    Setiap institusi pendidikan menyadari bahwa proses pembelajaran di sekolah tidaklah statis, tetapi selalu bergerak seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang terus berkembang. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dari segala aspek, termasuk fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendidikan. Sarana prasarana yang baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran, dan memberikan dukungan bagi pengembangan keterampilan siswa. Namun, seringkali terdapat permasalahan dalam pengelolaan dan pembiayaan bidang sarana prasarana, yang dapat menghambat optimalisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Perencanaan Pengadaan Sarana Prasarana Pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Amal Pancasila Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dan kendala dari pengadaan sarana pasarana tersebut. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat (Field Reserch) jenis pendekatan penelitian yaitu deskriftif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelirian ini akan menggambarkan objek yang akan diteliti berdasarkan fakta dilapangan. Hasil penelitian adalah Pertama Perencanaan Pengadaan Sarana Prasarana Pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Amal Pancasila Kecamatan Pemulutan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir yaitu Perencanaan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dalam konteks pendidikan merupakan bagian penting dari manajemen sekolah. Proses ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa institusi pendidikan memiliki fasilitas dan perlengkapan yang memadai untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Berikut adalah langkah-langkah dalam perencanaan pengadaan sarana dan yaitu Analisis Kebutuhan Sarana dan Prasarana di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Amal Pancasila, Penentuan Prioritas Sarana dan Prasarana di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Amal Pancasila, Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Sarana dan Prasarana di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Amal Pancasila, Penetapan Rencana Anggaran Pengadaan Sarana dan Prasarana di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Amal Pancasila.     Keputusan Tata Usaha Negara (KTUN) merupakan elemen utama dalam sistem hukum administrasi negara Indonesia yang memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap hak dan kepentingan masyarakat. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1986 tentang Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara, KTUN diatur sebagai objek sengketa yang dapat diajukan ke PTUN. Namun, dengan disahkannya Undang-Undang Administrasi Pemerintahan (UU AP), terdapat perbedaan dalam pengaturan sifat keputusan dan prosedurnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana definisi, karakteristik, dan keabsahan KTUN serta tindakan hukum pejabat administrasi negara yang dapat menimbulkan sengketa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, literatur hukum, dan doktrin hukum administrasi negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk dapat dikategorikan sebagai KTUN yang sah, keputusan harus memenuhi unsur sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 angka 9 UU No. 5 Tahun 1986, yaitu bersifat tertulis, dikeluarkan oleh pejabat administrasi negara, bersifat konkret, individual, final, dan menimbulkan akibat hukum. Keputusan yang tidak memenuhi unsur tersebut dianggap tidak sah dan dapat digugat melalui PTUN. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti berbagai jenis keputusan tata usaha negara dan pentingnya kehati-hatian dalam tindakan hukum pejabat administrasi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya batasan hukum terhadap keputusan administratif demi menjaga perlindungan hak warga negara dari tindakan yang berpotensi sewenang-wenang. &nbsp

    Stress and Social Adaptation in Cat Owners: The Effect of Pet Attachment

    This study aimed to determine the effect of pet attachment on stress levels and social adaptation in cat owners. The researcher used a quantitative approach with a multivariate linear regression design. A total of 32 students were selected as participants using a total sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert model questionnaire of 150 items with Cronbach's Alpha reliability and Pearson Product Moment validity test. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and multivariate testing (MANOVA) through the SPSS version 25 program. The findings showed that pet attachment significantly affected social adaptation and stress levels in cat owners (F = 97.634 and Sig. = 0.000). The contribution of pet attachment to social adaptation was 19.9% ​​, and to stress was 86.5%. The implications of this study lead to the development of psychological support strategies based on interactions with pets to improve students' emotional and social well-being

