    A Studi of the Historical and Spiritual Values of the Muharram Cultural Kirab Tradition in Payaman Kudus Village from A Hadith Perspective

    The Muharram cultural procession tradition is one of the activities carried out in Payaman Village, Mejobo District, Kudus Regency. This activity is maintained and preserved as a form of respect and reminder of the ancestors of the Payaman Village community. This research aims to show that the implementation of this cultural procession is based on Islamic principles, which play a role in strengthening the relationship between residents and as an expression of gratitude to God for all the blessings given to them. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, with the collection of two types of data: primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews, while secondary data was collected from literature studies, websites, and other sources relevant to the topic discussed. The results show the existence of a cultural kirab that contains Islamic values and hadith, which serve as the basis for understanding social religious phenomena. In addition, the month of Muharram is interpreted as a symbol of awakening. This article is expected to develop the knowledge and understanding of the community, especially the younger generation, so that we can always maintain and preserve the existing culture

    Kemampuan dalam memahami struktur kalimat masih menjadi persoalan kompleks di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia sejak dini. Adapun penggunaan struktur kalimat yang tepat ini menjadi kunci utama dalam membentuk tulisan yang mudah dipahami oleh orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kesalahan dalam karangan deskripsi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Terdapat kesalahan struktur kalimat pada siswa, ini terlihat pada ketidakmampuan dalam menyusun kalimat sesuai kaidah Bahasa Indonesia, seperti kalimat tanpa subjek, kalimat tanpa predikat dan penggunaan konjungsi secara berlebihan, serta tidak mampu mendeskripsikan objek secara konkret; (2) Faktor keterbatasan tersebut diakibatkan karena minimnya latihan dan pemahaman kosakata siswa terhadap struktur kalimat, serta pengaruh bahasa daerah yang digunakan sehari-hari. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ketidakmampuan siswa menyusun kalimat yang benar disebabkan karena faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, sehingga perlu adanya pembelajaran secara intens oleh guru

    Trends in Arabic Language Course Program Management and its Relevance to Course Development: A Systematic Literature Review

    Trends in Arabic language course program management continue to evolve in response to the increasingly dynamic learning demands of the globalization era. Amidst technological advancements and pedagogical transformations, course program management faces the challenge of remaining relevant and effective in addressing learners' needs. This study aims to analyze trends in Arabic language course management research through a systematic literature review. The main focus of the research includes three aspects: the main trends in Arabic language course management research, the strategies often used, and the relevance of these trends to future program development. Based on the analysis of 15 publications consisting of 13 journal articles, 1 master's thesis, and 1 undergraduate thesis, it was found that research trends concentrated on organizing, planning, implementing, evaluating programs, and using modern technology. Most of the studies used a descriptive qualitative approach to in-depth explore the internal dynamics of course institutions. The results show that frequently used management strategies include top-down approaches in organizing, integrated program planning, utilization of technology, innovative learning methods such as Mustaqili and Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and collaboration-based management. Moreover, the relevance of these trends to the future development of course programs confirms the importance of strategic planning, continuous evaluation, technology adoption, and visionary leadership to face global challenges. This research contributes to developing Arabic language course management theory and practice by offering strategic guidelines that educational institutions can implement

    Development of Comic-Based Learning for Maharah Qira’ah Using Canva in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha’ Malang

    The lack of prior knowledge among the students and the tedious lecture-based teaching techniques provide difficulties for Arabic reading education at MTs Shirothul Fuqoha' Malang.  In order to improve maharah qira'ah through an interactive method, comic-based educational resources were created using Canva.  The objectives of this study were to describe the creative process, ascertain viability, and evaluate efficacy. The study included 53 eighth-grade students who were split into two groups: experimental (25) and control (28) participants. Observation, interviews, surveys, and tests were used to gather data, which SPSS 25 was then used to evaluate for validity, reliability, normalcy, and T-tests. The requirements analysis was the first of 10 steps in the media development process. The instructional medium received a good rating of 96%, while the content and language received an 86% rating from expert validation. The final media was created following experiments and adjustments. According to the findings, the experimental group's post-test score (83.33) was 11.73 points higher on average than the control group's (71.60). With a significant value of 0.000, the Independent Sample T-Test verified the effectiveness of the media in improving maharah qira'ah at MTs Shirothul Fuqoha' Malang

    Arabic Language Learning Based on Group Discussion in Arabic Text Comprehension of Class X Students at MAN I Medan

