    Implementasi dan Pengembangan Kurikulum Tahsin Al-Qur’an dengan Metode Tilawati di SD IT As-Salam Samarinda

    Abstract Every Muslim is obligated to study the Qur'an with right tahsin and tajwid since the Prophet Muhammad SAW was revealed this wonderful book with tartiil, which means tajwiidul letter wama'rifatil wuquf.  Tahsin is the practice of reading the Koran in accordance with the tajwid guidelines in Indonesian society.  Many Indonesian Muslims still struggle with Koran reading, despite the fact that their country is home to more Muslims than any other in the world.  Given that many people have not yet attained the appropriate level of Koran reading, this tahsin literacy disparity poses a problem for Islamic education.  This research attempts to examine how SDIT As-Salam Samarinda, a school renowned for its methodical approach to learning the Al-Qur'an, has implemented the Al-Qur'an tahsin curriculum utilizing the Tilawati method.  Observation, documentation, and interviews with instructors and students make up the data collection process in this field study, which employs a qualitative methodology. According to the findings, there are primarily three steps in implementing the tahsin curriculum at SDIT As-Salam: planning, implementing, and evaluating.  The process of establishing semesterly goals for systematic tahsin learning.  During the implementation stage, tahsin is included into regular instructional hours through the use of reading, listening, and classical approaches.  In the meanwhile, every three months, teachers undergo assessments to check their teaching quality and students take oral exams to gauge their progress.  Findings from this study indicate that SDIT As-Salam Samarinda's Tilawati method tahsin curriculum is having the desired impact of raising students' proficiency in reading the Al-Qur'an.  A defined curriculum, frequent reviews, and continuous teacher training all contribute to its achievement.  However, in order to compare this treatment to others and to understand its long-term effects, further study is required. Keywords: Curriculum, Tahsin, Al-Qur’an   Abstrak Setiap muslim wajib mempelajari Al-Qur'an dengan tahsin dan tajwid yang benar sejak Nabi Muhammad SAW diturunkan kitab yang indah ini dengan tartiil yang artinya tajwiidul huruf wama'rifatil wuquf.  Tahsin adalah amalan membaca Al-Quran sesuai dengan pedoman tajwid pada masyarakat Indonesia.  Banyak umat Islam di Indonesia yang masih kesulitan dalam membaca Al-Quran, meskipun faktanya negara mereka adalah rumah bagi umat Islam yang jumlahnya lebih banyak dibandingkan negara lain di dunia.  Mengingat masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mencapai tingkat kemampuan membaca Alquran yang memadai, kesenjangan literasi tahsin ini menimbulkan permasalahan bagi pendidikan Islam.  Penelitian ini mencoba mengkaji bagaimana SDIT As-Salam Samarinda, sekolah yang terkenal dengan pendekatan metodologis dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an, menerapkan kurikulum tahsin Al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan metode Tilawati.  Observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terhadap instruktur dan siswa merupakan proses pengumpulan data dalam studi lapangan yang menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Berdasarkan temuan, ada tiga langkah utama dalam penerapan kurikulum tahsin di SDIT As-Salam: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.  Proses penetapan tujuan semester pembelajaran tahsin yang sistematis.  Pada tahap pelaksanaannya, tahsin dimasukkan ke dalam jam pembelajaran reguler melalui penggunaan pendekatan membaca, mendengarkan, dan klasikal.  Sementara itu, setiap tiga bulan, guru menjalani penilaian untuk memeriksa kualitas pengajarannya dan siswa mengikuti ujian lisan untuk mengukur kemajuan mereka.  Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum tahsin metode Tilawati SDIT As-Salam Samarinda mempunyai dampak yang diinginkan dalam meningkatkan kemahiran siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur'an.  Kurikulum yang ditetapkan, tinjauan yang sering dilakukan, dan pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan semuanya berkontribusi terhadap pencapaiannya.  Namun, untuk membandingkan pengobatan ini dengan pengobatan lain dan untuk memahami efek jangka panjangnya, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.     