    Sekolah Dasar adalah jenjang awal wajib belajar dari negara. Dalam jenjang sekolah dasar anak mendapat pendidikan lebih kompleks dibanding ketika berada di rumah dan jenjang taman kanak-kanak. Anak dituntut untuk mampu menyerap pendidikan akademis, sekaligus memupuk sikap dan karakter baik. Salah satunya mampu mengembangkan sikap empati, baik terhadap lingkungan kelas, maupun lingkungan luar sekolah. Berbagai strategi bisa dilakukan guna meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan anak, baik berupa pretasi akademis, maupun cerdas secara emosional. Metode role model akan menjadi strategi taktis guru dalam memupuk sikap dan karakter baik bagi anak. Ketertarikan anak pada permainan online dan lingkungan yang kurang kondusif akan menjadi tantangan berat. Dibutuhkan lebih dari sekedar role model yang setiap hari berhadapan langsung dengan anak. Mengadaptasi penokohan animasi yang mampu menarik simpati anak dan membekas lama, guru bisa menciptakan suasana dimana anak bisa terlibat langsung dengan penokohan yaitu dengan cara bermain peran. Anak dipaksa lepas dari gadget dan lebih fokus menyelesaikan tugas bermain perannya. Dalam hal ini strategi yang guru ambil adalah dengan bermain peran tokoh dari sejarah Islam. Banyak tokoh sahabat Nabi yang bisa dijadikan peran utama dalam pola role playing. Tujuan utama nya adalah agar anak diajak terlibat langsung sebagai pemeran utama dalam bermain seni peran sehingga akan lebih membekas dan mengambil manfaat lebih banyak manfaat dari kegiatan yang berlangsung

    Experimental Study on the DRTA Strategy: Improving Arabic Reading Activeness in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Batu

    Arabic texts often have complex structures and vocabulary, requiring effective strategies for student engagement. The Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy encourages students to make predictions, check their understanding, and evaluate texts actively. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of DRTA in enhancing student engagement in reading skill learning. Using a quasi-experimental approach, it analyzes students' participation and comprehension before and after DRTA implementation. The results show that active involvement in learning is key to success. DRTA helps students comprehend materials more easily and develop critical thinking skills. The experimental class using DRTA showed significant improvement in test scores, from 34.00 to 70.00, while the non-experimental class showed little change. This emphasizes the importance of active, interactive learning in improving outcomes. The study suggests that DRTA is effective in enhancing Arabic reading skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

    The Effectiveness of Quizwhizzer to Learning Qira’ah Students’ at Islamic High School Abadiyah Pati

    Learning media is important to meet the needs of students in the learning process in order to achieve a learning goal. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the use of quizwhizzer media in learning maharah qira'ah, to determine the maharah qira'ah ability of students before and after using quizwhizzer platform media, and to test and prove the effectiveness of quizwhizzer platform media used in learning maharah qira'ah. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and tests.  The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and interferential statistical analysis including data normality test, t test (paired sample t test), N-Gain test (effectiveness). The findings of this study state that there is a difference between pretest scores smaller than posttest scores with an average of 30.97 <83.27. These results are also said to have increased by looking at the level of significance through the paired sample t test (sig 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted). The percentage obtained from the N-Gain test shows 75.49% through the basis of decision making categorized as “quite effective”. It can be concluded that the use of quizwhizzer platform media in learning maharah qira'ah is proven to be able to improve maharah qira'ah.  And the quizwhizzer media platform is “quite effective” to be used as a medium or evaluation of maharah qira'ah learning. Learning using gamification-based media such as QuizWhizzer makes a positive contribution to learning by creating a more interesting and interactive learning experience. This has an impact on the achievement of more optimal learning objectives. Therefore, QuizWhizzer can be used as an effective learning or evaluation media in teaching maharah qira'ah

    The Elements of Badi’ in Arabic Poetry Writing Among Student of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang

