Russia-Africa Relations: A Reflection on Historical Ties, Current Trends and Emerging Realities
This work examined Africa-Russia Relations. Historical ties, current trends and Emerging realities. The work relied on secondary data and obtained bulk of tis data from existing literature and documents from Russia’s international Affairs council and Africa scholarly related materials. The study adopted qualitative research methods and analyzed the data gathered for the study, using thematic approach. The study first provides a brief historical background, and found that, historical ties provides sense of familiarity, with good economic, political, cultural and military relations between Africa and Russia. The study also found that, Russia seeks to use African platforms to strengthen and project Moscow global influence .However, the paradox is that Russia is offering better deals to Africa as alternatives to offers from the West. These deals comprise of aid and assistance which include military solf and hardwares. Indeed, it is not a demonstration of altruism as it is a strategy to increase influence in Africa and challenge the hegemony of the west in the region. Beside, Moscow has a low profile foreign policy in the region as it cultural value particularly Russia language is yet very popular in the region

Предлагается методика изложения учебных материалов по дифракции частиц с единой квантомеханической точки зрения. В статье рассматривается преподавание отдельных тем курса оптики и атомной физики по принципу согласованности применения законов квантовой механики. Это дает большой эффект в повышении знаний и умений студентов высших учебных заведений в усвоении физических законов
The Importance of Soft Skills for Lawyers
The article discusses the importance of public speaking skills, time management, initiative, creativity, creativity and logical thinking in the work of a lawyer. In particular, students studying in the specialty of jurisprudence, in such areas as state, criminal, civil, labor, environmental law, acquire knowledge about the laws, regulations relating to these areas, as well as when and how to apply them. Identification of Problems in Learning Social Sciencesat the Junior High School (JHS) Level in Sungai Penuh City
Social sciences subject at the JHS level is one of the subjects that are taught in an integrated manner at the level. This integrated learning raises its own problems in social science learning. The purpose of this research is to identify the problems in social studies learning. This research uses qualitative methods. The informants used were teachers and students from seven JHS. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research data were analysed using descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, four problems can be identified, namely disruptive behaviour of students, lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, teachers lack of understanding of materials outside their field of knowledge and learning methods that are less varied. The disruptive behavior of students identified is wandering and playing around when learning takes place, difficult to manage, not doing the assigned tasks, making noise in the classroom, not paying attention, and drowsiness. Meanwhile, learning facilities and infrastructure that are considered still lacking are books and learning media. Teachers also find it difficult to understand subject matter outside their field and the learning methods used are less varied because they mostly use the lecture method

Legal Nature of the Vote of No Confidence in Public Adminstration of Uzbekistan
In this article, the responsibility of the government before the parliament in the system of state power and governance, in particular, the institution of the vote of no confidence, is studied based on the experience of foreign countries and national legislation. The experience of foreign countries shows that the vote of no confidence is divided into three types of models, and the order of this process is complicated in order to prevent a government crisis. The author puts forward the approach that it is appropriate to legally regulate the norms related to the exact procedure, terms and grounds of expressing a vote of no confidence in the legislation of Uzbekistan
