Efficient Utilization of Natural Resources and Economic Growth Drivers In Montana’s Economy
Because of its abundant natural resources, Montana has traditionally been supported by mining, agricultural, and timber sectors, but is now embracing renewable energy and tourism more and more. Because environmental and economic stresses are rising, efficient management of natural resources is now recognized as a major factor in achieving sustainable development. Although many studies consider only single sectors, integrated investigations of how several resource-based sectors' interaction affects economic growth are not widespread. This study sets out to evaluate the contribution of resource efficiency across industries to economic development and explores any related environmental impacts or regional differences. By adopting a mixed-methods strategy consisting of time-series The study also shows that fossil fuel–fueled regions are at a greater risk of ecological degradation and are more vulnerable to economic fragility. The main uniqueness of this research is found in its multi-sectoral comparison and the attention given to climate resilience as an economic approach. The study indicates that Montana’s natural advantages are important, yet sustainable development over time requires advances in technology, integrative policy-making, and neighborhood-level governance. These results enhance ongoing conversations about sustainability in resource-dependent economies and give practical advice to those responsible for development decisions
International Legal Foundations for The Use of Transboundary Water Resources
This article analyzes the international legal foundations for the use of transboundary water resources. The author examines international treaties, regulations, and conventions on the effective and equitable use of transboundary rivers and water basins. Legal mechanisms for resolving disputes arising between states in the use of water resources are also analyzed. The article also highlights Uzbekistan's practices in this field and prospects for international cooperation. The study reveals the importance of international legal norms for the sustainable use of water resources. The study further argues that effective governance of transboundary water resources requires not only binding treaties but also flexible cooperative frameworks that accommodate changing climatic and socio-economic conditions. Drawing on comparative analysis of global instruments such as the UN Watercourses Convention, the UNECE Water Convention, and regional agreements, the article identifies best practices for establishing equitable allocation principles, procedural obligations for information exchange, and joint monitoring mechanisms. By linking normative analysis with practical policy proposals, the research underscores the centrality of international legal norms and cooperative mechanisms in preventing conflict, fostering equitable use, and securing resilient water governance for downstream and upstream communities alike
Navigating Law and Order: The Influence of Public Policy on Safety and Justice in Nigeria's Fourth Republic
This study investigated the influence of religious extremism and ethnic divisions on public policy formulation, law enforcement, and the justice system in Nigeria. The aim was to understand how religious and ethnic tensions have shaped policies, affecting national security and justice. The study employed a qualitative approach, using secondary data sourced from scholarly articles, government reports, and media outlets. The theoretical framework adopted was John Rawls’ Theory of Justice, which emphasizes fairness and equality in public policy. The findings revealed three major issues: first, political manipulation and corruption within law enforcement have undermined the justice system, with the poor being disproportionately targeted while the elite remain protected. Second, religious extremism, particularly through groups like Boko Haram, has exacerbated insecurity and violence, contributing to further instability. Third, the unequal distribution of resources, often based on ethnic lines, has perpetuated social inequalities, fostering ethnic and religious conflicts. These issues have led to a justice system that is seen as biased and ineffective. The conclusion highlighted the need for comprehensive reforms, including equitable resource distribution, law enforcement reform, and promoting inter-religious dialogue. The study recommended that Nigeria adopt policies aimed at redistributing resources fairly, particularly to marginalized regions, and implement strict reforms in law enforcement to reduce political interference. Additionally, fostering religious dialogue and education was recommended to mitigate extremism and promote national unity. These recommendations aim to build a fairer, more just society, ensuring that all Nigerians, regardless of ethnicity or religion, have access to security and justice.

Issues of Legal Regulation of the Economic Mechanism of Land Protection
This study examines the legal regulation of economic mechanisms for land protection in the Republic of Uzbekistan within the context of democratic state-building and market-based reforms. The research analyzes the current legislative framework governing land use payments, financing of protection measures, and economic incentives for sustainable land management. Through comprehensive analysis of existing legislation including the Land Code, Tax Code, and relevant government decrees, this paper identifies three key components of the economic mechanism: fee determination and collection for land use and pollution, financing of land protection measures, and provision of economic incentives through tax benefits. The study reveals that Uzbekistan's total land area encompasses 44,892.4 thousand hectares, with irrigated land comprising 4,342.5 thousand hectares (9.7% of total area). The research demonstrates that effective economic mechanisms are crucial for rational land use, given the growing population and diminishing fertile land resources in Central Asia. The findings indicate that current land legislation establishes comprehensive payment procedures through annual land taxes and rental systems, with rates determined by land quality, location, and water supply levels. The study concludes by proposing a comprehensive definition of the economic mechanism of land protection as a legal institution encompassing norms for payment determination, financing protection measures, and economic stimulation of operators. This research contributes to understanding the legal framework necessary for effective land resource management and environmental protection in Uzbekistan's developing economy.