    Arabic is known for the beauty and richness of its rhetorical style, which is reflected in the harmony between meaning and expression. One of the branches of balaghah (Arabic rhetoric) is badi’, which focuses on the aesthetic value of both wording and meaning. This study aims to identify elements of badi’, particularly muhassinat lafdziyah (phonetic embellishments), in a poem written by a student of the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The method used is a qualitative library research, with the data source in the form of the poems ‘Ākhir al-Bāb’ (The End of a Chapter), ‘Najmat Al-Ḥayāh’ (Star of Life), and the poem ‘Al-Ḥubbu Al-Muftakhir’ (The Exceptional Love). Data was collected through close reading techniques and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validation was carried out through peer discussion and increased persistence. The results of the study show that the poem contains several badi’ elements, including jinas (paronomasia), saja’ (rhymed prose), and muwazanah (parallelism). The implications of this research suggest that a badi’-based approach can serve as an effective strategy in teaching Arabic literary appreciation, particularly in enhancing students’ stylistic sensitivity and linguistic creativity. It is also hoped that this research will strengthen interest in reading and writing Arabic poetry among students and serve as a reference for developing Arabic language teaching methods based on literary aesthetics

    Utilization of Memrise Application to Improve Arabic Speaking Skill

    This study aims to conduct a pilot study on the utilization of Memrise application to improve student’s Arabic speaking skill at MAN 2 Yogyakarta. Through the Single Subject Research (SSR) method, with the Multiple Baseline Design Across Subject model, this study seeks to reveal the functional relationship between the treatment in the form of utilizing the Memrise application and student’s Arabic speaking skill. This study involved 3 subjects with learning difficulties. Data collection in the form of the level of Arabic speaking skill is carried out through the oral test method which is carried out repeatedly starting from the base line phase to the intervention phase. The measurement data were then analyzed through visual analysis within conditions and between conditions. Through the analysis process, it is known that the data trend of the three subject’s Arabic speaking skill has increased after the intervention. The results of this study become an important basis for lesson planning that targets the achievement of certain Arabic speaking skills by utilizing technology-based media. The selection of media supporting Arabic speaking skills should facilitate learners to practice oral communication continuously

    The Integration of Science and Religion in the Fiqh Subject at Darul Mursyid Private Islamic Junior High School

    This study aims to explore and analyze how the integration of science and religion can be implemented in the Fiqh subject at Darul Mursyid Private Islamic Junior High School (MTs Swasta Darul Mursyid). Based on the premise that education is a vital foundation for shaping students' character and understanding, this research focuses on teaching methods that combine scientific aspects with religious values. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The respondents consist of Fiqh teachers and students at MTs Swasta Darul Mursyid. The findings reveal that the integration of science and religion in Fiqh learning not only enhances students’ understanding of the subject matter but also fosters critical and creative attitudes in practicing religious teachings. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the application of such integration is crucial in addressing the increasingly complex challenges of the times and in strengthening character education based on Islamic values. The study recommends that educators continue to develop innovative and interactive teaching methods so that students can better understand and apply scientific knowledge within the context of religious teachings

    Harmonisation Between DSN-MUI Fatwas and OJK Regulations: Towards an Innovative and Inclusive Sharia-Compliant Fintech Ecosystem in Indonesia

    Since 2018, Sharia FinTech in Indonesia has grown significantly through platform-based innovations combining Islamic contracts and digital technology. The development of this industry is influenced by ongoing efforts to harmonize DSN-MUI fatwas with OJK regulations, aiming to enhance Sharia compliance and legal certainty. Through DSN-MUI fatwas (2008–2021) and POJK regulations (2016, 2022), religious and state authorities have worked to enhance legal certainty and consumer protection in the Sharia-based digital finance sector. This study adopts a qualitative approach through literature-based document analysis to examine how DSN-MUI fatwas and OJK regulations contribute to developing the Sharia FinTech industry. The research findings indicate that while fatwas offer normative guidance for Sharia compliance, challenges persist in areas such as financial literacy, technological readiness, and regulatory oversight effectiveness. The findings suggest a need for clearer regulations, improved public education, and more effective use of technology to enhance the transparency and efficiency of Sharia financial services. Stronger collaboration between financial regulators and religious institutions can improve the capacity of Sharia FinTech to support financial inclusion and contribute to sustainable growth in the Islamic economy
