A beszédészlelés és -megértés vizsgálata alsó tagozatos tanulásban akadályozott tanulók körében
Based on the results of previous research, students with learning disabilities show different levels of development in speech perception and speech comprehension. The aim of our study was to compare the performance of 1st and 4th grade students attending schools with different curricula and those participating in inclusive education. We used the GMP speech perception and comprehension test series (Gósy, 2006) to measure acoustic, phonetic and phonological perception, as well as sentence and text comprehension levels. Our results can help in understanding communication skills and selecting the appropriate methods for development. Keywords: students with learning disabilities, primary school with a differentiated curriculum, inclusive education, lower grades, speech perceptionKorábbi kutatások eredményei alapján a tanulásban akadályozott tanulók eltérő fejlődést mutatnak a beszédészlelés és beszédmegértés területén.

The article describes the deciphering possibilities and a suggested reading of the inscription on the dwarf column of the village of Dombó. The newly identified Dombó inscription is probably an early Székely-Hungarian Rovash script relic, and as such a memory of the Old Hungarian language. One of the things that can be interpreted as spoken language data in written form is: the interplay between the stonemasons working on the construction of a church. For archaeological reasons, the inscription is not earlier than the end of the 11th century, and due to the marking of the /β/ sound (which later disappeared from Hungarian), it is probably not later than the beginning of the 12th century. The importance of the Dombó inscription is given by the fact that few rovash inscriptions are known from the early Árpád-era.

Consumerism and Cosmopolitanism in Bret Easton Ellis’s The Informers
Rooted in the ancient philosophy of the Cynics and Stoics, cosmopolitanism is essentially an ethical notion, which insists on moral obligations and compassion towards others, regardless of racial, national, class, or other affiliations. However, in the late twentieth century, political and theoretical debates—generated by specific situations and issues—complicated the ethical notion of cosmopolitanism with more practical political and sociocultural connotations, melding it with globalisation, anticolonialism, and multiculturalism. Cosmopolitanism has also been associated with the global elite. The super-rich are the protagonists in Bret Easton Ellis’s The Informers, a collection of interrelated short stories, set in Los Angeles in the early 1980s. The sprawling, featureless city offers hollow enjoyment and the illusion of eternal youth through the consumption of commodities that include not only objects and entertainment but also human beings, who are commodified by means of their eagerness to experience more pleasure. Drawing on the ethical and the culturalist concept of cosmopolitanism and Baudrillard’s theory of the consumer society and simulation, this paper argues that Ellis’s privileged white Angelinos, immersed in a multicultural environment and global consumerism, are profoundly alienated not only from the racially other human beings they encounter, but also from family, friends, and even themselves. Their progressive debasement is fuelled by drug abuse, excessive mass media consumption, promiscuity, and impulsive behaviour—all linked to a way of life that is governed by consumerist values, such as the cult of the body, the adulation of youth, obsession with fame, and the pursuit of sensual pleasure. Culturalist cosmopolitanism is shown to be an evolved version of consumerism, as it entails the consumption of the racial and sexual Other as a means of self-aggrandisement and the assertion of the cultural hegemony of white American masculinity. This paper concludes that culturalist cosmopolitanism as well as consumerism are fundamentally hostile to ethical cosmopolitanism
Places of Absence: Cosmopolitan Agencies in the Fictional Budapest of Post-1989 British Novels
British novels set in East-Central Europe during the Cold War and the 1990s represent cosmopolitan communities of people from different traditions, nations, and identities in a fairly closed world where cosmopolitanism remains either a wishful memory or a desire for a more open-minded future. The image of the intercultural community in these novels fails to live up to the official propaganda of proletarian internationalism as well as that of pre-war capitalist urban cosmopolitanism. In both respects, the literary images reveal a sad lack of real cosmopolitan spaces, either because the suggested community of people is based on demagogic lies, or because the bustling cosmopolitan metropolises had been dilapidated and homogenised by socialist regimes.
After the Fall of the Wall, Second Bloc metropolises quickly shifted from Communist internationality towards exotic tourist destinations for Westerners in the 1990s, which entailed new types of cosmopolitan experiences. British novels about Budapest are engaged with the parallel spatial and chronological realities of the ex-Second Bloc, which is still in the process of making sense of the past. Tibor Fischer’s Under the Frog (1992) depicts socialist spaces in a metonymic relationship with their own past. Malcolm Bradbury’s Doctor Criminale (1992) portrays the immediate aftermath of 1989, and displays a similar parallel consciousness constituted in a Budapest that is always aware of its own absences. Therefore, Hungarians in Bradbury’s work often feel a deep Lacanian desire for the presence of an unknown West. In what Anthony Appiah designates as partial cosmopolitanism, local characters also give their specific answers to such global narratives. As both Fischer’s and Bradbury’s novels suggest, cosmopolitan agency often appears in the textual Budapest as an absence of the multicultural metropolis of the past or a fantasy