The Effectiveness of Teaching the Question Circle Strategy in Acquiring Historical Concepts among Fifth Grade Female Students
The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of teaching the question circle strategy in acquiring historical concepts among fifth-grade female students. The sample consisted of (60) female students from the fifth-grade literary stream. To achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared a test of (60) multiple-choice items, distributed over (20) concepts in the historical subject, at three levels (defining the concept, distinguishing the concept, applying the concept). The researchers verified its validity and reliability. After applying the test to the research sample members, collecting the data, and analyzing it statistically using Pearson's correlation coefficient and the t-test for two independent samples, the researcher reached the following results:
The experimental group taught using the question circle strategy outperformed the control group taught using the traditional method in Historical Concepts Acquisition Test.
The question circle strategy proved effective in acquiring historical concepts for fifth-grade literary students compared to the traditional method
The Enlightenment Movement in Turkestan
This article examines the enlightenment movement in Turkestan and its profound influence on the cultural and intellectual life of the region during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Particular attention is given to the emergence and expansion of usul-i jadid (new-method) schools, which sought to modernize traditional systems of Muslim education by introducing secular subjects, improved pedagogical methods, and co-educational practices. The study also addresses the role of Jadid leaders and reformers in fostering a broader intellectual awakening through the establishment of newspapers, journals, and the publication of textbooks such as Adibi avval and Adibi soniy. Drawing on historical sources and recent scholarly research, the article highlights how these initiatives not only advanced literacy and modern education but also contributed to the formation of a new public sphere, stimulating debates on cultural identity, social reform, and political aspirations in colonial Turkestan. The findings underscore that the Jadid movement was more than an educational reform; it represented a comprehensive cultural renaissance that laid the groundwork for national self-awareness and the emergence of modernist currents within Central Asian society

The Role of Public Health in Socioeconomic Advancement in Developing Nations
Public health is a critical driver of socio-economic growth in developing countries, where health challenges are pervasive and impact economic stability. In recent decades, natural challenges and human-driven crises have posed significant threats to economic growth. Frequent occurrences of natural disasters, and pandemic outbreaks such as covid-19, HIV/AIDS, Yellow fever, Monkey pox, Black death, and man-made issues like pollution emissions have disrupted economies, underscoring the potential for institutions to play a central role in stimulating economic growth. Public health is increasingly recognized as a critical factor in driving sustainable economic growth. This study investigates the relationship between public health and socio-economic development, examining how improvements in healthcare access, disease prevention, and health outcomes can stimulate economic productivity. The paper reviews case studies and research data to illustrate the economic returns of investing in public health, from the eradication of infectious diseases to the management of chronic conditions. It also addresses challenges such as disparities in healthcare access, particularly in developing countries, and the economic impact of health crises like pandemics. Combining qualitative interviews from important players in the health and economic sectors throughout many developing nations with quantitative data analysis of health and economic indicators using a mixed-methods approach, the study Important factors are healthcare spending, disease frequency rates, workforce productivity, GDP growth, and poverty rates. Results show that low economic productivity and slow GDP growth are highly correlated with poor health outcomes including high disease burden and limited access to healthcare. On the other hand, nations that have raised health expenditures—especially in terms of preventive healthcare, mother and child health, and health education—show clear economic benefits and workforce enhancement. The study advises a multi-sectoral public health policy including economic planning and health. Policymakers should focus on reducing health disparities through targeted funding, strengthening healthcare infrastructure, and fostering collaborations between government, NGOs, and international partners. It also advocates for community-based programs to enhance health literacy and accessibility in rural areas. Addressing these public health challenges is essential for fostering a healthier, more productive workforce, ultimately contributing to sustainable socio-economic growth in developing regions
