Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in developing students' cognitive abilities and character. However, PAI learning is often dominated by lectures, as the content is mostly theoretical and normative. This lack of varied learning media has led to low student engagement. The demand for technological integration requires PAI teachers to utilize technology in their teaching, but many are not equipped to create interactive learning media. This study aims to develop PAI learning media using Articulate Storyline 3 and to assess students' motivation in using this media. The research uses a Research and Development (R&D) method, following Borg & Gall's 10-step model. It was conducted in six high schools in East Kalimantan. Preliminary field testing, involving 30 students, showed the following results: for media, 20.24% rated it very good, 41.67% good, 34.52% adequate, and 3.57% poor; for material, 22.50% rated it very good, 40.83% good, 35.42% adequate, and 1.25% poor; for learning, 28.79% rated it very good, 46.21% good, 23.11% adequate, and 1.89% poor. Similar positive results were found in further field testing. The analysis of learning outcomes using SPSS indicated a significant difference before and after using the media, with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000. This shows that interactive multimedia enhances students' learning performance

    Get PDF
This study aims to explore health company profits during the pandemic from the perspective of managerial ownership and environmental performance accompanied by the moderating role of independent commissioners. The use of Sharia-based health sector companies as companies that are very closely related to the pandemic events that occurred during the observation period of 2020-2021 resulted in 16 companies using quarterly reports, so there are 64 studio data. The data obtained was subjected to prerequisite tests using the classical assumption test, which was then tested by conducting F-test and t-test regression based on the hypotheses that had been developed. The study results prove that managerial ownership and environmental performance simultaneously increase profits. However, partially managerial ownership influences increasing profits, while environmental performance has no effect. The role of the independent board of commissioners has been proven to not influence managerial ownership and environmental performance in increasing the profits of Sharia companies in the health sector. This study implies that managerial ownership factors, environmental performance, and an independent board of commissioners play an essential role in increasing the profits of Sharia companies in the health sector, especially during the pandemic. The results can encourage strategic decision-making related to ownership structure and corporate governance to achieve sustainability and profitability. &nbsp

    Get PDF
Few studies have investigated educators' roles in instilling heroic values in early childhood through Islamic heroes. Educators play a crucial role in shaping early childhood’s understanding of heroism, primarily through Islamic heroes, because early childhood commonly has misconceptions about heroes. They often struggle to articulate these ideas and frequently associate heroism with fictional characters from storybooks, movies, or fairy tales. The purpose of this research is to explore the role of educators in professional development in learning and teaching early childhood, which is connected with moral lessons about heroic values using Islamic heroes. This study used a qualitative method with interviews and documentation.  Participants were seven early childhood educators from seven different schools. The data analysis technique used Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis. The results show that educators often have misconceptions about the meaning of heroes and heroism, particularly regarding Islamic heroes. The selection of teaching materials indicates limitations in educators' ability to explore Islamic heroes and appreciate the richness of Islamic heroism. The material presented emphasizes aspects of religious practice and sainthood rather than describing and instilling heroic values. The implementation strategy includes lesson plans and teaching materials (selecting Islamic figures, the content of narratives, and Islamic hero's storytelling techniques) focusing more on history, religiosity, and worship aspects of Wali Songo and Prophets of Islam. Educators should create learning activities with storytelling according to the age of children; new concepts should be introduced with brief explanations, a variety of media should be used to visualize stories, and storytelling should keep children focused