Abstract Education plays an essential role in shaping human resources’ quality and enhancing a nation’s competitive edge. In history lessons, particularly in Islamic Cultural History (ICH), the methods applied significantly influence how effectively students grasp, retain, and connect historical events. In practice, however, many students struggle with understanding history, especially when it comes to arranging events in chronological order and analyzing how different events are interconnected. This is often a result of a traditional teaching approach focused mainly on lectures and rote memorization, which can make the material seem monotonous and disengaging. The objective of this study is to evaluate the timeline-based cooperative learning model in Islamic Cultural History (ICH) at SMA Jati Agung Sidoarjo, and to assess its impact on students’ comprehension and academic performance. A qualitative descriptive research method was used, involving data collection through observations, interviews, and the analysis of teaching documents. The results revealed that implementing the timeline tipe increased student participation in discussions, enhanced their understanding of the relationships between historical events, and had a positive effect on their overall academic results. Thus, the timeline-based cooperative learning model offers a promising alternative to improve history education, particularly in Islamic Cultural History (ICH). The findings of this study could serve as a valuable reference for educators aiming to develop more innovative teaching methods that cater to students’ needs and characteristics.  Keywords: Timeline Type, Cooperative Learning, Islamic Cultural History, Learning Outcomes   Abstrak  Pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat vital dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan memperkuat daya saing sebuah negara. Terutama dalam pembelajaran sejarah, seperti contohnya adalah Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI), metode yang digunakan menentukan sejauh mana siswa dapat memahami, mengingat, serta menghubungkan berbagai peristiwa sejarah dengan cara yang terstruktur. Namun, di lapangan, banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan memahami materi sejarah khususnya dalam menyusun urutan kejadian dan menganalisis hubungan antar peristiwa. Hal ini seringkali disebabkan oleh penggunaan metode ceramah dan hafalan yang dominan, yang membuat materi terasa monoton dan kurang memikat bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan tipe pembelajaran kooperatif tipe timeline dalam mata pelajaran SKI di SMA Jati Agung Sidoarjo, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap pemahaman serta hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang dimanfaatkan untuk penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen memiliki hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengenai penerapan tipe timeline dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam diskusi, memperjelas pemahaman mereka mengenai hubungan antara berbagai peristiwa sejarah, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, tipe pembelajaran kooperatif tipe timeline merupakan alternatif yang efisien dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sejarah, terutama dalam mata pelajaran SKI. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk para pendidik dalam mengembangkan metode pembelajaran secara lebih inovatif serta sejalan terhadap kebutuhan maupun karakteristik siswa.     Strategi Guru dalam Memperkuat Karakter Religius Siswa Melalui Program Sekolah di MTs 05 Kalikuning Tulakan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru  dan kepala sekolah di MTs 05 Kalikuning untuk memperkuat karakter religius siswa melalui program-program sekolah. Pentingnya penelitian ini karena adanya krisis moral dan perilaku yang menyimpang yang semakin meningkat terutama dikalangan remaja, yang diperburuk oleh pengaruh buruk dari media sosial dan budaya populer. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen tentang strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan untuk memperkuat karakter religius siswa dengan pembelajaran yang berbasis nilai, pembiasaan ,keteladanan dan program keagamaan. Pendekatan terintegrasi ini dapat meningkatkan displin, tanggung jawab, serta nilai-nilai moral siswa, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter. Program-program seperti tahfiz, mabit, dan muhadhoroh tidak hanya mendukung pembelajaran akademis, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai-nilai spiritual yang dapat membantu  perkembangan secara menyeluruh bagi siswa. Temuan ini juga menekankan pentingnya lembaga pendidikan dalam membekali siswa dengan karakter yang baik, sehingga siswa siap dalam menghadapi tantangan masa kini dengan bijak. Hasil penelitian ini mendorong pembuat kebijakan untuk mengalokasikan lebih banyak sumber daya untuk program pendidikan karakter, menekankan pengembangan karakter menjadi komponen penting dalam kurikulum disemua jenjang pendidikan

