    Perkembangan media sosial telah mengubah cara individu memaknai citra diri, termasuk body image. Platform seperti Instagram dan TikTok sering menampilkan standar kecantikan yang tidak realistis, sehingga memengaruhi cara mahasiswa melihat penampilan merekasendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  bagaimana  media  sosial  memengaruhi body  imagemahasiswa  Yayasan  Saan Mustopa Centar. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 mahasiswa, ditemukan bahwa media sosial berperan besar dalam membentuk persepsi tubuh. Sebagian besar informan mengalami tekanan sosial, rasa minder, dan kecemasan akibat perbandingan sosial di media sosial. Meskipun ada yang merasa termotivasi untuk hidup sehat, mayoritas justru terdampak secara psikologis.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan media dakwah visual di TV Islamic Center Samarinda.  Pengelolaan TV ini dibantu oleh jamaah dan dukungan dari UPT Perpustakaan,  dimana pengurus fokus pada pengelolaan konten berbasis dakwah melalui kanal YouTube dan Facebook, sementara tim ta'mir bertanggung jawab atas pembuatan video pendek.  Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, yang diatasi dengan dukungan anak muda, dan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan industri media.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan menggali informasi mendalam melalui wawancara dengan pengurus TV Islamic Center Samarinda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi optimalisasi media dakwah visual melalui peningkatan kualitas produksi video, diverifikasi platform media sosial, dan pelatihan bagi tim produksi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi terkini.  TV Islamic Center Samarinda memiliki peran penting dalam dakwah visual, namun perlu strategi optimalisasi yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan jangkauan dan efektivitas dakwah. &nbsp

    ‘‘Click, Share, Da’wah: Spiritual Revolution at Your Fingertips’’

    This research investigates how digital accessibility, facilitated by “click and share” mechanisms, drives a spiritual revolution in Islamic da’wah practices among Indonesian Muslims. The study aims to explore the shifts in religious learning patterns and the evolution of individual spirituality within the rapidly advancing digital era. Employing a qualitative methodology, this study integrates digital ethnography and in-depth interviews with 30 participants, including digital preachers (da’i), active social media users, and individuals who have undergone spiritual transformation through online platforms. Thematic analysis was applied to uncover recurring patterns in digital spiritual engagement and the dynamics of transformation in these digital spaces. The findings reveal that the ease of access enabled by a simple “click” has redefined religious learning, shifting it from rigid, scheduled sessions to on-demand spiritual consumption. Meanwhile, the culture of “sharing” has fostered new forms of religious social validation. Digital da’wah has transformed from traditional, lengthy sermons into micro-content formats using memes, visuals, and personalized messages. The study proposes the theoretical concept of “fingertip spirituality” as a new paradigm for digital religious engagement, offering practical and theoretical implications for Islamic communication strategies in the digital age

    Exploring the Roles of Parental Involvement in Enhancing Madrasah Education in the Philippines

    This study examines the important role of parental involvement in enhancing the effectiveness of Madrasah education in the Southern Philippines, particularly within the Arabic Language and Islamic Values (ALIVE) program. Despite its cultural importance, the program encounters challenges such as limited resources and cultural resistance that hinder its overall effectiveness. Understanding the level of parental engagement is crucial, as it significantly influences students' educational experiences. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research employed stratified random sampling to survey 150 Muslim parents in General Santos City, although only 100 parents completed the questionnaires administered to them. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires, focusing on various aspects of parental involvement, including participation in school events, communication with teachers, and monitoring academic progress. The analysis revealed a high overall mean score of 4.70, indicating strong parental engagement in attending school events and participating in associations. However, lower scores in areas such as volunteering and communication with teachers present opportunities for improvement. These findings highlight the necessity of fostering collaboration between families and educational institutions to create a supportive learning environment. The study emphasizes the need for strategies that enhance parental involvement, ultimately leading to improved educational experiences for students in Madrasah settings.     A Peer-Coaching–Based Professional Guidance Model for Islamic Education Teachers in Teacher Working Groups

    This study aims to explore how peer coaching is implemented within Teacher Working Groups through a qualitative case study design. The participants involved were 10 Islamic education teachers, three administrators of the Islamic education teacher working group, and one Islamic education supervisor. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to understand teachers’ real practices and experiences in conducting peer coaching. The findings show that peer coaching is implemented through regular collaborative meetings, blended learning sessions, and professional learning communities, which facilitate shared reflection and mutual feedback. The qualitative analysis indicates that peer coaching helps teachers improve lesson planning, diversify instructional strategies, and strengthen the use of formative assessments in PAI classrooms. It also fosters reflective thinking and enhances teachers’ adaptability to both the National Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. However, several challenges were identified, including inconsistent implementation, limited time allocation, and varying levels of teachers' readiness to engage in critical reflection. The study concludes that optimized peer coaching requires stronger institutional support and more structured, continuous professional development to maximize its contribution to improving teaching practices in Islamic Education

