Estrategias para combatir la resistencia a los antibióticos en la cadena alimentaria.
Get PDFLa continua expansión que está teniendo lugar sobre la resistencia a los antibióticos en los alimentos supone un gran porcentaje de morbimortalidad, creando graves problemáticas a nivel mundial en la salud pública. Como consecuencia, cantidades muy elevadas de antibióticos que son de gran utilidad actualmente concluirán su actividad en los próximos años, donde se podría poner en peligro a la especie animal y humana al ingerir productos contaminados mediante la cadena alimentaria si no indagamos en la búsqueda de nuevas estrategias eficaces o del desarrollo de nuevos antibióticos. Así, evitaremos que se generen otras fuentes de resistencia microbiana a través de los antibióticos, si se utilizan como terapia o tratamiento cuando realmente sea necesario y no por mera voluntad o por bienes propios. En los resultados, se relatan estrategias a la resistencia antimicrobiana, también como alternativas sustitutorias a los antibióticos y los principales microorganismos susceptibles en varios tipos de alimentos.The continuous expansion that is taking place now about the antibiotic resistance in food represents a high morbimortality percentage provided serious public health problem worldwide. As a consequence of this, very high quantities of antibiotics, which nowadays are very useful, will finish their activity in the next years, where animals and humans could be endangered by eating contaminated products through the food chain if we do not investigate on the search of new effective strategies or in the development of new antibiotics. In this way, we will prevent other mechanisms of microbial resistance through antibiotics, if them are used such as therapy or treatment when actually it is necessary and not for their own will. In the results some strategies to the antimicrobial resistance are told as well as substitutive alternatives to the antibiotic use and some principal microorganisms that are susceptible in various food types

Desde las universidades, se insiste en la necesidad de la inclusión de la perspectiva de género en la oferta educativa de ESO y de Bachillerato; y en la necesidad de plantear una Historia alejada de los libros de texto tradicionales, y que tenga en cuenta las inquietudes de la sociedad actual, mediante el empleo de metodologías activas en el aprendizaje; aspectos que nunca se materializan. La propuesta didáctica analiza la evolución social de la mujer española a lo largo del siglo XX, pero centrada, sobre todo en la Guerra Civil y en el primer franquismo; un periodo de gran relevancia histórica para la mujer, y para la población en general, y que cuyos efectos siguen estando presentes en la sociedad
española actual.The contribution of women to History in school curricula is an issue that is currently in full debate. From the universities, the need to include the gender perspective in the educational offer of ESO and Baccalaureate is insisted on; and in the need to propose a History far from traditional textbooks, and that takes into account the concerns of today's society, through the use of active learning methodologies; aspects that never materialize. The didactic proposal analyzes the social evolution of Spanish women throughout the 20th century, but focused, above all, on the Civil War and the first Franco regime; a period of great historical relevance for women, and for the population in general, and whose effects are still present in today's Spanish society

InteragreeTerm: bilingual terminological database about international agreements of Andalusian Public Universities
No full textPresentamos InteragreeTerm, una base de datos terminológica bilingüe (inglés-español) sobre acuerdos internacionales utilizados en el ámbito universitario. Partiendo de un sólido marco teórico y una metodología en cinco fases con un estricto protocolo: recuperación de la información, descarga, formateo, codificación y almacenamiento basado en el implementado por Seghiri (2015), analizamos 62 acuerdos internacionales con la ayuda de Omega-T, una herramienta gratuita de traducción asistida por ordenador, y Sketch Engine, herramienta de gestión de corpus. El glosario final resultante (ES/EN) se creó utilizando OneClick Terms, un potente extractor de términos en línea, y se transfirió a Lexonomy para crear un diccionario final que incluye definiciones, contextos y sinónimos. Los resultados de este trabajo demuestran que la creación de una base de datos de acuerdos internacionales basada en corpus paralelo ayuda a comprender no sólo la terminología, sino también la posibilidad de leerla en su contexto sin necesidad de abrir específicamente una plantilla de acuerdo.We present InteragreeTerm, a bilingual (English-Spanish) terminological database about international agreements used at the university level. Based on a solid theoretical framework and a five-phase methodology with strict protocol: information retrieval, download, formatting, encoding and storage based on the one implemented by Seghiri (2015), we analysed 62 international agreements with the aid of Omega-T, a free computer-assisted translation tool, and Sketch Engine, the corpus management tool. The resulting final glossary (ES/EN) was created using OneClick Terms, a powerful online term extractor property of Sketch Engine and transferred to Lexonomy to create a final dictionary which includes definitions, contexts of use and synonyms. The results of this master’s dissertation show that the creation of a corpus-based database of international agreements helps to understand not only the terminology that falls under them but also the possibility of reading this terminology in context without the need to open an agreement template specifically