Regulatory Approaches for Algorithms on Online Platforms in the Digital Services Act
With the seemingly rapid progression of technological development, algorithms are also becoming increasingly powerful and complex, not least due to the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI). While the AI Act is not yet applicable, a European Union law governing the use of algorithms on online platforms already exists that sets out the potential risks and challenges associated with their use. The Digital Services Act (DSA) introduces several new regulations concerning algorithm-based, automatic filtering systems into EU law that play a particularly important role for online platforms, as algorithms are used in these in the form of filter and recommender systems. These help with the moderation of content on platforms on the one hand and ensure a better user experience on the other. At the same time, their use is also associated with potentially negative implications and risks. For example, the spread of misinformation, hate speech and other harmful content on online platforms can have a significant negative impact on democracy and social cohesion. The Digital Services Act aims to ensure that algorithmic systems are used transparently and responsibly. In the analysis of the Digital Services Act, the paper primarily employs the method of word interpretation. This involved a detailed examination of the language used in the Digital Services Act, focusing on the specific terms and phrases within the legislative text. By scrutinising the context and usage of these keywords, the paper aims to uncover their precise meanings and implications
A veszélyes üzemi felelősség megjelenése a polgári törvénykönyv tervezetekben
The Hungarian Railway Liability Act 1874 was a breakthrough in the theoretical and practical thinking that determined the development of Hungarian tort law. This study aims to present how the regulation of strict-liability has developed and evolved during the lengthy period of Hungarian private law codification. It highlights that despite rapid technological progress, Hungary has neither enacted a sectoral law for new types of operations nor a unified code for strict liability. As a result, judicial practice had to fill these gaps by analogy with the Railway Act, which rules were incorporated into the draft codes, too. Through its general clause, the Draft on Hungarian Private Law of 1928 (Mtj.) extended the strict liability to a wide scope of enterprises involving increased danger by combining the rules developed by the judiciary with socio-economic needs. Though never formally enacted, the Mtj. exerted a decisive influence.
This study explores how EU law currently protects same-sex married couples in terms of, among other things, their freedom of movement and residence, as well as which (additional) rights can be derived from this basic freedom and what type of legal and political steps are needed in order to ensure the right of rainbow families to move freely. It should be emphasized that the legal problem is not the legalization of marriage between persons of the same sex, but the issue of the free movement of EU citizens.
The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has adjudicated several significant cases concerning the rights of rainbow families residing in the EU. These cases lie at the intersection of fundamental rights (respect for private and family life), EU citizenship and the free movement of persons, as well as national or constitutional identity, which is protected under Article 4(2) of the Treaty on European Union (TEU).
It is presumed that EU law on the free movement of persons, as a non-discriminatory fundamental right, imposes an obligation on Member States to recognise same-sex marriages contracted in another Member State for all relevant purposes under national law. This ensures the cross-border recognition and portability of such marriages as a legal status throughout the Union. Furthermore, it is presumed that a Member State’s refusal to recognise same-sex marriage concluded abroad may constitute an obstacle to the free movement of Union citizens. Additionally, any restriction on this fundamental freedom would be difficult to justify on grounds of public policy, public interest, and/or national identity. However, this does not entail an obligation for Member States to introduce same-sex marriage into their national legal systems.