    Arabic holds a central role in the world of Islamic education, especially in madrasas, as it is the primary language for understanding the Qur'an, hadith, and classical Islamic literature. However, in practice, many madrasa students face difficulties in understanding Arabic texts, primarily due to limitations in vocabulary and grammatical structure. One potential method to address this issue is the group discussion method, which allows students to brainstorm ideas, clarify meanings, and build a shared understanding of the text being studied. This study aims to analyze the group discussion-based learning method in improving the understanding of Arabic texts among grade X students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan. Specifically, this research explores the factors influencing students' understanding of Arabic texts as well as the impact of implementing group discussions in overcoming learning barriers. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The research subjects consisted of Arabic teachers and grade X students. The results of the study indicate that the application of the group discussion method has a significant impact on improving students' understanding of Arabic texts. Students became more active, motivated, and able to enhance their vocabulary and understanding of Arabic language structure. Prior to the implementation of this method, only about 50% of students understood Arabic texts; however, after its application, this figure increased to 85%. The implications of this study suggest that group discussions are an effective strategy and should be more widely applied in Arabic language learning in madrasas

    Literature Review Transformative, Servant, and Digital Leadership: Shaping the Future of Education in Indonesia

    This study aims to systematically examine the leadership principles applied in educational institutions in Indonesia and their impact on the quality of education. The study used the conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on 15 scientific articles from SINTA-indexed journals 1 to 3 published between 2018-2024. The analysis was conducted thematically using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) model. The results show that transformational leadership and servant leadership are the most dominant approaches in educational leadership studies, followed by digital leadership, which has begun to develop in recent studies. These leadership practices have been proven to contribute to improvements in teacher performance, learning innovation and the effectiveness of education policy implementation. However, most of the studies remain descriptive and qualitative, lacking optimal integration of leadership theory with national policy directions. This study emphasizes the need to develop a contextualized, adaptive to technological developments and based on data, as a strategic effort to support the transformation of education in Indonesia

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran dan pemanfaatannya sebagai alat pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa platform media sosial seperti Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, dan WhatsApp digunakan secara efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran PAI. WhatsApp digunakan untuk komunikasi dan diskusi antara guru dan siswa, Instagram untuk materi visual, YouTube untuk video ceramah, dan Telegram untuk distribusi materi tambahan dan tugas. Sebagian besar siswa merasa lebih tertarik dan mudah memahami materi melalui media sosial, yang mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan fleksibel. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat, serta distraksi dari konten yang tidak relevan. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan yang bijaksana dan fasilitas yang memadai sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pembelajaran PAI.     Social-emotional development is a vital aspect of early childhood growth, influencing children's abilities to interact, manage emotions, and build social relationships. This article explains the implementation of the behavioral learning model to enhance children's social-emotional behaviors using collective action research (CAR) techniques at Darul Hijrah Al-Amin Kindergarten. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The findings demonstrate that applying the behavioral learning model through positive reinforcement, appropriate stimulation, and consistent behavior management can significantly improve children's social and emotional skills. The children showed enhanced abilities in communication, cooperation, and recognizing and managing their emotions. This study confirms that the behavioral learning model can be an effective approach to supporting the social-emotional development of young children.     PROBLEMATIKA PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN DALAM JUAL BELI AKSESORI HANDPHONE NON-ORIGINAL DI KECAMATAN TENGGARONG

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perlindungan konsumen berdasarkan Pasal 4 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen terhadap praktik jual beli aksesori handphone non-original di Kecamatan Tenggarong. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih ditemukannya pedagang yang tidak memberikan informasi secara jujur dan benar mengenai produk non-original, seperti headset, charger, dan power bank, kepada konsumen. Rumusan masalah meliputi: (1) bagaimana praktik jual beli aksesori handphone non-original di Kecamatan Tenggarong, dan (2) bagaimana tinjauan yuridis perlindungan konsumen terhadap praktik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap tiga pedagang dan empat konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pedagang masih menyamarkan informasi kualitas produk bahkan menipu konsumen dengan mengklaim produk non-original sebagai barang original atau tanpa memberikan penjelasan mengenai kualitas produk. Praktik ini tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 4 UUPK, khususnya butir c tentang hak konsumen memperoleh informasi yang benar, jelas, dan jujur mengenai kondisi serta jaminan barang atau jasa, serta butir h tentang hak konsumen untuk mendapatkan pembinaan dan pendidikan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik jual beli aksesori handphone non-original di Kecamatan Tenggarong belum sepenuhnya sejalan dengan prinsip perlindungan konsumen yang diatur dalam UUPK