    Profil Kadar Hematokrit Pada Ibu Hamil Di Puskesmas Harapan Baru

    Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rentan mengalami anemia. Sekitar 40% kematian ibu di negara berkembang berkaitan dengan anemia dalam kehamilan. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi anemia pada ibu hamil yaitu faktor dasar (ekonomi, pengetahuan, pendidikan, dan budaya), faktor tidak langsung (Kunjungan Antenatal Care, paritas, usia, dan dukungan suami) dan faktor tidak langsung (pola konsumsi tablet besi, penyakit infeksi, dan perdarahan). Penurunan jumlah hemoglobin, eritrosit, dan hematokrit dalam tubuh juga dapat menjadi risiko terjadinya anemia pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar hematokrit pada ibu hamil dengan karakteristik berdasarkan: usia, usia kehamilan, paritas, dan penyakit penyerta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik Accidental Sampling, dengan menggunakan satu variabel yaitu hematokrit. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan kadar hematokrit secara langsung dengan metode mikrohematokrit dan data sekunder diperoleh dari data ibu hamil di Puskesmas Harapan Baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 19 sampel ibu hamil, sebanyak 8 orang (42%) mengalami anemia dengan kadar hematokrit rendah. Berdasarkan karakteristik, ibu hamil dengan kadar hematokrit rendah ditemukan pada usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 6 orang (32%), usia kehamilan pada trimester III sebanyak 6 orang (32%), paritas kehamilan primipara sebanyak 5 orang (20%), dan ibu hamil dengan penyakit kekurangan energi kronik sebanyak 2 orang (11%)

    The Impact of Digital Literacy and Biographical Characteristics on Employee Performance with Motivation as a Moderating Variable: A Case Study of Bank Muamalat in Palu, Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze the influence of biographical and digital literacy on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable at Bank Muamalat Kota Palu, both partially and simultaneously. Using an associative quantitative approach, this study collected primary data through observation and questionnaires. The entire population was used as a sample. Data analysis using SPSS version 24 for windows, including the classical assumption test and MRA. The results of the T test showed that the digital literacy variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while biographical had no positive and insignificant effect. Motivation was not proven to moderate the influence of digital literacy characteristics or biographies on employee performance. The F test revealed that digital literacy and biographical simultaneously affected employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.652 indicates that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 65.2%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied. This study provides valuable insight into the dynamics of factors that influence employee performance in the Islamic banking sector, especially at Bank Muamalat Kota Palu

    Perceptions and Dominant Factors of Blooket as a Game-based Learning Tool among Vietnamese Non-English Majored Students

    This study examines Vietnamese non-English major students' perceptions of Blooket, a game-based learning tool for English language education. Using a mixed-methods approach based on Asniza et al.'s (2021) framework, researchers collected survey data and conducted interviews to assess factors affecting student engagement. Quantitative results identified classroom control and time allocation as primary influential factors, with peer interaction and class size having moderate impact. Qualitative findings revealed students preferred blended learning approaches that integrate Blooket with traditional teaching methods. Students valued Blooket for enhancing engagement and motivation but expressed concerns about its limited ability to reinforce knowledge and its varying effectiveness across learning contexts and individual preferences. The study emphasizes that while game-based tools can improve engagement, their implementation requires careful consideration of both pedagogical and logistical factors. For optimal outcomes, educators should adopt a balanced approach that integrates digital tools with traditional methods while accounting for student preferences, classroom dynamics, and content requirements

    Faith, Culture, and Technology in EFL Classrooms: Ethnographic Insights from Professional Learning Communities in Indonesian Islamic Schools

    Integrating Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching necessitates striking a balance between global educational innovations and local cultural and religious contexts. This ethnographic study examines how faith-based values and cultural norms influence the integration of TPACK among EFL teachers in the Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) of Indonesian Islamic schools. Using a multidisciplinary framework combining educational technology, sociocultural theory, and religious studies, the research addresses: (1) How do faith and culture shape teachers’ TPACK practices? (2) What challenges and opportunities arise in aligning technology with Islamic educational values? (3) How do PLCs help or hinder culturally responsive TPACK development? Data were collected through classroom observations, field notes, photo voice, and school documents. Findings indicate that religious and cultural commitments influence technology adoption and enhance lesson relevance by connecting to students' experiences. PLCs provide collaborative spaces to address value-based concerns, share strategies, and co-create approaches that ensure teaching effectiveness and cultural and religious consistency. The study highlights the need for context-sensitive professional development to facilitate the sustainable integration of technology in EFL settings

