn's theory with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The determination of informants was carried out using snowball sampling, with 14 selected informants. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program Policy at State High School 2 Sukabumi City was to the variables in Van Meter and Van Horn theory but the policy resource variables have not been effective, which is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure in meeting the needs of children, especially health workers assigned to the UKS room to be able to help and servestudents who need health services, So that in the future it is recommended that schools can improve facilities and infrastructure as well as services to student
BOOSTING ENTREPRENEURIAL DRIVE: THE IMPACT OF MOTIVATION AND SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT ON BUSINESS INTENTIONS
This study aims to analyze in depth the influence of motivation and social environment on entrepreneurial interest in Madrasah Aliyah Al Jazuliyah. Motivation and social environment have been identified as key factors that influence the tendency of individuals to start and run their businesses. This research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non probability sampling technique of saturated sampling type, with a total sample of 117 students of Madrasah Aliyah Al Jazuliyah as respondents. Semantic differential is used as a scale, and the data analysis techniques used in this study are classical tests, multiple correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, multiple linear regression, and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partially (T test). The results in this study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of active students of Madrasah Aliyah Al Jazuliyah, this is proved by the obtained T hitutng 4.176> 1.658 T table which means T count greater than T table. Likewise, the social environment has a significant influence on active students of Madrasah Aliyah Al Jazuliyah, this is confirmed by the obtained T hitutng 8.793> 1.658 T table which means that T count is greater than T table. And motivation and social environment together have a very strong and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest, highlighting the importance of these factors in fostering entrepreneurial intentions
ANALISIS MESSAGE APPEALSTERHADAP PURCHASE INTENTION MELALUI BRAND AWARENES SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Displaying creative and innovative advertisements can increase purchase interest and improve the image of the product to be recognized by many people. This study aims to determine the effect of message appeals and brand awareness on purchase intention, as well as how the influence of brand awareness in mediating the relationship between message appeals and purchase intention in consumers of The Originoteproducts in the city of Sukabumi. This study uses quantitative research methods with a causal descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling method, namely purposiverandom sampling with a total of 155 people in the city of Sukabumi who are interested in buying The Originoteskincare products. The data analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling (sem) using partial least square (pls). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of message appeals on brand awareness, a positive and significant effect of brand awareness on purchase intention and message appeals have a negative and insignificant effect on purchase intention on potential consumers of The Originoteproduct in the city of Sukabumi
THE ROLE OF BRAND IMAGE IN MEDIATING THE INFLUENCE OF ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH (E-WOM) ON PURCHASE INTENTION
This study was conducted to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on brand image and purchase intention, as well as the mediating role of brand image in the relationship between E-WOM and purchase intention. The phenomenon observed is the increasing role of online reviews and digital recommendations in shaping consumers' perceptions of brands and their purchasing decisions. This study used descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The study population was 356,410 residents of Sukabumi City, with a sample of 200 people randomly selected through probability sampling technique. Validity and reliability testing was conducted using SPSS version 23. The results showed that E-WOM had a significant effect on brand image with all items on the E-WOM variable and brand image declared valid (r_hitung > r_kritis). In addition, brand image also has a significant influence on consumer purchase intention. Brand image acts as a mediator that strengthens the influence of E-WOM on purchase intention. Cronbach's Alpha values for brand image, E-WOM, and purchase intention show high reliability (>0.60). In conclusion, E-WOM and brand image have an important role in shaping consumer purchase intention, with brand image strengthening the relationship between E-WOM and purchase intention. Effective marketing strategies should focus on improving brand image and leveraging E-WOM to drive consumer purchase decisions