    Peran Ijma’ dan Ijtihad dalam Menjawab Problematika Waris Islam Modern

    Hukum kewarisan Islam (faraid) merupakan instrumen penting dalam menjaga keadilan, stabilitas keluarga, dan ketertiban sosial. Namun, dinamika masyarakat modern menghadirkan persoalan baru, seperti kedudukan anak angkat, perbedaan agama pewaris dan ahli waris, serta hak waris individu berkelamin ganda (khuntsa). Permasalahan tersebut tidak secara eksplisit dijelaskan dalam nash, sehingga membutuhkan elaborasi melalui ijma’ dan ijtihad. Dari persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan masalah: bagaimana kedudukan ijma’ dan ijtihad dalam membentuk hukum kewarisan Islam; bagaimana peran keduanya dalam memberikan kepastian hukum sekaligus menjawab masalah kontemporer; dan sejauh mana ijma’ serta ijtihad mampu menjaga relevansi hukum waris Islam di tengah perubahan sosial modern. Studi ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan hukum normatif yang dipadukan dengan studi pustaka. Data utama diperoleh dari literatur klasik dan kontemporer, baik kitab fikih, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, maupun artikel ilmiah, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ijma’ menghadirkan kepastian hukum melalui konsensus ulama atas persoalan yang bersifat qath’i, sedangkan ijtihad berperan menghadirkan fleksibilitas hukum dengan solusi inovatif sesuai tuntutan zaman. Kombinasi keduanya menjadikan hukum kewarisan Islam tetap dinamis, relevan, dan kontekstual tanpa kehilangan otoritas syariat. Kesimpulannya, ijma’ dan ijtihad berfungsi sebagai dua pilar yang saling melengkapi: ijma’ menjaga stabilitas hukum, sementara ijtihad memastikan hukum Islam tetap adaptif terhadap perkembangan sosial

    Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penemuan hukum dalam penafsiran putusan hakim Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), dengan menggali beberapa kasus yang dimohonkan di MK yang kemudian menyebabkan adanya inkonsistensi asas hukum. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan melakukan pendekatan yuridis normatif, yakni dengan berfokus pada Undang-undang, Putusan MK, serta sumber hukum lainnya. Bahan sumber hukum yang diambil merupakan sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk menghindari disharmoni asas hukum, maka diperlukan penafsiran oleh hakim konstitusi. Dalam Putusan MK Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/2023 ditemukan penafsiran hakim konstitusi yang berbanding dengan amar putusan MK. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya dissenting opinion oleh hakim konstitusi hadir sebagai instrumen penyelesaian dan sebagai cerminan independensi atau kebebasan hakim dan imparsialitas hakim, rekomendasi yang diperlukan adalah dengan adanya transparansi dalam pemilihan hakim MK dalam penanganan suatu perkara untuk menghindari konflik kepentingan dalam suatu perkara

    Berpikir kritis adalah kemampuan dasar yang perlu dikembangkan peserta didik untuk menyikapi dinamika kehidupan di abad ke-21, yang membutuhkan keterampilan dalam menganalisis, menilai, serta menyelesaikan masalah secara efektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menelaah bagaimana penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem-Based Learning) dapat membangun kemampuan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara pada proses pembelajaran PBL. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa PBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran fikih, ditandai dengan kemampuan lebih baik dalam mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan masalah fikih, menganalisis kasus-kasus hukum Islam secara mendalam, mengembangkan argumen berbasis dalil dan prinsip fikih, menarik kesimpulan secara logis, serta melakukan refleksi kritis terhadap materi pembelajaran. Selain itu, penerapan PBL juga mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta didik dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung kolaborasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa PBL dapat digunakan sebagai strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dalam berpikir analisis dan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan, termasuk aspek kognitif, afektif, dan sosial peserta didik pada mata pelajaran fikih

    This study aims to investigate of usability, convenience, security and service features as factors on the interest in using the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet mediated by trust. Rapid technological developments have resulted in the growth of new innovations such as digital wallets. Indonesia is a country with the highest digital wallet users. This study involved the people of Kudus City who use the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data collection process used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS3 application. The research findings show that the independent variables of usability, convenience, security and service features have a positive effect on interest in using. Then trust also has a direct positive effect on interest in using. The results of hypothesis testing do not directly show the role of trust as a mediator of usability, convenience, security and service features have a positive effect on interest in using. This study provides an overview that the people of Kudus City use the LinkAja Syariah e-wallet influenced by usability, convenience, security and service features with high trust

    The Muhadatsah Program with Communicative and Contextual Approaches in Enhancing Students’ Speaking Skills (Kalam) at Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Al-Amien Madura

    The Muhadatsah program is a key component of Arabic language instruction, delivered through dialogues that emphasize interactive, two-way communication between speakers and listeners. Communicative and contextual approaches are central to this method, aiming to develop students’ speaking skills (maharah kalam) for effective, real-life communication rather than focusing solely on grammar or vocabulary memorization. This study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of the Muhadatsah program using communicative and contextual approaches at Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Al-Amien; (2) identify challenges and solutions in its implementation; and (3) analyze the program’s contribution to students' speaking proficiency. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, focusing on the "Takmili" class of 40 female students at the Al-Amien Qur’an Memorization Institute in Brendowan, Sumenep, Madura. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The program is conducted twice a week under the guidance of conversation instructors, using materials such as textbooks and audio recordings of native Arabic speakers. Lessons are designed to reflect students’ daily lives. Challenges include students' limited vocabulary and speaking confidence, and teachers' time constraints and varying student proficiency. Despite these challenges, the program significantly contributes to three areas: contextual vocabulary use, mastery of everyday expressions, and language enrichment across various topics and situations