    Islamic Legal Discourse and Gender Inclusivity: The Dynamics of Khunthā/Hijra and Transgender Identity in Bangladesh

    This paper critically explores the theological, legal, and sociopolitical distinction between traditional khunthā (intersex) and contemporary socially constructed transgender identities within the framework of Islamic jurisprudence, focusing on the Bangladeshi context. By engaging with classical and contemporary Islamic legal texts, religious interpretations, legal precedents, scholarly works, media representations, and public discourse, the study argues that the conflation of khunthā (often culturally aligned with hijra) and transgender identities in public narratives—particularly in education and media—has led to widespread confusion, societal backlash, and policy resistance. While khunthā has traditionally been recognized in Islam as part of divine creation (aṣl al-khilqah), transgender identity—defined as a divergence from one’s biological sex—is often perceived as altering God’s creation (taghyīr al-khilqah) and thus faces greater religious and social resistance. This paper also addresses concern about unverified gender identity claims, citing incidents where individuals falsely claimed gender status, resulting in misuse of institutional provisions and violations of women’s safety and privacy in gender-segregated spaces. The study suggests that future policy initiatives on gender inclusivity in Muslim-majority countries like Bangladesh should clearly distinguish between traditional legitimate gender and socially constructed gender identities in order to uphold religious and ethical values and prevent misuse in gender-segregated spaces

    Advancing Halal Creative Industry Exports: Strengthening Advocacy and Codification in HPPA Performance to Boost Indonesia's Economic Growth

    The growing global demand for halal products presents promising opportunities for economic development. However, there are still significant gaps in the standardization of the halal certification process, especially in terms of aligning with the provisions of Islamic law for international export purposes. The role of the Halal Product Process Assistants (HPPA) in establishing credible and Shariah-compliant export standards remains unexplored, posing challenges in integrating halal certification into the global supply chain. This research examines how HPPA can strategically contribute to developing a globally recognized halal certification system that is in line with Islamic law. It also aims to assess the role of Islamic law advocacy and technology in strengthening international halal standards. Using qualitative methods inspired by Spradley's ethnographic approach, this study engaged key informants- recognized experts and stakeholders- through focused, open-ended interviews. The study revealed that Islamic law-based halal certification significantly improves the marketability of halal products globally by fostering consumer confidence and regulatory alignment. HPPA's strategic engagement, legal advocacy, and technological innovation can drive creative economic growth and facilitate the integration of halal products into international markets

    Reengineering of Health Vocational Programs in SMK/MAK: Integration of Islamic Education, Implementation of Health Law No. 17 of 2023, and Reflections from Thailand's Vocational Education Reform 4.0

    This study explores the reengineering of health vocational high school (SMK Kesehatan) curricula in Kalimantan following the implementation of Indonesia’s Health Law No. 17 of 2023, with a comparative analysis of Thailand’s vocational education reform under the Thailand 4.0 framework. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation in SMKs located in East, South, and Central Kalimantan. Findings reveal that SMKs in Kalimantan have begun to adjust their curricula by emphasizing medical technology, hospital management, and digital health information systems. However, challenges such as limited facilities, insufficient teacher training, and weak industry partnerships remain significant barriers. In contrast, Thailand has successfully implemented holistic vocational education reform by integrating work-integrated learning, providing high-skilled vocational innovation scholarships, and establishing strong partnerships between schools and industries. Thailand’s model also benefits from a robust monitoring and evaluation system that ensures alignment with labor market demands. These findings suggest that SMKs in Kalimantan need to adopt a more holistic and collaborative approach to curriculum reengineering, drawing lessons from Thailand, to produce graduates who are adaptive, innovative, and competitive in the global health sector