No full text(ES)Las Las personas con dependencia y/o diversidad funcional cuentan actualmente con una amplia cartera de servicios y
prestaciones ofrecidas por las Administraciones Públicas. Tras analizar diversas fuentes de datos se observa que la
atención residencial es la medida más elegida por aquellas personas inmersas en el proceso de la Ley de Dependencia,
a pesar de que ello conlleve la institucionalización de dichas personas.
En contraposición a esta institucionalización encontramos que la Asistencia Personal cuenta con un papel fundamental
para fomentar dicha autonomía personal, la vida en comunidad y para poner en práctica el derecho de vida
independiente.
La Agenda 2030 instaura un Marco Estratégico para llevar a cabo una desinstitucionalización progresiva y completa de
las personas dependientes y/o con diversidad funcional, asumiendo que el sistema de apoyos primordial sea a través
de la Asistencia Personal.(EN)People with dependency and/or functional diversity currently have a wide portfolio of services and benefits
offered by Public Administrations. After analyzing various sources of data, it is observed that residential care
is the measure most chosen by those people immersed in the Dependency Law process, despite the fact
that this entails the institutionalization of said people.
In contrast to this institutionalization, we find that Personal Assistance has a fundamental role in promoting
personal autonomy, community life and putting into practice the right to independent living.
The 2030 Agenda establishes a Strategic Framework to carry out a progressive and complete
deinstitutionalization of dependent people and/or people with functional diversity, assuming that the
primary support system is through Personal Assistance
Propuesta didáctica para trabajar la biodiversidad en 1º ESO
No full textApreciar” enmarcada en el currículo de 1º de ESO de Biología y Geología, para tratar el concepto de la biodiversidad a nivel genético, específico y de ecosistema y fomentar, desde un pensamiento ético y crítico, la reflexión sobre la importancia de la conservación de la biodiversidad, el cuidado del medio ambiente y el desarrollo de hábitos sostenibles. Tras una pequeña revisión bibliográfica acerca de los conceptos tratados, se ha observado una deficiencia en el tratamiento de la biodiversidad a todos sus niveles, la presencia de diversas ideas erróneas acerca del término, así como, la detección de una falta de interés y motivación del alumnado hacia el aprendizaje de las ciencias. Por ello, se propone el uso de las metodologías activas de aprendizaje basada en proyectos (ABP) y aprendizaje cooperativo, buscando una mejora en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.The didactic unit “Biodiversity, a lot of colours and shapes to be appreciate”, is proposed (framed in the curriculum of 1 st of ESO of Biology and Geology’s subject) to discuss the concept of biodiversity at the genetic, specific and ecosystem level. And to promote, from ethical and critical thinking, a reflection about the importance of conserving biodiversity, environmental care and development of sustainable habits. After a bibliographical review about the concepts treated, a deficiency in the treatment of some level of biodiversity, various misconceptions about biodiversity and a lack of student’s interest and motivation for science learning, has been observed. For this reason, is proposed the use of the project-based learning (PBL) and cooperative learning methodology to get an improvement at teaching-learning process
Recuperación automática de definiciones de conceptos técnicos
No full textLa extracción de definiciones en procesamiento del lenguaje natural se enfrenta al reto de identificar el patrón inespecífico de la definición de un concepto presente en múltiples documentos. Se propone un sistema basado en recuperación generativa aumentada (RAG) que utiliza grandes modelos de lenguaje para buscar y consolidar definiciones. Evaluando tres modelos (GPT-3.5-turno, Mistral-7B-Instruct y Gemma-7B) en artículos científicos, se concluye que GPT-3.5 es el más efectivo para esta tarea.Definition extraction in natural language processing faces the challenge of identifying the unspecific pattern of a concept definition present in multiple documents. A system based on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) that uses large language models to search and consolidate definitions is proposed in this article. By evaluating three models (GPT-3.5-turbo, Mistral-7B-Instruct and Gemma-7B) in scientific papers, it is concluded that GPT-3.5 is the most effective for this task

Nuestra finalidad es la de recopilar toda la información, presente en diversos autores, sobre esta enfermedad neurodegenerativa, comenzando por sus antecedentes históricos, evolución, y describiendo numerosas enfermedades neurodegenerativas, para así poder ir adentrándonos en el concepto y etapas por las que transcurre la enfermedad de Alzheimer. Por consiguiente, detallamos los datos epidemiológicos y proyecciones futuras, a nivel mundial y nacional de la enfermedad, los factores de riesgo modificables y no modificables, los problemas socio-familiares, económicos y de las personas cuidadoras que asumen la responsabilidad de atención y cuidados del/de la paciente. Por último, explicamos las formas de prevención y recursos que existen para paliar la enfermedad de Alzheimer, así como las estrategias de intervención que utiliza el/la trabajador/a social en personas que padecen este tipo de demenciaThis final degree project is oriented to the description of Alzheimer's disease. Our purpose is to collect all information present in various authors about this neurodegenerative disease starting with its historical background, evolution and describing numerous neurodegenerative diseases, in order to go deeper into the concept and stages of Alzheimer's disease. Consequently, we detail the epidemiological data and future global and national projections of the disease, modifiable and non- modifiable risk factors and social, economic, family and carers problems who take responsability for the care of the patient. Finally, we explain the forms of prevention and resources that there are to mitigate Alzheimer's disease, as well as the intervention strategies that the social worker uses in people suffering from this type of dementi
